Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a flow rate measuring apparatus, and more particularly, to a flow rate measuring apparatus for a conductive fluid capable of measuring a flow rate of a conductive fluid.
The permanent magnet that has been commercialized is a method of flowing a high temperature liquid metal or a specific fluid in a magnetic field using an ALNICO series permanent magnet and measuring an eddy current caused by the Fleming's left hand rule in the vertical direction of the flowing fluid .
However, when the magnet is made of AlNiCo, a magnetic core (core) constituting the magnet circuit must be formed and magnetized separately. If the magnetic path is deformed, the magnetic field strength is deformed.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a device which hardly forms a magnetic path and does not need to magnetize the bracket separately.
Since the magnet of the present invention is made of neodymium or samarium and the magnet is strong, it is not necessary to magnetize the bracket separately, and the 'U' shaped bracket fixes the magnet, thereby increasing the magnitude of the electromotive force So that it is possible to more accurately measure the flow rate of the fluid flowing in the fluid pipe.

According to one aspect, a magnet facing the fluid tube is received in the inside of the bracket, and a supporting unit is fixed to the remaining part of the bracket so as to prevent the magnet from being pushed outward.
According to one aspect, the conductive fluid may be configured to flow in the form of either a low flow rate or a low flow rate.
According to one aspect, the bracket may be positioned proximate the fluid conduit.
According to one aspect, the measuring unit may include a probe electrode mounted on an outer surface of the fluid tube, and a voltage meter connected to the probe electrode to measure electromotive force.

Also, by fixing the magnets to the 'C' shaped bracket, the magnitude of the electromotive force can be further increased, and the flow rate of the fluid flowing in the fluid tube can be more accurately measured.
Further, the position of the support unit can be changed according to the thickness of the fluid tube.
