Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an automatic cutter equipped with a feed cutter, and more particularly to a cutter equipped with a feed cutter which is configured to cut the sheet into a predetermined dimension while feeding the cutter at the top of the cut material Automatic cutter.
In general, parts such as packing, buffer material or cover can be molded into a predetermined shape by pressing the material such as silicone, rubber, or synthetic resin while heating it with a metal mold. That is, after putting a predetermined amount of the material into the cavity of the lower mold constituting the mold, the upper mold having the cavity corresponding to the cavity is made to conform to the lower mold. At this time, since the heater is mounted on the mold, the material melts and becomes a shape conforming to the cavities of the upper and lower molds.
At this time, a plurality of cavities of the same shape are formed in the lower mold and the upper mold, and the cavity of the lower mold and the cavities of the upper mold are formed to correspond to each other. For this purpose, a certain amount of material is put into each cavity formed in the lower mold, so that a good product can be produced. In other words, when the weight of the material is less than the predetermined amount, the cavity can not be filled sufficiently, and the incomplete shape of the product is molded. When the weight of the material is larger than the fixed amount, the density of the material becomes more than necessary and the desired elasticity can not be obtained. There is a problem that the manufacturing cost is increased due to overuse of the material. The reason for obtaining elasticity in the above is that the product is used for components requiring elasticity, such as packing, cushioning material and cover.
Therefore, since a material such as silicon, rubber, or synthetic resin is cut into a uniform shape in a state of being formed into a sheet shape, a predetermined amount of material can be supplied to each of the cavities.
In order to cut the sheet to a uniform size as described above, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1286270 (Jul. 09, 2013) proposes the following automatic cutter (1).
The construction of the automatic cutting machine 1 will be described as follows.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a conveying plate conveyed by the roller and the roller in the automatic cutting machine according to the background art, and a blade reciprocating up and down at the upper portion of the conveying plate.
And a plurality of
In addition, a
The operation of the automatic cutter 1 will be described below.
2 is a perspective view showing that the sheet is cut by the automatic cutting machine according to the background art.
1, the sheet S is placed on the upper surface of the
In this state, the blade (30) is lifted and lowered periodically while the roller (10) is driven to advance the conveying plate (20). Then, along with the advancing conveying
Since the width V of the cut material C varies according to the cycle of the
The cut material (C) thus produced is put into the cavity of the mold, so that a product having a desired shape is formed.
The problems of the automatic cutter 1 according to the above-described construction and operation are as follows.
Fig. 3 is a plan view showing a phenomenon in which the conveying plate rotates sideways as viewed from above in Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 is a view showing an example in which a cut surface of a cut material cut in a sheet is formed obliquely And FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which pieces are further added to adjust the weight of cuts cut by an automatic cutter according to the background art.
First, a slip occurs between the
2, the width Q of the
Thirdly, as shown in Fig. 2, the sheet S is made to have a uniform thickness by two rolling rolls, but the width K is supplied in a non-uniform state. Therefore, the cut lengths C must be different in the left and right lengths L. Therefore, since each of the cuts C is different from the prescribed dimensions, there is a problem in that it is not possible to produce a predetermined amount of the cuts C.
Fourth, due to the above-mentioned problems, when the worker individually measures the weight of the cut material C at the production site and then fails to measure the weight, the piece P of the material is added as shown in FIG. 5, It is troublesome to remove a part of the cutting water C. Therefore, there is a problem in that productivity is deteriorated because it takes a long time until the product is molded and a large number of workers are required to measure the weight.
Problems to be solved by the automatic cutting machine equipped with the transfer cutting device according to the present invention are as follows.
First, since a slip occurs between the roller and the conveying plate, the amount of advance of the conveying plate becomes irregular and the width of each of the cut materials becomes different to solve the problem that a cut quantity of a predetermined amount can not be manufactured.
Secondly, the slip phenomenon occurring in a part between the roller and the transfer plate causes the transfer plate to rotate laterally when the roller is driven. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the cut surface is inclined and the width of the cut material is uneven. As a result, each of the cuts becomes different from the prescribed dimensions, and thus, a problem that a cut quantity of a predetermined amount can not be produced is solved.
Thirdly, as shown in Fig. 2, the sheet is made to have a uniform thickness by two rolling rolls, but the left and right widths are supplied in a non-uniform state. Therefore, the lengths of the left and right cuts must be different. Accordingly, the respective cut materials are different from the prescribed dimensions, and therefore, a problem that a cut quantity of a predetermined amount can not be produced is solved.
Fourth, due to the above-mentioned problems, when the worker individually measures the weight of the cut material at the production site and then the weight thereof is insufficient, a piece of the material is added as shown in FIG. 5, and when the weight is over, There was a hassle to do. Accordingly, it is desired to solve the problem that productivity is deteriorated because it requires a large number of workers to delay the time until molding the product and to measure the weight.

The side cutters are supported on the left and right sides of the lower surface of the upper plate, And a side conveying portion interposed between the upper plate and the side cutter to adjust the interval, and the front cutter is supported on the lower surface of the upper plate and in front of the side conveying portion.
The guiding structure of the side conveying portion includes a rail fixed to the lower surface of the upper plate so as to be laterally extended and a guider disposed laterally to be mounted on the rail and disposed on both sides of the rail, A nut that is fastened to the left and right screws respectively fastened to the screw and a servo motor supported by the side plate and connected to the screw, And are simultaneously fixed to the lower ends of the guider and nut disposed on both sides.
The automatic cutting machine equipped with the feed cutter according to the present invention can exhibit the following effects by the above-mentioned solution.
Since the feed cutter, which carries out the cutting operation without transporting the sheet as in the background art, is configured to cut while being transported, the cut product can be cut to a predetermined width and length. Therefore, since the cutter can be produced by putting the cutter in an amount specified in the cavity of the mold, it is possible to omit a series of manual work for increasing / decreasing the weight while the worker measures the weight of the cutter. FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing an automatic cutter equipped with a transfer cutter according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a buffer mat is placed on an upper surface of a table, and only a side cutter and a front cutter are disposed on the buffer mat.
6 to 10, except for the buffering means 423 and 623, all other configurations are included in the present invention.
In this state, the

Hereinafter, the operation of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 11 is an exemplary view showing a process of sequentially cutting a sheet in the width direction by extracting only a front cutter in an automatic cutter equipped with a feed cutter according to the invention, FIG. 12 is a view showing an automatic cutter equipped with a feed cutter according to the present invention, And FIG. 14 is a view illustrating a process of cutting both sides of a sheet cut in the width direction sequentially in the longitudinal direction by extracting only the side cutters. FIG. 14 is a view showing an example in which the sheet is cut by the automatic cutter equipped with the feed cutter according to the present invention The process will be described together as an example showing the process.
6, the
Next, the sheet S is placed on the upper surface of the table 100 so as to be disposed between the
The sheet S is made of a material such as silicon, rubber, or synthetic resin by a rolling process, and has a viscosity such as a rice cake. Though the thickness T is uniform by rolling, the width K is produced differently depending on the length.
Next, the
Next, the
Next, when the
This series of cutting processes is performed in the same way through Fig. The
When the cutting is completed in this way, the sheet S is taken out from the table 100 and then the vinyl is peeled off. Then, the work is completed because the cut material (C) is separated.
This series of processes can be more clearly understood from FIG. That is, the sheet S is sequentially cut by the
According to the present invention as described above, since the
