상기 제2 도전형 반도체층 하에 위치하는 오믹층;
상기 오믹층 하에 위치하고, 상기 발광 구조물로부터 입사되는 광을 반사하는 반사층;
상기 반사층 하에 위치하고, 상기 발광 구조물을 지지하는 도전층; 및
상기 제2 도전형 반도체층 및 상기 도전층 사이에 위치하고, 상기 오믹층 및 상기 반사층의 측면에 배치되는 채널층

상기 전류 제한층과 접촉하고 상기 전류 제한층을 감싸도록 구비되며, 상기 제1 도전형 반도체층과 접촉되며,
