Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a rotor having a permanent magnet division module in which permanent magnets are divided and joined, and a motor including the rotor.
2. Description of the Related Art A motor is a device that can obtain a rotational force through electric energy and includes a rotor (rotor) provided with a permanent magnet and a stator (stator) surrounding a rotor and wound with a coil.
The types of motors including permanent magnets can be roughly classified into radial type motors and axial type motors (axial motors). The radial type motors have a radial magnetization direction And a stator is disposed on the outer side or the inner side of the rotor so as to face the permanent magnet. In the stator, the coil is wound on an iron core having teeth on the surface facing the rotor. Torque is generated while linking to the coil from the magnetic pole of the rotor through the iron core.
The axial motor has a structure in which a length in the axial direction is reduced, which is advantageous for miniaturization, in which a disc-shaped rotor is mounted on a rotary shaft, and a stator is provided so that the rotor faces the rotary shaft. A permanent magnet is mounted on the rotor, and a plurality of coils are mounted on the stator.
When a current is applied to the coil of the motor, a magnetic field is formed, and the magnetic field formed by the permanent magnet and the magnetic field formed by the permanent magnet interact with each other to rotate the rotor.
However, the iron loss is increased by the rotation of the motor, and a drift load loss occurs due to the current generated when the magnetic field on the surface of the magnet changes upon rotation. The drift load loss caused by the eddy current generates heat to magnetize the magnet, There is a problem that the efficiency of the apparatus is deteriorated. When the motor rotates at a higher speed, the iron loss and the drift load loss become larger, so that the efficiency of the motor is further reduced.
Conventionally, a rotor has been used in which a permanent magnet is divided in the radial direction to reduce the path of the eddy current. However, there is a structural limitation in that the area of the permanent magnet is limited. As the motor rotates at high speed, There is a problem that rigidity is restricted during high-speed rotation.
An object of the present invention is to propose a structure of a motor capable of reducing core loss and drift load loss.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a structure of a motor capable of ensuring rigidity even if the motor rotates at a high speed.
It is another object of the present invention to propose a structure of a motor which has a structure in which a rotor and a rotary shaft are integrated so that it is easy to manufacture and a tolerance that can be generated during manufacture can be reduced.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a motor comprising: a motor housing; a stator fixedly installed on an inner surface of the motor housing; And a rotor disposed inside the stator so as to be spaced apart from the rotor by a predetermined gap and generating a rotating force, wherein the rotor has a cylindrical shape and has a closed space formed therein; A rotating shaft protruding from the center of both ends of the case to transmit rotational force of the rotor; And a permanent magnet division module which is disposed in the closed space and in which a plurality of permanent magnets are stacked at regular intervals, has a structure capable of reducing loss of drift load generated in the motor and securing rigidity.
At this time, the permanent magnet division module includes: a plurality of permanent magnets in a cylindrical shape; And a disk member positioned between the permanent magnets and coupled to both ends of the permanent magnets. The permanent magnet division module may have a structure in which four to five permanent magnets are stacked.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a motor comprising: a permanent magnet division module including a permanent magnet and a disc member coupled through a cylindrical jig; Inserting the manufactured permanent magnet division module into a space of a case opened at one end, and coupling the permanent magnet division module to the case through heat shrinking; Coupling the cover to an open end of the case; And inserting the rotor manufactured through each of the steps into a housing having a stator coupled to an inner surface thereof.
In order to accomplish the above object, according to the present invention, a permanent magnet division module including divided permanent magnets is inserted into a rotor, so that the iron loss due to a change in surface magnetic flux of a rotor rotating at high speed, The load loss can be reduced.
Further, by having a structure in which the permanent magnet division module is inserted into the case of the rotor, even if the motor rotates at a high speed, movement of the permanent magnet can be restricted to secure rigidity.
In addition, since the rotor is formed with both ends of the rotor and the rotor and the rotary shaft are integrated with each other, the number of components is reduced during manufacturing of the motor.

Since the drift load loss caused by the rotation of the
As can be seen from the graph, the
The
6A and 6B are explanatory diagrams showing the temperature distribution of the
6 (a) and 6 (b) are graphs showing the temperature distribution due to the rotation of the
6 (a) and 6 (b), when the
7 (a) and 7 (b), in the case of the permanent
8 is a graph showing loss due to vortexing depending on the number of the
As described above, as compared with the case where the
However, as shown in FIG. 8, as the number of the divided
8, the number of the divided
A drift load loss of 27.9 W occurs when the number of the divided
However, as the number of the
That is, when the number of the divided

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 9 (a), 9 (b), 9 (c), and 9 (d), the
At this time, the fabricated
The
