Abstract
Description
Embodiments of the invention relate to fine dust analysis techniques.
In recent years, fine dust has become a social issue, and it has been providing the concentration of fine dust in various regions such as news. Conventional fine dust measuring methods include a method of indirectly measuring using the physical properties of radiation or light (such as a beta ray absorption method or a light scattering method) and a method of measuring the mass of fine dust by a balance , There is a problem that an expensive fine dust measuring equipment is required.
Conventionally, fine dusts have been measured for each administrative unit (for example, old units). However, even in the same administrative area, there is a difference in the measurement value of fine dust depending on the topography and building density. Therefore, it is required to measure the fine dust concentration according to each position without expensive fine dust measuring equipment.

2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for analyzing fine particles according to an embodiment of the present invention. As described above, the
Further, although the above-described method is described by dividing into a plurality of steps in the flowchart shown in the figure, at least some of the steps may be carried out in sequence, combined with other steps, performed together, omitted, divided into detailed steps, May be performed with one or more additional steps being added.
In step S 202, the
For convenience of explanation, it will be described below that the fine dust level is divided into a good level (first level) and a poor level (second level). However, it goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to a case where the fine dust level is divided into three or more. The
In step S 204, the
That is, in an environment with fine dust, each image of the reference photographic moving image becomes blurred due to fine dust or irregular pixel values are formed in each image. Thus, by performing the smoothing process on each image, it is possible to generate an image in a fine dust-free environment.
Specifically, the
In step S 206, the
That is, since the image of the reference photographic moving image is an image in an environment with fine dust, and the smoothed image of the image is an image in an environment free of fine dust, if the difference between the image of the reference photographic moving image and the smoothed image of the corresponding image is obtained, A primary fine dust reference image having only features attributed to fine dust is generated. When the reference photographed movie contains 25 images, 25 primary fine dust reference images are generated.
In step S 208, the
The
Here, the secondary fine dust reference image may include information on the flow (or change) of the fine dust concentration with time. That is, the secondary fine dust reference image includes information on the amount or amount of movement of the fine dust in the wind or weather environment.
In step S 210, the
Specifically, the
At this time, in order to prevent the size of the feature map image from becoming smaller than that of the secondary fine dust reference image, the
Here, the first window may have a size of 3 x 3, but is not limited thereto. The first window may be given a weight (e.g., 0 or 1, etc.) for each pixel of 3 × 3. As a method of performing the convolution, for example, the
In step S 212, the
In the exemplary embodiment, the second window is a window in which the second window in the feature map image moves in a non-overlapping manner (i.e., moves in units of a second window size in the feature map image) Only one pixel value can be extracted. For example, the second window may extract only the maximum value (or the minimum value) of the pixel values of the feature map image included in the second window. Thus, by extracting only the maximum value among the pixel values of the pixels of the feature map image included in the second window, it is possible to reduce the size of the feature map image and remove the noise.
If the second window having the size of 3x3 is applied to the feature map image, the second window is moved in the unit of 3x3 without overlapping, and only the maximum value among the pixel values included in the second window is extracted. The image is reduced to 1/9 size of the feature map image.
In step 214, the
In step S216, the
In the exemplary embodiment, when the
The
n : 최종 특징 값의 총 개수n: total number of final feature values
Xi: i-th final feature value
Wi: i th weight coefficient
Here, the activation function may be a function that causes the output to be classified as -1 (fine dust level is poor) or 1 (fine dust level is good) according to the input value T. For example, the active function may be a Sigmoid function, a ReLU (Rectified Linear Unit) function, a Softmax function, or the like.
3 is a view illustrating a process of generating a secondary fine dust reference image in the fine dust analysis method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 3, the reference photographing when the reference photographing moving image and fine dust level are poor (fine dust concentration is more than 80 占 퐂 / m3) when the fine dust level is good (fine dust concentration is less than 80 占 퐂 / Obtain the video. Each reference photographic moving image includes a plurality of images (original images).
Next, a smoothing process is performed on the original image of each reference moving image, and a primary fine dust reference image is generated based on the difference between the original image and the smoothing image of each reference moving image.
Next, a secondary fine dust reference image is generated through the difference between the k-th primary fine dust reference image and the (k + 1) -th primary fine dust reference image of each reference moving image.
4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for analyzing fine dust according to another embodiment of the present invention. As described above, the
Further, although the above-described method is described by dividing into a plurality of steps in the flowchart shown in the figure, at least some of the steps may be carried out in sequence, combined with other steps, performed together, omitted, divided into detailed steps, May be performed with one or more additional steps being added.
In step 404, the
In step S406, the
In step S408, the

In step 416, the
Since the final feature value and the weight coefficient are known values, the input value T of the activation function can be obtained, and the output of the activation function for the corresponding fine dust test image (i.e., the fine dust level ) Is classified as good or bad.
In step 418, the

In step S422, the
