Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fabric for a mask pack and a fabric for a mask pack produced by the method, and more particularly, The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a mask for a mask pack in which gold or silver nanoparticles having an effective effect are coated by a sputtering process and a fabric for the mask pack.
In modern society, large amounts of active oxygen are generated by ultraviolet rays and water pollution due to exhaust gas, toxic chemical substances, destruction of ozone layer, etc. Such active oxygen penetrates into human body and causes various side effects. In particular, And the like.
In addition, in recent years, outdoor leisure activities such as golf have been increasing in order to overcome the excessive social and work stress. During the leisure activities in such occasions, the body skin is more easily exposed directly to the above pollution sources, And skin aging can not be avoided. This has a negative effect on the tendency to enjoy outdoor leisure activities more positively and comfortably.
In general, skin plays a primary role in preventing harm from various external factors that interfere with our homeostasis through basic metabolic processes. In other words, while the skin is located at the outermost position of the body, it plays various roles such as protection through physical, chemical and biological barrier functions, body temperature regulating action, sensory action, secretion and excretion action, absorption action, storage action and regeneration action , And most likely to be damaged if sustained external stress is applied. The main causes of external stresses are ultraviolet exposure, exhaust gas, dust, environmental pollutants, heavy metals, temperature changes and microorganisms. These are mainly caused by oxidative stress, reactive oxygen species , ROS), thereby destroying the antioxidant defense system and causing cell damage and death.
Due to the development of modern society, various skin damage factors have occurred through pollution and environmental pollution. Especially, due to environmental pollution, dry skin and contaminants are conceived on the skin, resulting in problems such as atopic skin diseases Respectively.
In addition, human skin must have an adequate amount of moisture to make it appear soft, supple and healthy. This requires that the moisture evaporation be kept low even in a dry environment. When the skin becomes dry, the upper part of the epidermis becomes coarse, dry, and soft. If the dryness of the skin becomes deeper, the keratin is excessively torn or cracked, and in severe cases it is classified as skin disease at all. In dry skin, it has been reported that the binding force between keratinocytes is weakened, the lipid component is changed, and the retention of water content of keratin is decreased.
In addition, since a proper amount of skin moisture is an essential factor for maintaining a normal skin condition, research on skin moisturizing agents for maintaining the moisture content of the skin is continuously carried out. Conventionally developed skin moisturizers can simply moisturize the skin and temporarily maintain the moisture content. However, these moisturizers penetrate deeply into the skin through the epidermis, and there is a very low ability to fix moisture in the stratum corneum which is easy to dry and has a barrier to moisture, so that the skin moisture content is maintained to an appropriate level It has the problem that it is difficult.
On the other hand, a gel type or cream type mask pack containing a cosmetic ingredient and a mask pack using a powder type substance mixed with water are mainly used for skin care, especially facial skin care, for skin care purpose. Methods of using such a mask pack include steps of cleansing the face, applying the functional ingredient, applying or attaching a mask pack comprising a functional ingredient (cosmetic ingredient), and removing the mask pack or sheet mask Lt; / RTI >
The conventional mask pack has an advantage of being easy to remove, but has a problem that the mask pack is inferior in adhesion to the surface of the skin, which hinders the absorption of the functional component into the skin. As a result, It is inevitable to develop a mask pack which can prevent aging and improve the health of the skin and can be stably used without skin irritation.

Here, the primary coating process (S100) starts with a step S101 of installing a special fabric made of chitosan as a raw material on a roll onto an unwinder. Chitosan, which is a raw material of the above-mentioned special fabrics, is excellent in moisturizing effect and antibacterial action of the skin, preventing drying of the skin in winter, moisturizing and moisturizing the dry skin, and being effective against inflammation, which is effective for improving atopy and acne.
Next, a step S102 of transferring one end of the special fabric to the working direction is performed by the driving roller of the far-end feeding unit disposed at the next position of the unwinder.
Next, a step (S103) of coating a natural cellulose solution or a natural collagen solution on the special fabric by the coater of the coating unit disposed at the next position of the far-end transfer unit is performed. Here, the angle of the coater may be changed according to the thickness of the special fabric and the coating thickness of the solution.
Among the above solutions, collagen is a kind of protein which is a main component of skin connective tissue, and is distributed in cartilage, hair and organ in addition to skin. Such collagen is one of the components of the skin like hyaluronic acid, which is essential for maintaining skin elasticity. Collagen acts as an adhesive to prevent cells and cells from falling off the skin. It constitutes more than 90% of the dermis protein.
Our bodies make collagen naturally, but as we grow older, the ability to make collagen gradually falls. If you are in your late 20s, you will lose 1% every year. If you are in your 40s, it will be half of your 20s. If the skin lacks collagen, it is naturally less elastic. The adhesion between cells and cells is lowered, and the skin gradually grows, and wrinkles also occur. At this time, collagen can be eaten or collagen can be supplemented depending on the severity.
Next, a step (S104) is carried out in which the coating material is passed through the drying chamber of the drying unit disposed at the next position of the coating unit, and the drying is performed by passing the
In this case, the
Finally, the special cloth coated with the solution is recovered on a roll (S105) by a rotating rewinder placed at a next position of the drying unit.
Therefore, the
Then, the secondary coating process (S200) starts with the step (S201) of drawing the cathode module into the process chamber of the sputtering unit. That is, the step of drawing the cathode of the cathode unit into the process chamber of the sputtering unit is to allow the cathode unit, which has been separated from the process chamber, to enter the inside of the process chamber using a moving sheave.
Next, the primary vacuum pump and the secondary vacuum pump are sequentially activated to evacuate the loading chamber of the loading unit, the process chamber of the sputtering unit, and the unloading chamber of the unloading unit, wherein the vacuum degree of the process chamber is 5 x 10 < (S202) is performed so as to reach 5 Torr.
Next, an inert gas such as Ar gas is injected into the process chamber to cause the internal vacuum degree of the process chamber to be 3 × 10 -3 to 5 × 10 -5 Torr (S 203).
Next, the gold or silver particles of the target mounted on the cathode are deposited on the surface of the fiber cloth by the sputtering action by applying the power to the cathode while driving the special fabric straddling the loading chamber, the process chamber and the unloading chamber (S204). That is, when power is supplied to the target, emission electrons having energy equal to the voltage applied to the target from the target surface are emitted. These electrons collide with the inert gas injected into the process chamber and the inert gas gases collide with the target surface again.
In this process, the ionized particles are initially adsorbed after colliding with the target, causing ion implantation to change the structure of the target, or causing ions to be reflected from the target surface, In addition to the atoms sputtered by the particles, emission electrons are emitted again.
They again collide with the inert gas gases to produce a chain reaction, which generates plasma, and the sputtered particles are deposited on the
Finally, a step S205 of recovering the special fabric having been deposited is continued. This is because the unloading roller is rotated to wind the special fabric on the surface thereof in the form of a roll.
Therefore, the
