Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing functional gloves, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing functional gloves with improved space efficiency and increased service life and grip.
Generally, cotton gloves are woven with cotton yarn and worn to protect workers' hands at various industrial sites. These cotton gloves can protect the hands of the workers, so they are safer than when performing the work in the bare hands.
However, ordinary cotton gloves are not waterproof, so if you catch wet objects, moisture will flow into your gloves and your gloves and hands will get wet. In addition, there is a problem in that oil is absorbed into the cotton gloves at a site where an oil-filled machine or parts such as an automobile maintenance company is handled.
For this reason, recently, a coated cotton glove capable of preventing the infiltration of moisture or oil by forming a coating layer on the palm surface of the cotton glove has been developed and widely used.
On the other hand, the coated cotton glove has airtightness that can prevent moisture or oil from penetrating, but it is difficult to freely move the fingers during operation and the sweat is not discharged well when the sweat is generated due to poor ventilation. Also, in the case of coated cotton gloves, the cotton glove itself has a hydrophobic property and pushes off the coating material when coating the coating material, so that the coating material easily peels off from the surface of the cotton glove.
These problems can interfere with the work by reducing the grip on the object when the glove is worn. In severe cases, it may cause the industrial material to be missed or holes in the glove may occur.

In the method of manufacturing functional gloves according to the present embodiment, a plurality of unit processes are performed as one group in the same first layer (plane), and the other unit processes are performed in different groups, Layer, and other unit processes may be performed in a third group corresponding to the second layer but higher in another group. The method of manufacturing functional gloves according to the present embodiment can be used step by step as a top layer on the same layer space on a straight line to improve space efficiency.
In addition, the method for manufacturing the functional glove according to the present embodiment can be divided into a first layer, a second layer and a third layer, and each of the layers can be performed separately by rails comprising first to third rail portions . For example, the rail includes a first rail extending from one end to the other in a first direction, and a second rail extending from one end to the other end in a second direction opposite to the first direction, And a third rail portion extending in a first direction from one end to the other end and spaced apart from the second rail portion at an upper portion of the second rail portion so as to be parallel to the rail portion, The other end of the first rail is vertically connected to one end of the second rail by a connecting rail portion, and the other end of the second rail is connected to one end of the third rail and a vertical Lt; / RTI > The method of manufacturing functional gloves according to this embodiment can increase the space efficiency by the rails and at the same time enables a series of related unit processes to be performed according to a controlled time to improve process efficiency and physical properties of functional gloves .
In the preparation step (S100) for mounting the gloves on the mold, the speed of the rails is 2.0 m / min to 3.0 m / min, and the molds may be mounted on the rails at intervals of 15 cm to 25 cm. The speed of the rails may affect the time during which each glove performs each unit process. If the speed of the rails exceeds 3.0 m / min, the time that the gloves can take to perform each unit process Is too short, for example, a process failure such as failure to sufficiently impregnate the brine or the coating liquid may occur. On the other hand, when the speed of the rail is 2.0 m / min, sufficient time can be secured for performing each unit process. Therefore, it is desirable that the speed of the rail is 2.0 m / min or more in consideration of the process efficiency.
In addition, when the mold is spaced apart from the rail by an interval of 15 cm to 25 cm, if it is spaced less than 15 cm, the brine, coating liquid, etc. may scatter during the coating process on the glove, In the cotton process, sufficient space is secured for each glove, and if it exceeds this, the productivity is lowered, which is a problem. Further, the intervals between adjacent molds may be the same. If the intervals between the molds are different, the time of the unit process in which each glove is performed is not constant, and the reproducibility of quality is degraded. Preferably, the speed of the rails is 2.5 m / min, and the distance between the molds can be 20 cm.
The temperature of the mold may be from 70 degrees to 90 degrees. A high temperature mold of 70 to 90 degrees can transfer heat to the glove mounted on the mold, whereby the heated glove can maintain a predetermined temperature range by the mold. Since the glove can keep the predetermined temperature range constant by the mold, the salt water can be uniformly impregnated into the glove in the subsequent salt water impregnation step (S200).
