상기 제1 고정 부재의 타단부에 제2 회전축을 통해 일단부가 회동 가능하게 구비되며 상기 제2 고정 부재의 일부를 감싸는 제3 고정 부재; 및
상기 제3 고정 부재의 타단부와 상기 제2 고정 부재를 록킹시키는 록킹부;

A third fixing member having one end rotatably connected to the other end of the first fixing member via a second rotation shaft and surrounding a part of the second fixing member; And
A locking part for locking the other end of the third fixing member and the second fixing member;
