Description

NANO BUBBLE GENERATOR USING A PARTICLE [0002]

The present invention relates to a fine bubble generating device, and more particularly, to a fine bubble generating device that generates fine bubbles by using particles filled in a space.

Bubbles are the pockets of gas in the liquid, that is, bubbles. Micro bubbles are much smaller than regular bubbles and mean very small bubbles that need to be numbered in nanometers. Micro bubbles have different characteristics from ordinary bubbles in the following three aspects.

First, ordinary bubbles with a size or diameter of several millimeters or more in the liquid float up at the same time as they are produced and burst at the surface of the liquid. The reason that the bubble floats up is because the buoyancy of the bubble is larger than the resistance of the liquid. On the other hand, the fine bubbles stay in the liquid for a long time. This is because the buoyancy of the fine bubbles is so small that it can not overcome the resistance of the liquid.

Second, when the fine bubbles stay in the liquid for a long time, the gas inside the fine bubbles gradually dissolves into the liquid through the surface of the fine bubbles and gradually becomes smaller in size. Furthermore, when the solubility of the gas in the fine bubbles to the liquid is high, the bubbles themselves are completely dissolved and disappear.

Third, the smaller the bubble size is, the larger the ratio of the surface area to the volume becomes. Thus, the efficiency of the application field utilizing the surface characteristics of the fine bubble is enhanced as in the water purification field which can utilize the micro bubble collecting effect.

These three features of fine bubbles enable a wide variety of applications of nanobubbles.

In the case of the water treatment, it is possible to shorten the treatment time for increasing the water quality by effectively injecting air into the water. In the case of sewage treatment, it is possible to efficiently inject oxidative gas such as ozone into the sewage, In the case of the washing treatment, the washing liquid and the rinse water are made into the oxygen active water containing the high concentration of dissolved oxygen, so that the washing liquid has a powerful cleaning function and the sterilizing function, Thereby reducing the time. In addition, it can be used in various fields requiring sterilization, cleaning, purification, and the like.

As a conventional micro bubble generating device, there are a micro bubble generating device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2015-0040134 and a micro bubble generating device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 10-1036227. FIGS. 1A and 1B are cross-sectional views illustrating an apparatus for generating fine bubbles according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and illustrate embodiments of an injection unit. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the particle shown in Fig.

Referring to FIGS. 1A and 1B, a micro bubble generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a chamber 100 and an injection unit 300.

The chamber 100 provides a passage through which the liquid or mixture of liquids passes. The chamber 100 includes an inlet opening 110 for injecting a liquid or a liquid mixture and an outlet opening 120 for discharging a liquid or liquid mixture injected through the opening 110 for injection. For example, the chamber 100 may have a cylindrical shape and may be made of metal or synthetic resin.

The inner space of the chamber 100 is filled with the particles 200. Each of the particles 200 filled in the inner space of the chamber 100 includes a plurality of through holes 210. Each of the through holes 210 is formed to extend in a random direction as shown in Fig. The particles 200 may be in any one of, or more than one of, the shapes of the pillars, balls, and polygons. In one example, the particles 200 may be ball shaped.

In addition, fine voids are formed between the particles 200 filled in the inner space of the chamber 100. The particles 200 can be flowed by the flow rate of the liquid or liquid mixture that passes through the interior space of the chamber 100.

A separation prevention plate 130 may be provided on the outlet opening 120 side of the chamber 100 to prevent the particles 200 from departing from the chamber 100, And the outlets 131 for discharging the liquid or liquid mixture can be formed.

Here, the liquid-liquid mixture refers to a liquid and a gas-mixed fluid, and liquid and gas can be injected simultaneously or at a certain time interval between liquid and gas to form a liquid-liquid mixture to be injected into the chamber 100 . At this time, the water-insoluble gas exists in the form of a bubble.

The injection unit 300 supplies the liquid or liquid mixture to the internal space of the chamber 100.

1A, the injection unit 300 includes a liquid injection pipe 310 connected to the injection opening 110 of the chamber 100 for injecting liquid, and a liquid injection pipe 310 branched from the liquid injection pipe 310 And a gas injection pipe 320 for injecting gas onto a path inside the liquid injection pipe 310. The liquid injection tube 310 may be connected to a reservoir for storing the liquid, and the liquid in the reservoir may be pumped by the pump and supplied to the inner space of the chamber 100 through the liquid injection tube 310. The injection part 300 of this structure injects the liquid mixture into the chamber 100.

1B, the injection unit 300 includes a liquid injection pipe 310 connected to the injection opening 110 of the chamber 100 to inject liquid, and the gas injection pipe 310 shown in FIG. (320) may be omitted. The injection part 300 of this structure is injected into the chamber 100 with liquid. The liquid may be injected only through the injection unit 300 because the injected liquid passes through the micro gap between the particles 200 and micro bubbles may be generated by the cavitation phenomenon.

Hereinafter, the process of generating the fine bubbles by the fine bubble generator according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

First, a liquid or liquid mixture is injected into the inner space of the chamber 100 through the injection part 300. At this time, in the case of the liquid-liquid mixture supplied into the chamber 100, the liquid and the gas are mixed with each other, and the gas is dissolved in the liquid. As described above, the gas which is not dissolved in the liquid exists in the form of bubbles.

The liquid or liquid mixture supplied to the inside of the chamber 100 can move along the longitudinal direction of the chamber 100 by the pumping pressure of the pump illustrated above.

The liquid or liquid mixture supplied into the chamber 100 collides with the particles 200 while passing through the fine gap between the particles 200 filled in the chamber 100. Further, the liquid or liquid mixture passes through the through hole 210 while colliding with the through hole 210 formed in the particles 200. In this process, the liquid and the gas of the liquid or liquid mixture are mixed with each other as several fine gaps between the particles 200 pass through the randomly formed through holes 210 of the particles 200, A large amount of fine bubbles are formed. The fine bubbles are discharged to the outside of the chamber 100 through the outlet opening 120 of the chamber 100.

The apparatus for generating fine bubbles according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to fill a plurality of particles 200 in a tube-shaped chamber 100 to allow a liquid or a liquid mixture to pass therethrough while colliding with the particles 200 A plurality of minute irregularities are formed in the chamber 100, so that the liquid and the gas collide with each other in the chamber 100 through which the liquid or liquid mixture passes, Processing is not necessary.

Therefore, the apparatus for producing micro bubbles according to the present invention is advantageous in that it can be easily manufactured, can be easily manufactured, and can be manufactured at a reduced cost.

The description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features presented herein.
