Abstract
An invention directed to a re-tapping apparatus is disclosed. A re-tapping apparatus of the present invention comprises: a base plate movably installed on a base; A support table movably installed on the base plate; A motor unit installed on the support; A drive chuck provided on the support and having a drive shaft rotatably coupled to the motor; And a drive shaft which is movably provided along the longitudinal direction of the drive shaft and is engaged with the machining tab, and when the machining tab is rotated with the machining tap engaged with the nut of the chassis frame, And a coupler which is moved from the shaft to the nut side.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a re-tapping device, and more particularly, to a re-tapping device capable of preventing a nut of a chassis frame from being damaged.
Generally, a plurality of nuts are provided in a chassis frame for a vehicle or the like. When paint is applied to the chassis frame, foreign substances such as paint may penetrate the threaded portion of the nut. The re-tapping device includes an air tool driven by air pressure, and a processing tap rotatably coupled to the air tool to remove foreign matter or paint adhering to the nut. The re-tapping device cleans the foreign material attached to the nut while the processing tab is rotated by the air tool.
However, in the related art, the worker approaches the machining tab to the nut of the chassis frame by holding the re-tapping device and re-tapping (cleaning) the nut, so that the threaded portion of the nut may be damaged as the machining tap is shaken by the vibration of the re- have. If the threads of the nut are damaged, the assembly process of the chassis frame may become impossible.
Further, since the worker carries out the re-tapping process while holding the re-tapping device, an injury may occur on the wrist or the waist of the worker. In addition, since the operator manually cleans the nut, the productivity may be lowered when the operator's skill level is low.
BACKGROUND ART [0002] The background art of the present invention is disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2011-179611 (published on September 15, 2011, entitled "Coating removal bolt and its manufacturing method").
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a re-tapping device capable of preventing a nut of a chassis frame from being damaged.
A re-tapping apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a base plate movably installed on a base; A support table movably installed on the base plate; A motor unit installed on the support base; A drive chuck provided on the support and having a drive shaft rotatably coupled to the motor unit; And a machining tap provided on the drive shaft so as to be movable along a longitudinal direction of the drive shaft. When the machining tap is rotated with the machining tap engaged with the nut of the chassis frame, And a coupler which is moved toward the nut side from the drive shaft according to the pulling.
The coupler including: a coupler body coupled to the drive shaft; A moving member coupled to the machining tab and movably coupled to the coupler body along an axial direction of the drive shaft; And an elastic member disposed between the moving member and the coupler body and acting to apply an elastic force to the moving member to move the moving member toward the drive shaft.
A stepped portion is formed in the coupler body, a stepped groove is formed in the movable member so as to be coupled to the stepped portion of the coupler body, one side of the elastic member is supported by the coupler body, And can exert an elastic force to push the moving member toward the drive shaft.
A coupling end is formed on one side of the coupler body to support one side of the elastic member, and a restraining end portion may be formed on the moving member to support the other side of the elastic member.
The movement of the drive shaft can be controlled to be stopped when the machining tab is engaged with the nut.
The motor unit may rotate the drive shaft in a reverse direction when a predetermined time has elapsed after the machining tap is engaged with the nut.
According to the present invention, as the coupler is moved from the drive shaft when the machining tab is rotated while being engaged with the nut, a clearance is generated between the coupler and the drive shaft. Therefore, even if the machining tap is rotated in a state slightly shifted from the rotation axis of the drive shaft It is possible to prevent the nut from being damaged by the machining tap. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the nut of the chassis frame from being damaged, thereby preventing the assembly process of the chassis frame from being interrupted.
Further, according to the present invention, since the first driving portion, the second driving portion, and the third driving portion re-taps the nut after moving the machining tab, the possibility of injury of the operator is solved and the productivity of the vehicle can be prevented from being lowered .
