고전압 인가에 의해 고전압 충격파가 발생됨과 함께 압력파동이 생성되며, 압력파동에 의해 암반 발파공 내의 물이 팽창됨과 함께 팽창된 물에 의해 암반의 파쇄 및 균열전파가 발생되는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며,
