지지판(120)은 자석에 부착되는 재질을 포함할 수 있다. 고정판(110) 또는 지지판(120)이 가압되어 스프링이 압축되면, 자석체(140)에 의하여 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)이 체결될 수 있다. 도 2(b)는 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)이 체결된 상태를 도시한다.
단말기 거치대(1)의 미사용시 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)을 체결시켜 부피를 최소화 할 수 있다.
단말기 거치대(1)를 사용할 때, 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)이 자석체(140)에 의하여 접촉된 상태를 해제시켜 단말기(T)를 거치할 수 있다. 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)의 접촉이 해제되면 탄성체(130)의 압축상태가 해제되고, 탄성체(130)의 탄성력에 의하여 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)이 이격될 수 있다. 이격된 상태에서, 단말기 거치대(1)는 도 1과 같이 단말기(T)를 지면에 일정한 각도를 이루도록 거치할 수 있다.
탄성체(130)와 고정판(110) 또는 지지판(120)은 일체로 사출될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 고정판(110)과 탄성체(130)가 일체로 성형되고, 탄성체(130)의 단부에 지지체가 부착될 수 있다. 고정판(110)과 탄성체(130)가 플라스틱 사출될 수도 있다.
또는, 고정판(110), 탄성체(130) 및 지지판(120)이 일체로 사출 성형되거나, 탄성체(130)와 고정판(110) 또는 지지판(120)은 인서트 사출 또는 이중사출로 성형될 수 있다.
그리고, 자석체(140)는 고정판(110) 또는 지지판(120)과 인서트 사출 또는 이중사출로 성형될 수 있다.
이상 탄성체(130), 고정판(110), 지지판(120) 또는 자석체(140)의 성형 방법은 예시적인 것으로서, 성형방법을 제한하는 것은 아니다.
도 3은 일 실시 예에 따른 단말기 거치대(1)의 측단면도이다. 도 3(a)는 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)이 체결된 상태를 도시하고, 도 3(b)는 지지판(120)이 가압되어 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)의 체결이 해제되는 형태를 도시한다.
도 3(a) 및 도 3(b)를 참조하면, 자석체(140)는 지지판(120) 또는 고정판(110)의 중심부에 배치될 수 있다. 이하, 설명의 편의를 위하여 자석체(140)가 고정판(110)에 배치되는 경우를 예로 들어 설명하기로 한다. 이는, 자석체(140)가 지지판(120)에 배치되는 경우에도 마찬가지로 적용될 수 있다.
지지판(120)과 고정판(110)은 자석체(140)에 의하여 접촉된 상태에서, 자석체(140)를 통하여 연결되는 중심부를 제외하고는, 다소 이격되어 배치될 수 있다. 이격된 높이는 자석체(140)의 높이와 유사할 수 있다.
도 3(b)와 같이 지지판(120)의 일측이 가압되면, 지지판(120)의 타측은 회동될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 고정판(110)과 다소 이격된 지지판(120)의 테두리부가 가압되면, 가압된 위치에서 지지판(120)과 고정판(110) 사이의 간격이 좁아지거나 지지판(120)과 고정판(110)이 직접 접촉될 수 있다. 이와 동시에, 지지판(120)의 타측은 고정판(110)과의 간격이 벌어질 수 있다. 여기에서 테두리부는 지지판(120)의 외측과 인접한 부분을 의미할 수 있다.
지지판(120)의 타측이 회동되면서, 지지판(120)과 자석체(140)가 분리될 수 있다. 자석체(140)가 분리되면, 탄성체(130)의 탄성력에 의하여 지지판(120)과 고정판(110)이 이격될 수 있다.
자석체(140)의 크기 또는 지지판(120)의 길이는 위와 같은 작동을 고려하여 결정될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 자석체(140)는 지지판(120)의 타측이 회동되면 지지판(120)의 중심부와 분리될 수 있는 작은 크기로 구성될 수 있다. 또는, 사용자는 지지판(120) 및 고정판(110) 사이의 공간을 이격시켜 지지판(120)과 고정판(110)의 체결 상태를 해제할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자는 지지판(120) 및 고정판(110) 사이를 손으로 벌려서 지지판(120)과 고정판(110)을 이격시킬 수 있다.