In the salt water impregnation step (S200), at least a part of the glove may be impregnated in the brine. The brine is absorbed between the fibers of the glove so that the formation of the coating portion of the glove can be uniformly provided. For example, the coating liquid forming the coating portion is usually a material having a predetermined viscosity, and the coating liquid is not easily absorbed uniformly into the glove made of dense fiber structure. On the other hand, the glove in which the brine is infiltrated can easily penetrate the glove with the coating solution by the brine, and can uniformly be provided between dense fiber tissues of the glove, so that the physical properties of the coating portion can be improved.
The brine can be prepared by dissolving calcium chloride (CaCl) in an alcohol solvent. For example, the saline solution may have a salt content of 10% to 15%. If the salt content is less than 10%, the salinity may be too low to cause absorption of the coating solution in the fibrous tissue of the glove, and if it exceeds 15% Problems can arise.
Further, in the salt water impregnation step (S200), the glove may be provided so that at least a portion of the salt water contained in the salt water bath is immersed. At this time, the glove may be impregnated in the brine so that the palm of the glove is parallel to one side of the brine in the brine. It is preferable that the brine is provided in a larger area with a tolerance in the area corresponding to the coating part in the glove than in the coating part.
The brine bath may be provided with a first inclined plate extending to be inclined downward at one corner, and a brine supporting unit for accommodating the inclined plate and the brine falling from the glove may be provided under the first inclined plate . In the salt water impregnation step (S200), the glove may be impregnated into the salt water contained in the salt water bath. In the glove discharged from the salt water discharge, the salt water may be dropped. The brine may cause the generation of rust in peripheral equipment, which may reduce the service life of the equipment. On the other hand, the salt water impregnation step (S200) according to the present embodiment uses a salt water bath having a first inclined plate and a brine aiding part, so that the brine falling from the glove has a path formed by the first inclined plate It can be easily collected into the brine auxiliary part.
The saline bath may be provided with a salinity sensor for sensing the salinity of the saline water and a saline supply unit for supplementing the saline solution. The bottom surface of the salt water bath has a first opening for discharging salt water, a second opening on the side of the salt water auxiliary part, and the first and second openings can be connected by a salt water tube provided with a valve. In addition, a third opening may be provided on a bottom surface of the salt water auxiliary part, the third opening being provided at a position perpendicular to the second opening and serving as a passage for the salt water.
Wherein the salinity controller transmits the salinity of the sensed saline to the salinity controller, and the salinity controller controls opening / closing of the saline solution supplier or the salt water tube and the first opening according to a range of the salinity of the salinity controller, And the salinity can be controlled. In addition, the brine discharged through the first opening may be delivered to the brine auxiliary part and then discharged through the third opening.
Alternatively, a preprocessing step may be further included between the preparation step (S100) and the salt water impregnation step (S200). The pretreatment step may be performed such that the brine is well penetrated into the fibrous tissue of the glove before impregnating the glove into the brine. The pre-treatment step may be sprayed into the glove using steam at a temperature of 100 degrees. The steam may be water, and may be performed before the salt water impregnation step (S200) so that the tissues of the gloves can more actively absorb the brine. Preferably, the steam is sprayed globally as a whole, and the second lube may be sprayed on the palm side of the glove, for example, the part where the salt water is impregnated. By dividing the steam into two parts in this way, it is possible to more effectively perform the infiltration of the salt water, and the drying of the gloves can be performed efficiently in the subsequent fan drying step. The pretreatment may further include room temperature aging in which the glove is maintained at room temperature for 30 minutes after spraying the second steam. The room temperature aging may cool the glove raised by steam at a temperature of approximately 100 degrees to be equal to the temperature of the brine so that the sprayed steam can be sufficiently absorbed into the fabric of the glove.
In the salt water impregnation step (S200), the glove impregnated with the salt water can perform the fan drying step (S300). The fan drying step (S300) may dry the glove using a first chamber equipped with a fan. In the fan drying step S300, the temperature of the mold provided with the gloves may be cooled to a temperature of 40 to 50 degrees. In the fan drying step (S300), the brine in the glove can be semi-dried in the salt water impregnation step. The glove impregnated with the salt water may then be impregnated with the coating solution to provide a coating part. At this time, when the coating liquid is impregnated in a high-temperature molded state, physical properties, such as viscosity, of the coating liquid can be changed. In addition, the coating portion provided in the glove at a high temperature has a low mechanical strength and may cause surface cracking in the course of using the glove.
