Abstract
The present invention relates to a cage assembly for a dust collector, and more particularly, to a dust collector cage assembly capable of efficiently removing dust adhered to a surface of a filter by uniformly transmitting vibration to the entire surface of the filter.
To this end, the present invention provides a cigarette comprising: a cage inserted into a filter mounted on a housing of a dust collector and made of an elastic material; An upper fixing part connected to the upper end of the cage and fastened to the housing of the dust collector; And a wire member connected to an upper end of the cage to support the cage in a direction opposite gravity.
Description
The present invention relates to a cage assembly for a dust collector, and more particularly, to a dust collector cage assembly capable of efficiently removing dust adhered to a surface of a filter by uniformly transmitting vibration to the entire surface of the filter.
Generally, dust collecting technology for filtering contaminated air is used in many work sites such as steel, incineration, cement, combustion, paper and coke processing. As described above, the dust collector, which is a dust collecting device installed at various work sites, sucks various dusts such as dust and foreign matter, filters the dust through a filter installed inside the dust collector, and then discharges the clean air from which dust has been removed to the outside. At this time, the dust adsorbed or collected on the filter is desorbed by the instantaneous expansion and vibration of the filter through the reverse injection of compressed air. At this time, most of the dust collectors are compressed due to the generation of differential pressure due to the reverse injection of compressed air.
In order to prevent this, conventionally, a tool called a cage is built and installed inside the filter.
However, the conventional cage is disadvantageous in that it is heavy because it is manufactured by welding materials such as flat iron, round bar, and mesh. In addition, since the conventional cage is primarily intended to prevent the filter from being compressed, when the vibration is forcibly transmitted to the cage to forcibly remove the dust adhering to the filter surface, the weight of the cage and the vibration or shock Therefore, it is possible to remove the dust to some extent, but the amount thereof is small and the impact generated by the vibration may cause a serious problem in the structural stability of the dust collector, and the vibration control for the purpose of desorption is restricted.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of the conventional art as described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a dust collecting apparatus and a dust collecting apparatus capable of efficiently removing dust adhering to a surface of a filter, Cage assembly.
Here, the cage may be a spring.
Further, the cage and the upper end fixing portion may be connected via the wire member.
In this case, the upper fixing part may be formed in a cap shape to provide an installation space of the wire member inward.
The upper fixing part may be formed in a flange type and may be fastened to the housing of the dust collector.
In addition, a plurality of the cages may be inserted into one filter in the gravitational direction, and the plurality of cages may be inserted in a form arranged in the horizontal direction.
At this time, the upper fixing part may be formed in a plate shape.
The wire member may be connected to the upper end of the cage via the upper end fixing portion.
The apparatus may further include a lower end fixing portion disposed opposite to the upper end fixing portion and fixing the lower ends of the plurality of cages.
According to the present invention, since the cage is inserted into the filter and the cage made of the elastic material is provided, the vibration can be uniformly transmitted to the entire surface of the filter, and the dust adhering to the filter surface can be efficiently removed through the cage .
Further, according to the present invention, since the upper end fixing portion for fixing the upper end of the cage is formed as a flange type, the upper end fixing portion can be easily attached to and detached from the housing of the dust collector.
Further, according to the present invention, shrinkage due to differential pressure can be prevented by fixing the lengthwise end portions of the cage to the upper and lower fixing portions, respectively.
Further, according to the present invention, by supporting the upper end of the cage with the wire member, tension and vibration of the spring constituting the cage can be continuously maintained.
