외부와 밀폐되는 본체와; 상기 본체 상단에 형성되고 농산물이 건조될 시 발생되는 습기가 결로현상으로 인해 물방울이 천정면에 맺히면 자연스럽게 물방울을 아래 방향으로 흐르게 하는 경사판과; 상기 경사판 하단에 위치하고 경사판을 따라 아래 방향으로 흐른 물방울을 본체 내부 공간으로 안내하는 통로가 가장자리에 형성되는 판상의 베이스판과; 상기 본체 내부에 형성된 건조박스에 건조물이 투입되면 봉히터에서 발생된 온열을 이동시켜 건조물이 건조되게 하는 순환팬과; 상기 본체 바닥면과 연통되고 건조물 건조시 발생된 습기를 외부로 배출시키는 배출호스로 구성하되,
상기 경사판은 본체 상단에 형성하되, 중간은 높고 전후면은 낮은 경사각을 가지며 결로현상으로 인해 물방울이 천정면에 맺히면 자연스럽게 물방울이 상기 경사각을 따라 아래 방향으로 흐르게 하는 것과,
상기 건조박스는 본체와 독립적으로 분리 제작되고 본체 내부에 삽입 고정될 시 좌우측면, 바닥면, 배면이 본체 내부에서 공간을 두고 설치되며 벽면에 다수의 이동통로를 갖으며 상단에는 흡입구가 마련되는 것과,
상기 순환팬은 건조박스 흡입구 상단에 위치하고 좌우측에 형성된 봉히터에서 온열이 발생하면 배출구를 이용하여 온열을 본체 내벽과 건조박스 외벽 사이에 형성된 공간으로 이동시키며 공간으로 이동된 온열이 이동통로를 통하여 건조박스 내부로 유입되면서 건조물을 건조시키면 흡입구측으로 흡입하여 배출구측으로 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 결로현상을 이용한 초절전 건조기.
