Description
More particularly, the present invention relates to a supporting device for use in bonding a sintered tungsten cobalt sintered product to a sintered product, and more particularly, to a sintered product which is configured to be subjected to gravity even in a sintering furnace in a narrow space, To a tungsten cobalt sintered product joining support device.
High abrasion resistant materials such as cemented carbide are very hard and hard, and are used in a wide variety of applications ranging from machining tools such as lathes, drills or dies to tools for drilling holes in rocks at mines or civil engineering sites.
The most widely used of these cemented carbides is a tungsten-cobalt alloy consisting of tungsten and cobalt. The tungsten-cobalt alloy is a metal containing cobalt as a binding metal mainly composed of tungsten carbide. The cobalt powder and the tungsten powder are separately prepared, pressed, molded, pressurized and sintered .
Meanwhile, in many cases, the tungsten-cobalt sintered products of various shapes manufactured through the above process are mutually bonded to form a desired shape. For example, the individual sintered products may be processed and assembled by methods such as soldering, brazing, or fitting.
It is also difficult to cut a tungsten-cobalt alloy by joining a plurality of separately manufactured sintered products in this manner. That is to say, it is technically difficult to mold a tungsten-cobalt sinter and to cut it into a desired shape by a considerable amount of cemented carbide loss.
As a matter of fact, a so-called joint sintering method of joining independent sintered products produced separately is carried out instead of machining of the sintered product itself. Such joining and sintering includes a step of putting the individual sintered products to be joined into a sintering furnace in close contact with each other, and heating them. For example, when two tungsten-cobalt sintered products are closely contacted and heated to a temperature of 1400 ° C to 1500 ° C, the cobalt melts and the cobalt at the interface joins together.
In the above bonded sintering, it is important that the sintered products are pressed against each other when the cobalt at the interface melts for more efficient bonding. However, it is technically difficult to install and operate a separate mechanical device for pressurizing the sintered product in the sintering furnace maintained at a high temperature of at least 1000 캜.
본 발명은 상기 문제점을 해소하고자 창출한 것으로서, 서로에 대해 접합시킬 다수의 접합대상물을 경사판상에 배치하여 소결시 중력을 작용을 받도록 함으로써, 보다 긴밀히 밀착된 상태로 접합소결이 이루어지게 하는 텅스텐 코발트 소결제품 접합용 지지장치를 제공함에 목적이 있다.The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems. A pedestal disposed at a lower portion of the swash plate to hold the swash plate in an inclined state;
And a supporter provided on the swash plate to prevent the object to be bonded on the swash plate from slipping down so that the object to be bonded is brought into close contact with each other by the action of gravity,
The swash plate takes the form of a square plate having a predetermined thickness, and a fitting groove is formed on the bottom surface thereof,
Wherein the support portion has a shape of a right triangle having a predetermined thickness and is a pedestal that is inserted into the fitting groove in a raised state and supports the swash plate,
A slit-shaped support groove extending in a direction orthogonal to an inclined direction of the swash plate is formed at a lower end portion of the swash plate,
The supporter portion has a rod-shaped stopping rod that is detachably fitted in the support groove and supports the object to be bonded,
On the upper surface of the swash plate, a plurality of support grooves are formed to be spaced apart from each other,
The supporter portion includes a plurality of stopping projections for supporting the object to be bonded in a state of being detachably fitted to the selected support groove,
And a weighted body for increasing the bonding force between the objects to be bonded by pressing the object to be bonded placed on the inclined plate downward is further provided on the upper portion of the swash plate.
The method according to claim 1,
Wherein an upper surface of the swash plate is provided with alumina paper interposed between the swash plate and the object to be bonded to prevent the object to be bonded from sticking to the swash plate.