상기와 같은 구성으로 인하여, 탄성체(130)가 압축된 상태에서 지지판(120)의 측면을 누르면 탄성체(130)의 압축이 해제되고 지지판(120)과 고정판(110)이 이격되어, 단말기 거치대(1)는 단말기(T)를 거치할 수 있는 상태가 될 수 있다. 따라서, 간단한 동작으로 단말기 거치대(1)를 사용할 수 있어 사용자에게 편의를 제공할 수 있다.
도 4는 일 실시 예에 따른 돌기부 및 돌기수용부를 포함하는 단말 거치대를 도시하는 도면이고, 도 5는 일 실시 예에 따른 돌기부가 돌기수용부에 수용된 상태를 도시하는 도면이다.
도 4 및 도 5를 참고하면, 지지판(120) 또는 고정판(110)은, 지지판(120) 또는 고정판(110)의 일측으로부터 돌출 형성되는 돌기부(161)를 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 돌기부(161)는 고정판(110) 또는 지지판(120)에 형성될 수 있다. 이하, 설명의 편의를 위하여 돌기부(161)가 고정판(110)에 형성되는 경우를 예를 들어 설명하기로 한다. 이는 돌기부(161)가 지지판(120)에 형성되는 경우에도 적용될 수 있다.지지판(120) 또는 고정판(110) 중 돌기부(161)가 형성되지 않은 부분은, 돌기부(161)를 수용 가능하고 적어도 일부가 경사지게 형성된 돌기수용부(162)를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 돌기부(161)가 고정판(110)에 형성되면, 돌기수용부(162)는 지지판(120)에 형성될 수 있다.
돌기부(161)와 돌기수용부(162)는 서로 상응하는 위치에 형성되고, 돌기수용부(162)는 돌기부(161)를 수용할 수 있는 공간을 갖도록 형성되어, 지지판(120)과 고정판(110)이 체결된 상태에서 돌기부(161)는 돌기수용부(162)에 수용될 수 있다.
돌기수용부(162)는 적어도 일부가 경사지게 형성될 수 있다. 돌기수용부(162)의 일부는 돌기부(161)를 수용하고, 돌기수용부(162)의 일부는 경사로 인하여 돌기부(161)를 수용하기에 충분하지 않도록 구성될 수 있다.
이러한 구조로 인하여, 돌기부(161)가 돌기수용부(162)에 수용된 상태에서 지지판(120) 또는 고정판(110)이 회전되면, 돌기부(161)는 돌기수용부(162)의 경사를 따라 이동될 수 있다.
돌기부(161)가 경사를 따라 이동되면 지지판(120)과 고정판(110) 사이의 간격이 증가하고, 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)이 자석체(140)로 체결된 상태가 해제될 수 있다.
자석체(140)로 체결된 상태가 해제되면, 탄성체(140)의 탄성력으로 인하여 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)이 이격되어 단말기 거치대(1)가 단말기를 거치할 수 있는 상태가 될 수 있다.
즉, 고정판(110) 또는 지지판(120)을 회전시키는 간단한 동작으로 지지판(110)과 지지판(120)의 체결상태를 해제할 수 있으므로, 사용자는 단말기 거치대를 쉽게 사용할 수 있다.
도 6은 일 실시 예에 따른 누름 가이드(121)를 포함하는 단말기 거치대(1)의 사시도이고, 도 7은 일 실시 예에 따른 누름 가이드(121)를 포함하는 지지판(120)을 도시하는 사시도이다.
도 6 및 도 7을 참고하면, 단말기 거치대(1)는 고정판(110) 또는 지지판(120)의 테두리를 따라 형성되는 누름 가이드(121)를 포함할 수 있다. 이하, 설명의 편의를 위하여 누름 가이드(121)가 지지판(120)에 포함되는 경우를 예로 들어 설명하기로 한다. 이는, 누름 가이드(121)가 고정판(110)에 포함되는 경우에도 마찬가지로 적용될 수 있다.
누름 가이드(121)는 지지판(120)의 테두리를 따라 형성되되 일부가 개방될 수 있다. 다시 말하면, 지지판(120)의 테두리의 일부는 누름 가이드(121)가 형성되지 않을 수 있다. 이하, 누름 가이드(121)가 형성되지 않은 부분을 개방부위(122)라 지칭한다.
