Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Typically, a dieboard is called a wooden, Thomson, or knife mold, and consists of a plate-like support and a plurality of Thomson knives and punches combined with the support. This support is made of iron plate, wood, resin or the like, and is cut into a shape like a sketch by laser or Scotch. The Thompson knife is cut and bent by a cutting machine, a bending machine, and the like, and is pushed together with the punch in various forms in a sketch space of the cut processed support.
The knife-type knife used in the neck mold is bent or cut into the shape of a groove corresponding to the shape of a sketch using a device such as various cutters or a bending machine as mentioned above, So that both ends of the plate are brought back to each other after welding.
Welding of the neck knife can be done manually by an expert skilled in welding, but the use of automatic welding equipment is gradually increasing as skilled manpower decreases. However, most of the automatic welding devices are used in the production of automobiles such as ships, vehicles, etc., or in the form used for the production of large metal panels or piping materials. There are constraints that are not suitable for welding.
In order to solve this problem, the applicant of the present invention has filed a request for registration of Registration No. 10-1616340 entitled " automatic welding apparatus for metal mold knife welding ".
In the automatic welding apparatus for conventional metal mold knife welding as described, the metal mold knife is fixed, and the welding operation can be performed. However, in the automatic welding apparatus for conventional metal mold knife welding, a worker has to use his / her hands and feet together to fix a metal mold knife. As a result, the operator's nerves were dispersed and an operation error occurred.
In addition, there has been a problem in that the operator has to manipulate the handle with one hand to adjust the position of the welding torch before and after welding, and to operate the welding gas supply with the other hand.
In other words, there was a problem that the automatic welding device or the worker's workforce had to be inputted, and the operator adjusted the transfer of the welding torch by manipulating the hand by hand, so that the welding speed varied depending on the operator, There was a problem.
In the automatic welding apparatus according to the present invention, when the operator operates the welding switch, the entire process of welding the workpiece is automatically performed. The control unit automatically moves the welding torch in the standby state to the welding start position of the welded object, and supplies the welding gas, then linearly moves the welding torch. Then, the welding torch is moved to the welding spot of the welding object, the welding gas supply is terminated, and the welding torch is returned to the standby position. Since the entire welding process is carried out automatically, labor costs can be reduced since no intervention of the operator is required in the entire process except for fixing the workpiece.
Further, since the back and forth movement of the welding torch for welding the workpieces is performed by driving the forward and backward transfer motors, the welding proceeds at a constant speed irrespective of the skill of the operator. Thus, it is possible to realize a certain reliable welding quality.

In addition, the automatic welding apparatus of the present invention can detect the feed distance for forward and backward movement and welding of the welding torch by the limit switch and automatically reverse the welding torch, thereby improving the welding speed per product.
In addition, when the welding signal is applied, the protective cover can be automatically rotated in conjunction with the movement of the welding torch, thereby reducing the worker's working line.

Since the entire welding process is performed automatically, labor costs can be reduced because no operator intervention is required at all.
Further, since the back and forth movement of the welding torch for welding the workpieces is performed by driving the forward and backward transfer motors, the welding proceeds at a constant speed irrespective of the skill of the operator. Thus, it is possible to realize a certain reliable welding quality.
In addition, the automatic welding apparatus of the present invention can detect the feed distance for forward and backward movement and welding of the welding torch by the limit switch, and automatically reverse the welding torch, thereby improving the welding speed per product.
In addition, when the welding signal is applied, the protective cover can be automatically rotated in conjunction with the movement of the welding torch, thereby reducing the worker's working line.
On the other hand, the front and rear conveying
The molar ratio of the sodium hydroxide and the alkyl betaine is preferably 1: 0.01 to 1: 2. When the molar ratio is out of the above range, the coating property of the base material is lowered or the moisture adsorption on the surface is increased to remove the coating film have.
The sodium hydroxide and alkyl betaine are preferably used in an amount of 1 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. When the content is less than 1% by weight, the coating properties of the base material deteriorate. When the content exceeds 10% by weight, Precipitation tends to occur.
On the other hand, as a method of applying the present anti-fouling coating composition onto a substrate, it is preferable to coat it by a spray method. In addition, the thickness of the final coated film on the front and rear conveying
The anti-contamination coating composition may be prepared by adding 0.1 mol of sodium hydroxide and 0.05 mol of alkylbetaine to 1000 mL of distilled water, followed by stirring.
The back and forth movement
Benzotriazole is added for the purpose of preventing corrosion and preventing discoloration, and boron serves as a deoxidizer.
CMC (Carboxy Methyl Cellulose) is a white or whitish powder with high water absorption. It is easily dissolved in water to exhibit viscosity, forming a film, and acting as a dispersant.
Zirconium acts to enhance abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, and titanium is a corrosion-resistant transition metal element with excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance.
Aluminum oxide is added for the purpose of refractoriness and chemical stability.
The reason why the proportions of the constituent components are limited as described above is that the present inventors have analyzed through several test results, and as a result, showed the optimum corrosion preventing effect at the above ratios.
Further, the welding table 100 may be coated with a fragrance material having a function of treating a respiratory disease or the like, thereby improving the user's fatigue and health.

Here, the functional oil is preferably mixed with 3 to 5% by weight based on the perfume. If the mixing ratio of the functional oil is less than 3% by weight, the effect is insignificant. If the mixing ratio of the functional oil exceeds 3 to 5% by weight, the function is not greatly improved, but the manufacturing cost is greatly increased.
Among the functional oils, helichrysum oil is one of the main chemical elements such as nerol, geraniol, linalol, and has a good effect on antibacterial, antibacterial, antiseptic, antiallergic and anti-inflammatory.
