Description
The embodiment relates to an apparatus for treating biological sludge of sewage and wastewater.
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for biological sludge denitration treatment of waste water that biologically removes nitrate nitrogen present in a large amount of sewage and wastewater, and more particularly, Which has been subjected to the reaction, is introduced into a sulfur-denitrifying reactor mixed with a water-insoluble granular carrier, granular activated carbon and particulate sulfur to which an autotrophic denitrifying microorganism is attached, thereby maximizing the efficiency of the denitrification, (SS) is adsorbed and removed, and alkalinity is injected and supplied from the portion, and sodium hydrogen carbonate (NaHCO3) is used to prevent clogging of the interior of the denitrification reactor and piping, and a method .
In general, physical and biological methods are used to treat impurities, organic substances, nitrogen and phosphorus present in waste water. In particular, the nitrogen present in the waste wastewater is nitrified by a biological method by nitrification of organic nitrogen or ammonia nitrogen by providing a reaction tank for performing a nitrification reaction and a reaction tank for performing a denitrification reaction in a waste water treatment system, . This biological nitrification / denitrification is also useful for the treatment of wastewater containing high concentrations of organic substances such as leachate and livestock wastewater and ammonia nitrogen. At this time, it is more efficient when the C / N (organic matter / nitrogen) value of the inflow water / wastewater is large. This nitrification / denitrification process is mainly used in the order of line denitrification / post-nitrification using effluent water transfer or internal transfer in consideration of C / N ratio in wastewater to utilize organic matter in raw water as an electron donor.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram for explaining a biological sulfur removal treatment method of a waste water according to a conventional technique.
In general, the treatment of waste water and wastewater is carried out by a flow rate adjusting tank for achieving water quality equalization of waste water and wastewater, a screen for functioning to prevent malfunction or clogging of pump by removing impurities and substances such as sand or clay The physical treatment process is carried out using an apparatus equipped with a sedimentation unit for depositing sand or clay to prevent accumulation in the reaction tank or abrasion of the pump, and an initial sedimentation unit for removing solid matter by gravity sedimentation, As shown in FIG. 1, the influent
At this time, in order to achieve a smooth denitrification reaction, that is, in order to increase the removal efficiency of nitrogen, the proper heterotrophic denitrifying microorganism concentration should be maintained, and the heterotrophic denitrifying microorganism concentration is determined by the
In addition, in order to improve the removal efficiency, organic carbon sources (organic substances) of the source water are insufficient, organic carbon sources such as acetate and methanol must be artificially injected from the
At this time, if the organic carbon source is excessively injected (11) and the organic carbon source remains in the reaction tank (30) (40), the nitrification / denitrification process may be inhibited and the removal efficiency may be lowered. A post-treatment facility for removal and treatment of excess sludge may be required.
Accordingly, recently, the interest in the denitrification process using an autotrophic microorganism is increasing due to the limitation of the denitrification process using the heterotrophic microorganisms as described above. Korean Patent No. 0304068, No. 10-2002-0001495, No. 10-2003-0008416, etc. disclose an apparatus and a method for denitrification using sulfur which does not require an organic carbon source (organic material). This denitrification treatment for sulfur is a process in which an autothermal denitrification reaction tank is filled with particulate sulfur having an autothermal denitrifying microorganism attached thereto to perform denitrification (reduction reaction). Specifically, Oxygen is taken from the nitrate nitrogen (reduction), and the nitrate nitrogen (NO3- N ) is reduced to nitrogen gas (N2) by releasing itself (sulfur) to sulfate ion (SO4 2- ).
Unlike heterotrophic denitrification treatment, nitrate nitrogen (NO3 - N ) is denitrified to produce hydrogen ion (H + ) in addition to sulfate ion (SO4 2 - ) as an end product. The pH in the denitrification tank is lowered. At this time, the low pH condition in the sulfur denitrification reactor directly affects the growth of the microorganisms, leading to deterioration of the treatment efficiency. Therefore, in order to smoothly perform denitrification using sulfur, sufficient alkalinity should be supplied. For this purpose, conventionally, in order to supply the alkaline degree, calcium sulfuric acid (CaCO3) is mixed with liquid sulfur to form granules having a predetermined diameter. That is, in supplying the alkalinity, it is mixed with the particle sulfur, and is supplied from the inside of the sulfur denitration reaction tank by self-charging method, and the alkalinity is made of calcium carbonate (CaCO3).
However, the internal filling method of the sulfur produced by mixing CaCO3 and sulfur can sufficiently supply the required alkalinity to the sulfur denitration reaction tank. However, as time passes, the insoluble calcium sulfate (CaSO4) is generated from the sulfur And the calcium sulfate (CaSO4) is coagulated and precipitated in the reaction vessel and the pipe to cause clogging of the inside of the reaction vessel and the pipe.
In addition, in the sulfur denitrification tank, the contact between the charged particles of sulfur and the inflowing water (the effluent containing the nitrated nitrate nitrogen) is free, that is, between the particle sulfur and the particle sulfur As described above, as the reaction time has elapsed, the particle diameter of the particle sulfur becomes smaller to reduce the pore size, and there is a problem that the particle sulfur is concentrated. As a result, the contact ratio between the particulate sulfur and the inflowing water is reduced to lower the denitrification efficiency and cause the problem that the reaction vessel becomes clogged by the reduced particle sulfur. At this time, conventionally, a backwash pump is installed to prevent the clogging of the reaction vessel due to the reduced particle sulfur. However, since the number of the backwashing is large, the power ratio is increased and the contact between the incoming source water and the particulate sulfur And the efficiency of the denitrification is deteriorated.
In addition, there is a surplus of organic matter and suspended substances (SS) present in the influent water flowing into the sulfur denitration reaction tank. In the conventional sulfur denitrification reaction tank, a bio-filter for denitrification treatment, that is, There is a problem in that the effluent (treated water) flows out in a state in which a large amount of organic matters and suspended solids (SS) are present, because there is no separate means for removing organic matters or suspended solids (SS).

The
The
