Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fabricating a textile fabric, and more particularly, it relates to an apparatus for forming a textile fabric, which is configured to prevent the flow during cutting of the fabric so as to be precisely cut, thereby preventing unnecessary waste of the fabric and minimizing the force required by the operator So as to improve the working efficiency.
In order to form a covering, a tent (tent), a sleeping bag, a bedding (urine), various kinds of backpack, etc., a cutting process for cutting the fabric into a certain width and length is required.
In the cutting process, the fabric woven in the previous process is placed in a roll state, the fabric is cut off to a predetermined length while the fabric is loosely arranged on the support, and the cut is secondarily cut with a cutter knife according to the shape of the product to be manufactured.
Such cutting may sometimes be performed at the same time by using a cutting knife in a state where a plurality of raw fabrics are overlapped and arranged, thereby improving the cutting efficiency.
The cutting process is performed using a cutting blade in the form of a saw or a blade. The cutting blade formed in a saw shape is configured to quickly cut the saw blade by vertically moving the cutting blade through electric energy, The cutting knife is configured to cut by rotating a cutting knife in the form of a disk.
Whether cutting the fabric using any type of cutting knife, the fabric is precisely positioned at a predetermined position on the support that supports the fabric, and the fabric does not flow due to the force applied during the cutting process, .
If the fabric can not be placed in the correct position on the support, additional labor and time are required to correct it, which in turn reduces the cutting speed and efficiency.
In addition, when the fabric is moved on the support by the force applied during the cutting process, the accuracy of the cutting is lowered and unnecessary waste of the fabric is caused.
Because of these various factors, the foundation of the fabrics requires a long time skilled engineer's work, which ultimately increases the production cost of the product.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a fabric material molding apparatus configured to be able to place a fabric at a desired position on a support with a smaller force.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a fabric material forming apparatus configured so that a fabric does not flow due to a force applied by an apparatus during a cutting process.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a fabric web forming apparatus configured to be in a constant cutting state even when a plurality of webs are simultaneously cut.

Here, a rectilinear guide groove may be formed on the far-end support member, which is symmetrically inclined from the position where the cutting member is disposed to the opposite side of the frictional force reduction region, toward the center in the width direction of the far-
A plurality of recesses formed in a straight line in the width direction of the far-end support member may be formed at an end of the far-end support member opposite to the frictional force reduction region.
On the other hand, the cutting member includes a support plate which is driven in the vertical direction in a state where the cutting member is installed in the width direction of the far-end support member, and a cutting knife which is moved along the support plate and cuts the fabric, A non-slip coating layer may be formed.
The surface of the support plate may have a concave portion formed in the same direction as the moving direction of the cutting knife.