Further, when the coating liquid is impregnated into the fiber texture of the glove by the solvent in the brine, the concentration of the coating liquid can be partially lowered. Therefore, it is preferable that the solvent in the glove is removed before the coating portion is provided on the glove, and the temperature of the mold is cooled to a predetermined range, for example, 40 to 50 degrees. The fan drying step S300 may be performed in the first chamber, the first chamber being provided to face a first inlet through which a rail for moving the glove flows, and the first inlet so that the rail flows out And a plurality of cooling fans provided with a first outlet and supplying cool air to the inside of the chamber. The rail provided in the first chamber may be a first chamber rail portion, and the first chamber rail portion may extend in a first direction to a center side of the first chamber, and then a second direction that is a direction opposite to the first direction And wherein the second outlet extends in a first direction to a portion adjacent to the first outlet by diverting at a portion adjacent to the first outlet, And extend in the first direction and extend in the second direction to extend to the first outlet.
Wherein the first chamber rail portion is provided at a position corresponding to a portion of the first chamber that extends into the first inlet and extends to the central portion side of the first chamber and a portion that flows out to the first outlet from the center portion side of the first chamber, The first chamber rail portion may be disposed to be parallel to the upper surface of the first chamber, and the cooling fan may be provided on the upper side of the first chamber to supply cool air to the first chamber chamber side.
The first chamber rail portion provided in the first chamber may be provided to efficiently utilize the space of the first chamber and the cool air of the cooling fan provided in the first chamber may be entirely transferred to the glove have. The plurality of cooling fans may be arranged on the upper surface of the first chamber at a predetermined interval. Cooling air by the cooling fan can be delivered to the glove at the upper part of the first chamber rail part.
The gloves that are cooled and dried through the fan drying step (S300) may be provided with a coating unit through a coating step (S400). The coating part may be provided by impregnating at least a part of the gloves with a coating liquid provided in the coating liquid bath. The coating solution may be provided at a viscosity of 400 cPs to 600 cPs in a temperature range of 40 to 50 degrees. For example, by controlling the temperature of the mold cooled in the fan drying step (S300) to be the same as the temperature of the coating liquid, it is possible to control so that physical properties of the coated portion provided in the glove do not change.
The viscosity of the coating liquid may affect the uniformity on the surface of the coating portion. In addition, the uniformity of the coated portion may be affected by ambient humidity and temperature during the process of fixing the coated portion. In addition, between the respective unit processes, there is a need for a sufficient time for the process performed on the gloves to be sufficiently applied. In order to secure such time, there is a need for a rail which simply proceeds without a process between neighboring unit processes, Increased rails require more space and can degrade process efficiency.

Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the
The rail according to the present embodiment may include a first
9 is a perspective view of a coating liquid bath and a coating auxiliary according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 9, the glove discharged from the first chamber may pass through the coating
The coating
The coating

12 is a schematic view of an upper surface of a second chamber according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In order to dry the washed gloves, the apparatus for manufacturing functional gloves according to the present embodiment can induce natural drying at a room temperature first, and then dry with hot air using the
A rail may pass into the
The temperature of the
The glove is naturally dried at room temperature through a room temperature drying unit and then passes through the
For example, the first temperature range may be from 75 to 85 degrees, the second temperature range from 95 degrees to 105 degrees, and the third temperature range from 115 degrees to 125 degrees. The coated portion of the glove may be annealed by the second chamber to be more firmly secured to the glove. If the second temperature range is less than 75 degrees, the temperature applied to the gloves passing through the normal temperature drying section is too low to have little effect on the physical properties of the coated portion. If the temperature in the first temperature range exceeds 85 degrees, Since the temperature difference between the coating part and the drying part is too high, the structure of the coating part can not be firmly fixed and the service life of the glove may be shortened and the coating part may be detached during use. Also, the third temperature range may be between 115 degrees and 125 degrees, and the third temperature range may be the last step applied to the gloves. If the third temperature range is less than 115 degrees, the inside of the coated portion of the glove can not be sufficiently annealed, and the difference in physical properties in the depth direction of the coated portion can be induced. On the other hand, when the third temperature range is higher than 125 degrees, unnecessary energy waste may occur to maintain a higher temperature even though it is sufficient for annealing of 125 degrees, and if it is higher, problems such as melting of the coating portion may occur.
Also, it is preferable that the glove is maintained for a predetermined time in a rising temperature interval of the first to
