Claims (5)
3차원 조형물을 형성하기 위한 원료를 압출하고, 원료가 압출되는 단부에 원반형 돌기가 형성된 노즐부;
상기 노즐부의 외측에 결합되는 금속 블록과 상기 금속 블록의 내부에 설치되는 열선으로 이루어져 상기 노즐부를 가열하는 히팅부; 및
내부에 상기 히팅부 및 상기 노즐부의 일부가 수용되도록 형성되고, 하부에 상기 노즐부의 단부가 노출되는 개구를 구비하며, 초 내열성 실리콘 고무로 형성되어 열전달을 방지하는 열차단용 덮개부를 포함하고,
상기 열차단용 덮개부의 상기 개구는, 상기 원반형 돌기의 가장자리에 의하여 폐쇄되는 형상이며,
상기 원반형 돌기는, 상기 조형판을 벗어난 이물질이 상기 열차단용 덮개부로 유입되지 않도록 상기 열차단용 덮개부의 개구를 폐쇄하는 마개 역할을 수행하는 3차원 프린터용 노즐 구조.
