Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a nanoparticle production apparatus, and is a nanoparticle production apparatus capable of producing nanoparticles in a metal matrix through a plasma process using an electrode coupled with a power unit.
Nanoparticles are widely used as conductive paste in the electronics industry, and are used in various fields such as energy fields such as solar cells and supercapacitors, ITO transparent electrodes for touch screens, and TCO replacement materials. These nanoparticles are typically used as silver nanoparticles.
The conventional silver nanoparticle production was performed using a solution containing silver nanoparticle metal ions using a carbon electrode or a tungsten electrode. Typically, this solution was an aqueous solution of silver nitrate (AgNO 3 ), and in the case of platinum, an aqueous solution of platinum chloride (PtCl 4 ) was used. However, the production of metal nanoparticles using an aqueous solution as described above has a disadvantage in that it can not be mass-produced.
In addition, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1460755 (referred to as "a silver nanofluid using a liquid-phase plasma reaction ") which generates plasma and generates silver nanoparticles in a liquid by generating plasma in an ion- Manufacturing method "). 1, a pair of
Although the above-described technique can manufacture nanofluids in a simple process by continuously producing and dispersing silver nanoparticles in a fluid, it is difficult to apply nanoparticles to a metal rather than a fluid. . Furthermore, the fluid plasma sputtering technique, which is widely used as another technology, is a method of synthesizing metal nanoparticles directly on the distilled water by using the metal to be synthesized on the distilled water so that the manufacturing cost is low and the production is easy, .
The present invention relates to a nanoparticle production apparatus, and more particularly, to a nanoparticle production apparatus using metal base material as one pole and other poles using an electrode coupled with a power device, The present invention relates to a nanoparticle production apparatus capable of producing nanoparticles.
In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a nanoparticle production apparatus comprising a

The nanoparticle production apparatus may further include a
Since the anode is connected to the metal base material while the anode is connected to the electrode, the plasma generated in the anode generates the metal base material as the metal nano particle, Particles may be formed so as to adhere to the metal base material. Here, the electrode can be adjusted in three axes by a driving unit including a first driving unit, a second driving unit, and a third driving unit, so that an operator can generate a nanoparticle array having a desired shape, There is an advantage to be able to provide a base to be able to.
In addition, since the third driving unit and the electrodes are formed on the second driving unit in plural, nanoparticles can be formed within a short period of time even if metal base materials having uneven shapes are arranged. There is an effect of increasing.
In addition, since the thermoelectric element attached to the electrode can cool the used electrode for a long time, it has the advantage of increasing the service life of the electrode while preventing the malfunction. Further, since the thermoelectric element is coupled to the electrode body at the electrode part, even if the electrode is replaced, a separate maintenance work is not required, and the maintenance time is greatly reduced.
