상기 전극을 상기 홈에 삽입하여 상기 소자를 상기 플레이트 상에 위치시키고, 상기 소자가 상기 접착층에 의해 상기 플레이트 상에 접착되게 하는 단계; 및
상기 플레이트를 상기 공정챔버 내부로 투입하여 상기 소자의 상면 및 측면에 공정처리를 수행하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 홈의 깊이는 상기 전극의 길이보다 작아 상기 소자를 상기 홈에 위치시켰을 때, 상기 소자의 하면은 상기 플레이트의 상면보다 높은 위치에 위치하고,
