The conventional method of developing a high-strength seismic reinforcing steel has mainly adopted the method of minimizing the amount of alloy components and securing the strength by increasing the tempered martensite fraction of the surface portion by utilizing the cooling process. In this case, however, the yield ratio tends to increase with increasing strength. As a result, it has been difficult to achieve a yield ratio of 0.8 or less required by the earthquake-resistant steel material.
The embodiment of the present invention to be described below proposes a method of manufacturing an anti-vibration reinforcement that secures a high strength and satisfies a yield ratio of 0.8 or less through appropriate component design and hardened layer fraction control.

On the contrary, when the content of each carbon exceeds the upper limit value, there is a problem that strength is increased but core hardness and lowness are lowered. Further, in order to achieve the target values of the yield strength, the elongation and the yield ratio of the vibration resistant reinforcing bars of the first and second embodiments, the carbon content range can be controlled.

In the vibration resistant reinforcing bars of the first and second embodiments, when the content of manganese is less than the lower limit value, it may be difficult to secure strength. On the contrary, when the content of manganese exceeds the upper limit, the strength is increased but the amount of MnS-based nonmetallic inclusions is increased, which may cause defects such as cracking during welding. Further, in order to achieve the target values of yield strength, elongation and yield ratio of the anti-vibration reinforcement bars in the first and second embodiments, the content range of manganese can be controlled.

주석(Remark( SnSn ))
Tin (Sn) is an element added to the electric furnace steel making process. However, if the content of tin is added in excess of 0.020%, the elongation can be drastically reduced. Therefore, tin (Sn) is controlled to be not less than 0 to 0.020 wt% of the total reinforcing steel weight.
구리(Cu)Copper (Cu)
Copper (Cu) can serve to improve the hardenability of the steel and the impact resistance at low temperatures. However, when the content of copper is more than 0.30 wt%, it may cause redispersibility brittleness. Therefore, copper (Cu) is controlled to be not less than 0 and not more than 0.30% by weight of the total reinforcing steel weight.
크롬(chrome( CrCr ))
Chromium (Cr) improves the hardenability of the steel and improves the hardenability. However, when the content of chromium is more than 0.20% by weight, the weldability and the heat-affected zone toughness may be lowered. Therefore, chromium (Cr) is controlled to be 0 to 0.20 wt% or less of the total weight of the reinforcing bars.
몰리브덴(molybdenum( MoMo ))
Molybdenum (Mo) improves strength and toughness and contributes to ensuring stable strength at room or high temperatures. However, when the content of molybdenum is more than 0.03 wt%, the weldability may be deteriorated. Therefore, molybdenum (Mo) is controlled to be in the range of more than 0 to 0.03% by weight of the total reinforcing steel weight.
(Al)Aluminum (Al)
Aluminum (Al) can function as a deoxidizer. However, when the content of aluminum is more than 0.006 wt%, the amount of nonmetal inclusion such as aluminum oxide (Al 2 O 3) can be increased. Therefore, aluminum (Al) is controlled to be 0 to 0.006 wt% or less of the total weight of the reinforcing bars.
인(P)In (P)
Phosphorus (P) can inhibit cementite formation and increase strength. However, when the content of phosphorus is more than 0.035% by weight, secondary workability may be lowered. Therefore, the phosphorus (P) is controlled to be 0 to 0.035 wt% or less of the total reinforcing bar weight.
황(S)Sulfur (S)
Sulfur (S) precipitates in the form of MnS or the like and increases the amount of precipitate, so that sulfur (S) is controlled to be not less than 0 to 0.025 wt% of the total weight of the reinforcing bars.
How to manufacture earthquake-resistant rebar
Hereinafter, a method of manufacturing an earthquake-resistant reinforcing bar according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
1 is a process flow diagram illustrating a method of manufacturing an earthquake-resistant reinforced concrete according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, the method for manufacturing an earthquake-resistant reinforced bar includes a reheating step (S110), a hot rolling step (S120), and a cooling step (S130). At this time, the reheating step (S110) may be carried out in order to derive effects such as reuse of precipitates. At this time, the cast steel having the above composition can be obtained through a continuous casting process after obtaining a molten steel having a desired composition through a steelmaking process.
Resistant reinforcement bars having different alloy compositions in the above-described first and second embodiments are only different in the content of the cast steel obtained through the steelmaking process and the continuous casting process, and the reheating step S110, The hot rolling step (S120) and the cooling step (S130) may proceed under the same process conditions.
Reheat step
In the reheating step of the cast steel, the cast steel having the above composition is reheated in a temperature range of 1000 ° C to 1200 ° C. This reheating can result in re-use of the segregated components and re-use of precipitates during casting. At this time, the cast steel may be a bloom or billet produced by a continuous casting process performed before the reheating step (S110).
If the slab reheating temperature is less than 1000 ° C, the heating temperature is not sufficient and the segregation component and the precipitate may not be sufficiently reused. Further, there is a problem that the rolling load becomes large. On the other hand, when the reheating temperature exceeds 1200 ° C, the austenite grains may be coarsened and the strength may be impaired.
Hot rolling
In the hot rolling step (S120), the reheated cast steel is hot-rolled into a bar shape. In the hot rolling step (S120), the finish rolling may proceed at a temperature of 850 캜 to 950 캜. If the finish rolling temperature exceeds 950 DEG C, the austenite grains are coarsened and the ferrite grains are not sufficiently refined after the transformation, which may make it difficult to ensure strength. On the contrary, when the finish rolling temperature is lower than 850 占 폚, there may occur problems such as the occurrence of blistering due to abnormal reverse rolling.
냉각Cooling
In the cooling step (S130), the hot-rolled steel is forcedly cooled to secure sufficient strength and toughness. At this time, the cooling can be carried out by passing hot-rolled steel bars through the core of the temp. At this time, the cooling condition in the water-cooled tank can be controlled.
Temp cores may have multiple cooling system connections. When the reinforcing bars are inserted through the inlet, the core of the mold injects high-pressure water into the enclosed housing to cool the surface of the reinforcing bars. At this time, the temp core can control the amount of cooling by adjusting the nozzle gap of each system. As a result, the surface core of the above-mentioned core core can be quenched to form a tempered martensite structure, thereby manufacturing high-strength reinforcing bars.
In embodiments of the present invention, the fraction of the reinforcing steel surface hardened layer can be controlled to 20 to 22% by volume in order to achieve a target yield strength and yield ratio of 0.8 or less. For this, the cooling process may be performed by passing the hot-rolled steel bar through the temp core at a linear velocity of 10 to 15 m / s while spraying cooling water in an amount of 750 to 850 m 3 / hr have. At this time, the double heat temperature can be maintained at 580 캜 to 610 캜.
The above process conditions, that is, the moving linear velocity of the reinforcing bar, the supply flow rate of the cooling water, and the repetition temperature must be performed within the range described above to secure a proper fraction of the tempered martensite and a uniform hardening depth And the target yield strength and yield ratio can be achieved.
Through the above-described manufacturing process, the produced reinforcing bar may have a yield strength (YP) of 520 to 620 MPa, an elongation (EL) of 12% or more, and a yield ratio (YR) of 0.8 or less in the case of the first embodiment. In the case of the second embodiment, it may have a yield strength (YP) of 600 to 720 MPa, an elongation (EL) of 10% or more, and a yield ratio (YR) of 0.8 or less.
