Description
The present invention relates to an insulating double-glazing.
A window is a window or door that is installed on an outer wall of a building such as a house or an apartment and is installed in an opening of a window or an entrance to block the inside of the building from the outside. However, in recent years, due to the development of the chemical industry, many types of synthetic resin window frames have been developed and used.
Normally, windows are composed of upper and lower window frames with glass inside, vertical windows with vertical window frames, upper and lower window frames with rails, and vertical window frames with window frames installed on the exterior walls of the building.
Generally, the gap between the window frame and the window frame formed on the window and the window frame, the gap between the guide rail and the roller makes it difficult to maintain the heat insulation, the car audio, the water tightness, the wind resistance and the airtightness from the outside to provide energy loss and a pleasant indoor environment I can not. A conventional heat insulating structure is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2011-0003998.
Since the gaps between the window frame and the window frame need to be formed, it is not possible to completely block the window frame frame from the outside and also the gap between the guide rail of the window frame frame and the roller of the window frame can not be blocked. there is a problem.

In addition to the polyurethane, the addition of the above-mentioned four kinds of additives in the above-mentioned content range showed not only an improvement in the heat insulating performance but also a special effect of preventing the dew condensation in the winter and preventing the occurrence of sexual intercourse. On the other hand, a material in which pores of uniform size are uniformly arranged in a porous material is generally referred to as a molecular sieve. Among MCM (Mobile Crystalline Material) developed by Mobiles of America, MCM-41 is a material having straight-line pores with a uniform size on a silica plate and forming a hexagonal arrangement, that is, a honeycomb-like channel. MCM-41 is known to be produced through a liquid crystal mold path according to recent studies. That is, a surfactant forms a liquid crystal structure in an aqueous solution, a silicate ion surrounds the surroundings, a hydrothermal reaction forms a conjugate of the surfactant and MCM-41, and the surfactant is sintered at a temperature of 500 to 600 After removal by treatment, MCM-41 can be obtained. At this time, if the manufacturing conditions are changed by changing the kind of the surfactant or adding other organic materials, the pore size can be changed from 1.6 to 10 nm. In the present invention, MCM-41 is most preferable because the porosity is as high as about 80 and the content of phosphoric acid can be increased accordingly.
However, the present invention is characterized not by using the porous structure itself such as MCM-41 but by using a metal-grafted porous structure by adding a metal chloride during the synthesis of the porous structure. An example of a metal grafting porous structure in the present invention is Al grafting MCM-41, which is hereinafter referred to as Al-MCM-41. The meaning of grafting of Al is the structure in which Al is interposed between silicon and oxygen during the production of the porous structure. In the case of MCM-41, a hexagonal wall having uniform channels SiO2 (silica), they have completely different chemical structures.
