Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wet air cleaning apparatus and method for removing fine dust using water, and more particularly, to a wet air cleaning apparatus and method for removing fine dust using water, and more particularly, The present invention relates to a wet air purification apparatus and a purification method for removing fine dust by using purified water to discharge clean air into the atmosphere and making fine dust and pollutants into sludge form.
Generally, a large amount of air including various kinds of pollutants such as odor gas and fine dust is generated in the industrial site where coal-fired power plants or various factories are concentrated.
If such odor air or air containing large amount of fine dust is released into the atmosphere, it will pollute the surrounding atmosphere very seriously and cause various diseases and cancer such as respiratory diseases and skin diseases. Therefore, the contaminated air is cleaned through the purifier by the related method and then discharged.
The air purifying method for this purpose is classified into a dry air purifying device and a wet air purifying device using water.
The dry air purifier is mainly composed of a purifier having a plurality of filtration and sterilizing filters, which allows deodorization and filtration while the polluted air collected by the deodorization pipe passes through several functional filters.
However, such dry cleaning apparatuses require efficient replacement and cleaning of high-density filtration and sterilizing filters, which are costly and expensive, so that manpower consumption and maintenance cost are excessively required due to maintenance.
The contaminated air is supplied to the combustion chamber through which the flame is ejected through the combustion head of the burner to burn the pollutant by the direct heat of the flame to deodorize and purify the pollutant. However, The efficiency of deodorization and purification can not be maximized. If such combustion air is discharged into the air, there is a problem that the pollution level of the atmosphere and the ambient temperature are increased and the environment is destroyed.
The wet air cleaning apparatus is mainly a water purifying apparatus which is a water purifying apparatus that uses water as an air purifying apparatus and a purification method using water as disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1469509 (published on Dec. 1, 2014) Hereinafter referred to as " prior art ").
In the prior art, a water guide for passing contaminated air from a lower end portion to an upper end portion of the air purifier to flow down the pollutant source from the upper portion to the lower portion of the air purifier is formed at a predetermined slope to maintain a long contact time with water, It is an air purifier and purification method that uses water to remove 1, 2, 3, 4, 5th source from installation, free filter installation, water guide and water film.
However, the prior art is a method in which water is sprayed onto the contaminated air rising from the lower part to the upper part so that the contaminants of the rising air come into contact with the falling water particles.
Therefore, in the prior art, there is a minute gap between the water particles and the particles to be sprayed. The pollutants contained in some air are not purified through the gap and tend to be discharged to the outside through the air outlet at the upper part There is a problem that the purification efficiency is lowered.

The wet air cleaning method for removing fine dust using water of the present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: a first step of sealing the inside of the purifier with a hermetically sealed lid when a container filled with water at a predetermined level reaches a first position using the purifier; ; A second step of introducing polluted air collected in the vessel water at the first location to remove contaminants and allowing clean air to be discharged to the air outlet; A third step of stopping inflow of contaminated air when the water turbidity of the container is measured on a predetermined basis, and moving the container with the cover to the second position; A fourth step of injecting a precipitant and a coagulant into the vessel moved to the second position, and allowing the contaminants in the water to coagulate and precipitate in the form of sludge after a lapse of a predetermined time; A fifth step of removing water in the container when the container in which the sludge has settled is moved to the third position, and washing the container after the settled sludge has been collected; And a sixth step of filling the moved container with clean water to a predetermined level and moving the container filled with water to the first position.
The present invention can be applied to various industrial fields including a thermal power plant by using a vacuum pump which rolls the air of a workplace containing a large amount of various pollutants in a vacuum state in the purifier body, The air is forcedly introduced into the water of the moving container, so that the pollutant contained in the air can be effectively purified.
