Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a screw-type geothermal heat exchanger, and more particularly, to a screw-type geothermal heat exchanger for supplying geothermal heat to a heat pump system installed in the ground.
The geothermal exchanger is installed in the ground and operates as an evaporator or condenser of the heat pump system and supplies geothermal heat to the heat pump system.
In order to install the geothermal exchanger in the ground, a geothermal exchanger should be buried in a borehole with a hole in the ground, or a hollow tube file such as PHC (Pretensioned spun high strength concrete pile) And a heat exchange pipe for constituting a geothermal exchanger is to be installed inside.
Korean Patent No. 10-0654151 entitled "Heat exchange apparatus using a hollow portion of a pile and its installation method ", Korean Patent No. 10-1724286 entitled" Underground heat exchange structure having a double pipe composite file for heat exchange " It has been suggested.
However, such a conventional technique has a problem in that the construction process is very troublesome because the ground must be pierced in order to install the geothermal heat exchanger in the ground or a hollow pipe file must be laid in the ground.
In the conventional geothermal exchanger, heat exchange is performed in the ground using a brine such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol or ethanol as a heat carrier medium, and heat exchange with the refrigerant is performed again in the ground heat pump system to perform cooling and heating .
That is, an indirect heat exchange method in which a high density polyethylene (HDPE) heat exchange pipe is installed in a "U" shape in a borehole having a diameter of 15 to 20 cm and a length of 150 to 200 m in the ground and a brine is circulated in the heat exchange pipe .
This type of geothermal heat exchanger has a problem that the construction process is very complicated because the perforated depth of the borehole is deep and the length of the heat exchange pipe is very long and it is not easy to install and grouting around the heat exchange pipe is required to increase the heat conductivity.
Further, a complicated heat exchange system for heat exchange between the brine and the refrigerant must be provided separately, and heat energy is lost in the heat exchange process between the brine and the refrigerant, thereby significantly deteriorating the cooling and heating efficiency.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a screw-type geothermal heat exchanger which can be easily installed in the ground without preceding a ground drilling process or a hollow- I want to present it.
In addition, we propose a new geothermal heat exchanger structure that enables indirect heat exchange using a brine, heat exchange using the refrigerant of the heat pump system directly, and effective evaporation and condensation of the refrigerant.
