As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The biggest challenge is to maximize the light output for an applied current. The amount of light generated from the LED chip is the same, but the light output projected from the LED chip is influenced by the surface state of the LED chip and the surface of the
Conventionally, a method of increasing the light output by forming the
However, such a chemical etching has caused a problem of environmental pollution, and it has become a technical problem to solve because it is costly.
Thus, the present invention solves this problem by forming the projections and
A method of manufacturing the
The manufacturing method of the
The pressing step S10 is a step of mixing the
When the pressing step S10 is performed, a mixture of the
At this time, since the PIG formed body is in a weak state, it is subjected to a heating step (S20) to give a predetermined strength or more.
The heating step S20 includes a first heating step S21 and a second heating step S22.
In the primary heating step S21, the PIG molded body is put into a chamber and heated to a predetermined temperature. Through this step, moisture inside the PIG molded body is evaporated and hardened.
In the secondary heating step (S22), the PIG molded body is placed in a chamber and heated while the PIG molded body is pressurized to a predetermined pressure. In this step, bubbles existing in the
The first polishing step S30 is a step of polishing the one side of the PIG molded body to increase the surface roughness and gloss to increase the light transmittance. Since the light generated inside the blue LED must penetrate the PIG molded body, the molded PIG body must be polished to be polished. In addition, there is an advantage that accurate patterning can be performed by increasing the surface roughness.
The etching step S40 is a step of forming a pattern on the surface of the PIG molded body through etching. The PIG formed body should be provided with a wire routing path and the like. For this purpose, etching is performed using a photoresist.
Next, a concavity and convexity forming step (S50) is performed to form concave and
The
The surface area of the PIG formed body is increased by the
It is preferable that the surface on which the concavities and

Since sandblasting gives a strong impact on the surface, it is not appropriate to apply to blue LED. Application of sandblasting to the surface of the blue LED may cause cracks on the surface, which may cause product stability problems.

Following the second polishing step S31, a concavity and convexity forming step S50 may be performed.
The unevenness forming step S50 may be performed only on one side of the
