Abstract
The present invention provides an edge-type LED lighting lamp capable of producing a bright illumination atmosphere by allowing light to be output to the side of a lighting fixture. An edge type LED lighting lamp of the present invention comprises a light guide plate; A main LED unit arranged along a side edge of the light guide plate and having a plurality of LEDs for irradiating light along the surface of the light guide plate; A frame having a plurality of frame members surrounding the light guide plate and supporting the light guide plate and the main LED unit, at least one frame member having a cover opening opened to the outside and a receiving space opened and closed by the cover opening; A sub LED unit installed in the accommodating space; And a cover portion having a light transmitting portion for opening and closing the cover opening and transmitting light output from the sub LED unit to at least a part of the cover opening.
Description
The present invention relates to a side-illuminated edge type LED lighting lamp.
The edge type LED lighting lamp is composed of a central illumination part and a frame outside the frame supporting it. An LED unit supported on the frame provides a light source to the central illumination from the side. Therefore, the spread of the thickness is spreading because of the advantage that the whole thickness is thin. The edge type LED illumination lamp is fixed to the ceiling by a fastening screw passing through the fastening hole formed in the frame. In the center illumination part of the edge type LED lighting, the light is output only downward.
However, even though a light source is provided to the side of the edge-type LED lighting lamp and the light source is not provided to the side, the LED unit does not transmit the light, It is not possible to produce an atmosphere that is visually beautiful through lighting.
Also, since the fastening holes formed in the frame damage the outer appearance, they may be shielded by post-measures with a rubber stopper or the like. However, there is a problem that it is visually recognized and inconveniences. And electric components such as a converter for power supply are mounted on the upper part of the lighting part. Therefore, the overall thickness of the illumination lamp becomes thick. Further, when maintenance of the electrical parts is required, the entire lighting lamp must be separated from the ceiling.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an edge-type LED lighting lamp which can output a variety of light to the periphery of an edge-type LED lighting lamp to produce a pleasant atmosphere.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an edge-type LED lamp which is not exposed to the fastening portion and thus has an excellent appearance.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an edge type LED lighting lamp which slimly reduces the entire thickness and facilitates the maintenance of electrical components.
The first object is achieved by a light guide plate comprising: a light guide plate; A main LED unit arranged along a side edge of the light guide plate and having a plurality of LEDs for irradiating light along the surface of the light guide plate; A frame having a plurality of frame members surrounding the light guide plate and supporting the light guide plate and the main LED unit, at least one frame member having a cover opening opened to the outside and a receiving space opened and closed by the cover opening; A sub LED unit installed in the accommodating space; And a cover portion having a light transmitting portion for opening and closing the cover opening and transmitting light output from the sub LED unit to at least a part of the cover opening.
In addition, the cover portion may be made of a light-transmitting material or have a light-transmitting window. Thus, the first object is achieved by outputting light to the side.
In addition, the frame member has a reflecting plate for guiding the light from the sub LED unit to the cover unit, so that an atmosphere formed by the light outputted laterally can be produced in various ways.
The frame unit may further include a power supply unit for selectively operating the sub LED unit. The frame unit may be provided with a fastening portion for allowing the power supply unit to be installed in the accommodating space, The second and third objects can be achieved by being pivotally openable and closable with respect to the axis along the longitudinal direction of the member.
According to the present invention, by outputting various lights to the periphery of the edge-type LED lighting lamp, it is possible to produce a bright lighting atmosphere of the ceiling.
Further, the cover portion is opened to easily fasten the fastening screw, and after the fastening is completed, the cover portion is closed so that the fastening hole and the fastening screw are not exposed, so that a beautiful appearance can be maintained.
The overall thickness can be slimly reduced by accommodating the electrical component within the frame space created by the cover portion, and the maintenance of the electrical component can be facilitated.

A light guide plate;
A main LED unit arranged along a side edge of the light guide plate and having a plurality of LEDs for irradiating light along the surface of the light guide plate;
A frame having at least one frame member having a plurality of frame members surrounding the light guide plate and supporting the light guide plate and the main LED unit and installed in a ceiling and having an accommodation space opened outward of the plurality of frame members;
A sub LED unit installed in the accommodating space;
And a cover portion having a light transmitting portion for opening and closing the accommodating space and transmitting light output from the sub LED unit to at least a part of the accommodating space,