누름 가이드(121)는 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)이 자석체(140)에 의하여 접촉되는 것을 방해하지 않되, 누름 가이드(121)가 형성된 부분이 가압되어도 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)의 접촉 상태가 해제되지 않도록 구성될 수 있다.
다시 말하면, 누름 가이드(121)는 고정판(110)과 지지판(120) 사이의 간격을 축소시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 누름 가이드(121)가 형성된 일측을 가압하여도, 가압되지 않은 타측은 회동되지 않거나 자석체(140)로 인한 자석 접촉을 해제하기 충분하지 않은 정도로 회동될 수 있다.
그러므로, 개방부위(122)가 가압되어야, 자석에 의한 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)의 접촉 상태가 해제될 수 있다. 지지판(120)의 표면에는 개방부위(122)의 위치가 표시되어, 사용자가 단말기 거치대(1)를 사용하기 위하여 가압해야 하는 부분을 가이드 할 수 있다.
이러한 구성으로, 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)을 이격시키기 위하여 사용자가 가압해야 하는 부분이 제한되므로, 미사용 상태에서 불필요하게 스프링의 압축이 해제되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
도 8은 일 실시 예에 따른 탄성체가 압축되지 않은 상태를 도시하고, 도 9는 일 실시 예에 따른 탄성체가 압축된 상태를 도시하며, 도 10은 다른 실시 예에 따른 탄성체가 압축된 상태를 도시하고, 도 11은 다른 실시 예에 따른 탄성체의 형상들을 도시한다.
도 8 및 도 10을 참고하면, 탄성체(130)는 테이퍼형 스프링(taper spring)을 포함할 수 있다. 테이퍼형 스프링은 일방향으로 점점 직경이 증가하는 형태일 수 있다.
예를 들어, 테이퍼형 스프링은 지지판(120)과 접하는 부분에서 직경이 작게 형성되고, 고정판(110)과 접하는 부분으로 갈수록 직경이 크게 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 형태는, 단말기 거치대(1)가 단말기(T)를 견고하게 지지하는데 유리할 수 있다.
테이퍼형 스프링은 스프링이 압축될 때 스프링의 각 부분이 서로 간섭되지 않아, 평면에 가까운 형태로 압축될 수 있다. 따라서, 단말기 거치대(1)를 압축시 부피를 최소화 할 수 있다.
탄성체(130)는 전체적으로 원형으로 구성될 수 있다. 또는, 탄성체(130)는 전체적으로 다각형으로 구성될 수 있다. 도 8 및 도 9는 탄성체(130)가 전체적으로 원형인 것을 도시하고, 도 10은 탄성체(130)가 전체적으로 사각형인 것을 도시한다.
도 11을 참고하면, 탄성체의 일 단면은 타 단면의 면적보다 크게 형성될 수 있다.
탄성체(130a)는 양 단부의 단면이 가장 크고 중심부의 단면이 작은 형태로 구성될 수 있다. 또는 탄성체(130b)는 양 단부의 단면이 가장 작고 중심부의 단면이 가장 큰 형태로 구성될 수도 있다. 또 다른 경우, 탄성체(130c)는 단면의 크기가 커지다가 작아지는 형태가 반복되도록 구성될 수도 있다.
다시 말하면, 탄성체는 위에서 설명된 테이퍼드 스프링 이외에도, 단면의 크기가 다양한 형태로 변형되는 형태가 가능할 수 있다.

지지판(120)은 회전 가능할 수 있다. 지지판(120)은 일측의 직경보다 타측의 직경이 크게 형성되므로, 지지판(120)의 회전에 따라 단말기(T)의 거치 각도가 조절될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 지지판(120a)을, 지지판(120a)의 단축(b)이 지면과 수직하게 회전시키면 도 13(a)에 도시된 바와 같이 단말기(T)는 지면과 작은 각도를 이루어 거치될 수 있다.
또는, 지지판(120a)을, 지지판(120a)의 장축(a)이 지면과 수직하게 회전시키면 도 13(b)에 도시된 바와 같이 단말기(T)는 지면과 큰 각도를 이루며 배치될 수 있다.
따라서, 필요에 따라 단말기(T)의 거치 각도를 조절할 수 있다. 지지발 또는 수평면을 포함되면 단말기(T)를 지면에 안정적으로 거치할 수 있다.
