Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a container molding apparatus, and more particularly, to a container molding apparatus for molding a container from a plastic sheet.
Containers for foods such as beverages, yogurt, and gels are made of metals, ceramics, glass, and plastics. Particularly, a plastic container (hereinafter referred to as a plastic container) is widely used in recent years because of its advantages such as convenience of use and its advantage that it is not damaged even when impact is applied due to dropping.
The plastic container as described above is manufactured by an injection molding method and a vacuum molding method. The injection molding method is a method in which a liquid plastic resin is injected into a cavity of a pair of metal molds which are arranged to correspond to a container to be machined and cured to manufacture a container. Such injection molding methods are suitable for manufacturing relatively thick containers, but are not suitable for manufacturing relatively thin containers. In the vacuum molding method, a plastic sheet is vacuum-adsorbed from an upper mold having a concave portion with a sheet-like plastic (hereinafter referred to as a plastic sheet) preheated at a predetermined temperature between a lower mold and an upper mold, . That is, the vacuum forming method is a method of forming a thermoplastic plastic sheet by vacuum adsorption onto a metal mold, which is suitable for manufacturing a relatively thin container and suitable for molding a container having a relatively large size and a disposable container And the cost of equipment such as a mold and a molding machine can be reduced.
The vacuum forming apparatus includes a lower mold having a convex portion and an upper mold having a concave portion corresponding to the convex portion. A plurality of vacuum suction holes are formed in the convex portion, and the vacuum suction holes are connected to the vacuum hose installed in the lower mold. A plurality of springs are provided on the lower surface of the lower mold so that the springs absorb the impact force transmitted to the lower mold by the upper mold.
The plastic sheet heated to a predetermined temperature is transferred between the lower mold and the upper mold. The lower mold and the upper mold are vacuum-attracted to the plastic sheet through the vacuum adsorption holes while being engaged with the plastic sheet, thereby bringing the plastic sheet into close contact with the outer surface and the edge portion of the protrusion. At this time, the upper mold presses the lower mold at a predetermined pressure, and the concave portion of the upper mold is in close contact with the convex portion of the lower mold, so that the plastic sheet is molded into a plastic container having a predetermined shape.
However, in the vacuum molding apparatus, the plastic sheet is vacuum-adsorbed, and the lower mold and the upper mold are coupled with each other, so that the lower mold and the upper mold are separated and joined again to each other for continuous molding of the container. At this time, unless the center of the upper mold and the center of the lower mold are positioned so as to correspond to each other, the plastic sheet is not pressed uniformly, and the molded container does not have a uniform thickness. It is difficult to locate the center of the upper mold and the center of the lower mold so as to correspond to each other.

In addition, the
A plurality of connecting
When all the
The molded
Even if the
Since the
The moving
The moving
The moving
