일반적으로 비타민 C를 고농도로 사용하는 경우, 피부에 사용하였을 때 끈적임이 높아 소비자들의 클레임이 발생하는 경우가 있으며 4계절용으로 사용하는데 큰 불편함이 있었다. 본 실험은 이와 같이 고농도로 비타민 C 사용 시 발생할 수 있는 끈적임 개선을 위해 아로니아 추출물의 효능을 확인하였다. 먼저 비타민 C 20 중량% 함유된 제품(대조군)과 아로니아 추출물(3 중량%)과 비타민 C 20 중량%가 함유된 제품(실험군), 아로니아 추출물(5 중량%)과 비타민 C 20 중량%가 함유된 제품(실험군)을 20명의 피검자에게 사용하게 한 후 끈적임 정도를 설문을 통해 평가하여 그 결과를 아래 표 4에 나타내었다.
