Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a semiconductor hydrogen chloride gas sensor and a method of manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a semiconductor hydrogen chloride gas sensor including a substrate functionalized with a hydrogen chloride gas reactive material and a method of manufacturing the same.
In recent years, interest in harmful gas, atmospheric environment, and safety in human living environment has increased, and thus it is important to recognize a sensor capable of easily detecting environmentally harmful gas.
In particular, hydrogen chloride gas is used in various fields. Exposure standards based on the Air Pollution Control Act and the exposure standards based on the Labor Law have been established for environmental pollution, corrosiveness, and toxic components in the human body when exposed. Generally, flame retardant PVC is used for covering electric wires and cables of electronic products. However, since PVC is pyrolyzed when overheating due to electric overload, and hydrogen chloride gas is generated and fire gas is generated. Therefore, researches on sensor technology capable of detecting hydrogen chloride gas are actively conducted.