도 14 및 도 15는 일 실시 예에 따른 자석체(140)가 복수 개로 마련되는 형태를 도시한다.
도 14를 참고하면, 자석체(140)는 고정판(110)에 부착되는 제 1자석체(141a)와, 지지판(120)에 부착되는 제 2자석체(142a)를 포함할 수 있다. 제 2자석체(142a)는 제 1자석체(141a)와 반대 극성을 갖도록 구성될 수 있다. 따라서, 제 1자석체(141a)와 제 2자석체(142a)가 자력으로 접촉될 수 있다.
제 1자석체(141a)와 제 2자석체(142a)는 서로 대응되는 위치에 배치되어, 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)의 체결 위치를 가이드 할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 자석체(140)가 고정판(110) 및 지지판(120)에 마련되는 경우, 제 1자석체(141a)와 제 2자석체(142a)가 서로 체결되기 때문에, 제 1자석체(141a)와 제 2자석체(142a)의 위치를 기준으로 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)이 체결될 수 있다. 따라서, 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)은 일정한 위치로 체결될 수 있다.
도 14는 자석체(140)가 사각형의 형태로 구성되는 형태를 예시한다. 사각형의 자석의 경우, 사각형의 모서리 부분의 자력이 강하게 형성될 수 있다. 따라서 제 1자석체(141a)와 제 2자석체(142a)의 모서리 부분끼리 체결되므로, 고정판(110)과 지지판(120)의 체결 위치 및 체결 각도를 일정하게 유지하는데 유리할 수 있다.
도 15를 참고하면, 제 1자석체(141b)와 제 2자석체(142b)는 각각 복수 개의 자석으로 마련될 수 있다. 제 1자석체(141b)와 제 2자석체(142b)는 지지판(120) 또는 고정판(110)의 중심을 기준으로, 원주 방향으로 배치될 수 있다. 제 1자석체(141b)와 제 2자석체(142b)는 각각 지지판(120) 및 고정판(110) 상에서, 대응되는 위치에 배치될 수 있다. 도 15는 자석체가 원형으로 구성되는 형태를 예시한다.
복수 개의 자석이, 각각 대응되는 위치에 배치된 타측의 복수 개의 자석과 체결되고, 이에 따라 지지판(120)과 고정판(110)의 체결 위치가 가이드 되므로, 지지판(120)의 고정판(110)이 일정한 위치에서 체결될 수 있다.
도 16 및 도 17은 일 실시 예에 따른 자석체(140)가 복수 개의 극성을 포함하는 형태를 개략적으로 도시하는 도면이다.
도 16을 참고하면, 제 1자석체(141c) 및 제 2자석체(142c)는, 다른 극성을 갖는 복수 개의 자석을 포함할 수 있다.

도 17을 참고하면, 제 1자석체(141d) 및 제 2자석체(142d)는 단일 개체 내에 복수 개의 극성을 포함하는 자석을 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 제 1자석체(141d)는 원형 자석으로 구성되고, 원형 자석은 여러 조각으로 나누어질 수 있다. 인접하는 조각은 서로 다른 극성을 갖는 자석으로 구성될 수 있다. 제 1자석체(141d)는 두 개 이상의 층으로 구성되고, 각각의 층은 서로 대응되는 극성으로 배치되어 자력을 상하로 제공할 수 있다.

탄성체(130)는 만입부(123a)를 따라 권회될 수 있다. 돌출부(123)의 단부는 만입부(123a)보다 직경이 크게 형성되므로, 만입부(123a)를 따라 권회된 탄성체(130)가 돌출부(123)를 이탈하는 것이 방지될 수 있다.
또한, 탄성체(130)가 만입부(123a)에 권회됨으로써, 지지판(120)과 고정판(110)의 체결시 댐퍼 효과를 발생시킬 수 있다. 예를 들어, 탄성체(130)에서 돌출부(123)에 권회되는 부분은, 돌출부(123)의 단면보다 작게 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 탄성체(130)와 돌출부(123) 사이에 마찰이 발생하고, 이는 탄성체(130)가 돌출부(123)를 이탈하는 것을 방지하며 단말기 지지 상태를 유지하는데 도움이 될 수 있다.
