도 8 및 도 9에서 볼 수 있듯이, 시험군 제품 사용 8주 후 눈가 주름이 11.7% 감소하였다. 반면, 대조군 제품의 경우 8주까지 주름 감소 효능이 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 도 10에서 볼 수 있듯이, 0주 대비 사용 8주 후, 눈가 주름의 감소를 육안 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한, 표 2 및 표 3에서 볼 수 있듯이, 제품 사용 8주 후 시험군과 대조군 간의 주름 개선 효능에 있어 사용 전 대비 및 군간 유의차(유의차 *p<0.05)를 나타냄을 확인하였다. 이는 롤온 어플리케이터의 롤링에 의하여 유효성분의 흡수가 촉진됨에 의한 것으로 보인다.

도 13a에서 볼 수 있듯이, 본 발명의 롤온 어플리케이터 사용 전보다 사용 후에 혈류량이 약 40% 증가하는 것을 볼 수 있었고, 손을 사용한 대조군은 오히려 혈류량이 감소하였다. 또한, 도 13b에서 볼 수 있듯이, Perfusion color scale의 수치가 높아져 붉은색으로 갈수록 혈류의 속도가 빨라짐을 의미하고 수치가 낮아져 차가운 계열인 푸른색으로 갈수록 혈류의 속도가 늦어짐을 나타내므로, 도포 전에 비하여 혈류의 속도가 빨라진 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이로써, 본 발명의 롤온 어플리케이터에 의한 마사지 효과로 혈류량이 증가함을 확인하였다.

아르기닌 및 리신 함유 폴리펩타이드를 유효성분으로 함유하고, 귀리 추출물 및 효모 추출물 중 1종 이상을 더 함유하는 화장료 조성물 및 상기 화장료 조성물을 피부에 도포하기 위한 피부 도포장치를 포함하며,
상기 아르기닌 및 리신 함유 폴리펩타이드는 L-아르기닌 및 L-리신 함유 올리고펩타이드이고,
상기 화장료 조성물은 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여 귀리 추출물 2 내지 6중량% 및 효모 추출물 0.01 내지 0.5중량%로 함유하는 것이고,
상기 피부 도포장치는 인장자극을 주는 롤러, 지압기 및 마사지 기구로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것이고,
