Description
The present invention is made of a simple configuration and relates to a fluid pressure spindle that can minimize the heat generated when the spindle rotates even at a low price.
Recently, with the development of the electronics industry and the engineering equipment industry, the precision of ultra-precision products has been increasing, including aluminum alloys such as computer hard disks, reflectors for lasers, multi-facets for laser scanners, precision grinding machines, ferrites for wafers, wafers In order to perform ultra-precision processing of various ceramic materials such as molten silicon, a high speed ultra-precision spindle without vibration is essential.
Conventional spindles using ball bearings are not suitable as spindles for ultra precision machines because they have problems such as frictional heat generated by the rolling contact of the balls and vibrations caused by the difference in the roundness between the ball and the raceway.
On the other hand, air static spindles such as the Republic of Korea Patent No. 10-0618032 (hereinafter referred to as 'Patent Document 1'), Republic of Korea Patent No. 10-1560795 (hereinafter referred to as 'Patent Document 2') by the air pressure It can solve the vibration problem caused by the roundness error of the ball bearing in the way that the shaft floats, and it can be used as the spindle for the ultra precision machine that requires high speed and super precision because it can reduce the friction heat sufficiently. This is increasing.

(Patent Document 2) KR10-1560795 B1 Hydrostatic Spindle
As described above, the hydrostatic spindles of
However, the above-mentioned hydrostatic spindle has a complicated structure for maintaining the state in which oil is forced to inflate the spindle, and thus has a problem in that it can only be used in ultra-precision processing because the cost is high.
Flow pressure spindle according to the present invention for solving the above problems by simply putting the oil into the spindle housing to supply oil to the metal bearing and the thrust bearing disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the spindle to form an oil film on the outer peripheral surface of the spindle rotation It is an object of the present invention to provide a fluid pressure spindle that can minimize heat generated in a simple configuration.
Another object of the present invention is to divide the metal bearing supporting the spindle into a certain size to support a plurality of metal bearings without contacting the entire outer peripheral surface of the spindle to minimize the contact area with the metal bearing to generate heat during spindle rotation To reduce it.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a thrust bearing for supporting the spindle, in which a thrust ring receiving oil supplied from the spindle housing is formed to minimize heat generation during rotation of the spindle.
Another object of the present invention is to form an oil detection sensor for detecting oil in the oil recovery line of the oil circulation portion for circulating the oil flowing into the spindle housing whether the oil leaking section during the oil circulation By checking and controlling the drive of the spindle, it is possible to prevent the failure of the spindle in advance.
The present invention can simply minimize the heat generated when the spindle rotates by forming an oil film on the outer circumferential surface of the spindle by simply supplying oil to the spindle housing and supplying oil to the metal bearing and the thrust bearing disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the spindle.

In addition, the oil introduced into the
That is, since the
Here, in the present invention, rather than forcing the
In particular, the
On the other hand, in the present invention, it is important that the oil is continuously added during the rotation of the above-described spindle (10).
Moreover, when oil leakage occurs in any one of the circulation of the oil, the smooth oil supply is not made, and the
Accordingly, in the present invention, the
That is, the oil supplied through the
The oil recovered in this way flows into the
In this case, when the oil is circulated normally, the amount of oil filled in the
However, when oil leakage occurs in some sections, the amount of oil returned and introduced into the
Therefore, if the oil is not detected by the
