Description
The present invention relates to a gas heat pump (GHP), and more particularly to a dual cooling structure of a supply line for knock reduction.
A refrigeration cycle generally refers to a cycle of supplying heat or absorbing heat where necessary using the circulation cycle of the refrigerant. A compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and an evaporator are used to implement this refrigeration cycle. These components are connected to each other through a refrigerant pipe, and the refrigerant is supplied with heat through the phase change of the refrigerant and the surrounding heat is absorbed by the evaporator.
Here, the condenser and the evaporator may be configured to perform heat exchange between the refrigerant and the air or other fluid. Therefore, these structures can be referred to as heat exchangers and can be divided into a condenser and an evaporator depending on the state of refrigerant before and after heat exchange.
An apparatus or system for heating or cooling indoor air using the refrigeration cycle is referred to as an air conditioner. In order to heat the room in the air conditioner, the refrigerant supplies heat to the room air. Therefore, in this case, the indoor unit may be referred to as a condenser, and the outdoor unit may be referred to as an evaporator. Conversely, in order to cool the room in the air conditioner, the refrigerant absorbs the heat of the room air. Therefore, in this case, the indoor unit may be referred to as an evaporator, and the outdoor unit may be referred to as a condenser.
Unlike the home, large capacity compressors are required for industrial use and air conditioning in large buildings. That is, a gas heat pump system using a gas engine rather than an electric motor is often used to drive a compressor for compressing a large amount of refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas.
This gas heat pump system generates power to drive the compressor through an engine that burns the gas to realize a refrigeration cycle.
Generally, a gas heat pump system is a device for heating or cooling a compressor by operating a driving force of a gas engine. As shown in FIG. 1, a refrigerant circulation system 100 and an engine cooling
The refrigerant circulation system forms a refrigeration cycle or a heat pump cycle for cooling or heating the indoor side and includes a
The engine cooling
Further, an auxiliary heat exchanger (25) is provided between the refrigerant circulation system (100) and the engine cooling water circulation system (200) to exchange heat between the refrigerant and the engine cooling water, thereby evaporating the refrigerant.
In the cooling operation of the conventional gas engine cooling / heating apparatus, the four-
On the other hand, the refrigerant passing through the indoor heat exchanger (19) is sucked into the compressor only in the gaseous state via the accumulator (13), so that the refrigeration cycle is continuously formed.
The engine cooling water that has cooled the
However, during the heating operation, the four-
On the other hand, in the winter when the heating operation is performed, since the temperature of the outside air is generally low, the power required for the compressor increases to lower the evaporation temperature, thereby deteriorating the performance of the heat pump cycle. It is used as the heat source of evaporation of refrigerant. That is, during the heating operation, the engine cooling water that has cooled the
As described above, the refrigerant vaporized by sequentially passing through the
The conventional gas heat pump system is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2013-0093297.
Meanwhile, in the conventional gas heat pump system, a supply pipe through which air and fuel are introduced into an engine combustion chamber provided inside the

It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the details of the embodiments described below, .
2 is a diagram illustrating the overall configuration of a
The
The
The air and fuel introduced into the combustion chamber react with the spark 523 (FIG. 3) provided in the combustion chamber to cause an explosion reaction. As a result of the explosion reaction, the cylinder 522 (FIG. 3) provided in the combustion chamber performs a linear reciprocating motion, and the kinetic energy of the cylinder is transmitted to the rotary shaft 527 (FIG. 3) through the
It is common that a plurality of combustion chambers have one explosion reaction with a predetermined time difference. That is, the
유입된 공기와 연료는 믹서(503)에서 섞인 후 ETC(Electronic Throtle Control, 504)를 거쳐 공급관(510)으로 유입된다. The air and the fuel flowing into the
The
Air and fuel mixed at a constant mixing ratio in the
The air and the fuel that have passed through the
When air and fuel are burned in a plurality of combustion chambers respectively, exhaust gas is generated. The generated exhaust gas is discharged through the
The cooling water is absorbed by the cooling
FIG. 3 is a view showing a
Specifically, air and fuel are introduced into the
The
At least one or more of the cooling
The reason for installing the cooler is that the temperature of the air compressed in the
In an embodiment of the present invention, a
The
In order to minimize the above problem, the
Cooling water or air flowing into the cooling cooler 511 is used only for cooling the air and the fuel inside the
Therefore, if the temperature inside the
Meanwhile, air and fuel cooled in the
The air and the fuel that have flowed into the
Exhaust gas generated as a result of combustion in the
4 to 7 show a combined state of the cooling and heating system 100 and the
4 shows an embodiment in which the refrigerant in the cooling / heating system 100 flows into the
Specifically, the cooling cooler 511 includes a
The cooling water or the outside air flowing in the cooling cooler 511 is preferably provided in a wide contact area so that heat exchange with the
The
It is preferable that the refrigerant flowing in the
The refrigerant flowing into the
When the cooling / heating system 100 is in the heating mode, the refrigerant in the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state compressed by the
Since the refrigerant flowing into the
The low-temperature low-pressure liquid refrigerant that has passed through the refrigerant
On the other hand, the refrigerant flowing into the compressor (14) is preferably in a gaseous state, and when the refrigerant in a liquid state flows into the compressor (14), the compressor (14) does not exhibit proper performance. In order to prevent this, an
The other end of the second
In summary, in the heating mode, either the refrigerant pipe connecting the
When the cooling / heating system 100 is in the cooling mode, the installation positions of the
The refrigerant is expanded in the
4, the amount of refrigerant can be precisely controlled according to a value measured from an air temperature sensor (not shown) provided outside the
That is, the

One end of the
5 to 7, it is impossible to cool a large amount of air when the
