Abstract
The light emitting module includes a lightning rod head including a protrusion for sucking a lightning stroke and a light emitting module mounted on the lightning rod head so as to be insulated from the lightning rod head. The lightning arrester has a lightning forecasting function to detect that light is generated and emit light.
According to the present invention, the lightning rod illuminates when the thundercloud approaches, so that people can grasp the risk of the occurrence of a lightning stroke and escape from the dangerous area. Further, in the present invention, it is not necessary to supply extra power to the light source since it emits light by an electric field caused by thunderstorms. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the light source from being damaged by the lightning stroke current even if a lightning stroke occurs.
Description
The present invention relates to a lightning protection system capable of predicting a lightning stroke by an electric field generated when approaching thunderclouds.
Lightning is a discharge phenomenon that occurs between clouds and earth. Looking at the frequency of lightning strikes, it is estimated that an average of 130,000 lightning strikes a year even in Korea alone. In recent years, the frequency of lightning has increased due to the effect of global warming, and the intensity of the lightning current accompanying the lightning has also become stronger.
Thunderstorms can cause serious damage to people and property. In the days when lightning rods were not developed in the past, there were also cases where a lightning strike occurred at a facility where city gunpowder was stored and many people lost their lives. When a lightning strike occurs, electricity may flow to people who are directly hit by a lightning strike as well as people nearby.
The lightning rod is a metal rod with a pointed end and is installed in a tall building or a pole to reduce damage to buildings, damage, and human life caused by lightning or lightning.
In recent years, lightning arresters have been installed in tall buildings to dramatically reduce lightning accidents. However, even if a lightning rod exists, a high-voltage current flows in the place where a lightning stroke occurs at the moment of occurrence of a lightning stroke, so it is difficult to completely prevent the occurrence of personal injury.
Therefore, research is being conducted on an alarm system that informs the area where there is a risk of a lightning strike. Especially, a method of releasing a lightning rod, which is likely to drop a lightning bolt, to the surrounding people to escape from the danger area is being studied.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a lightning arrester system having a lightning forecasting function that detects the electric field generated when approaching thunderclouds and informs of the risk of occurrence of a lightning stroke by emitting light.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by a lightning device comprising a lightning rod head including a projection for attracting a lightning stroke and a light emitting module mounted on the lightning rod head so as to be insulated from the lightning rod head, And a lightning arrester having a lightning forecasting function that is formed to detect that an electric field is generated around the head and emit light.
According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, the light emitting module includes a light emitting element arranged to surround the outer periphery of the lightning rod head.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the light emitting module includes a reflector disposed between the light emitting element and the lightning rod head.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the light emitting module includes a plurality of light emitting elements spaced from each other.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the plurality of light emitting elements are formed so as to emit light with an electric field of different intensity.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the plurality of light emitting elements are formed to emit different light.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the light emitting module includes a sensor unit for sensing a change in electric field around the lightning rod head, an energy conversion unit for converting electric energy into electric energy based on the electric field change, And a display unit for informing the possibility of occurrence of a lightning stroke by emitting energy.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lightning arrester comprising: (a) a thundercloud approaching an electric field formed around a lightning rod head; (b) c) the lightning rod is illuminated by the flow of the electric charge to notify the possibility of a lightning stroke.
According to the lightning protection system having the lightning forecasting function according to the present invention, an element emitting light by an electric field is mounted around the lightning rod head, so that the lightning rod illuminates when the thundercloud approaches. This allows people around the lightning rod to identify the risk of a lightning strike and escape from the danger zone.
Further, according to the lightning protection system having the lightning forecasting function according to the present invention, the light source provided in the lightning rod does not need to supply additional power to the light source because it emits light by the electric field caused by the thunderstorm. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the light source from being damaged by the lightning stroke current even if a lightning stroke occurs.

The thunderstorm starts with a stepwise downward leader from the thunderstorm to the surface. The downward leader carries many electric charges and the electric field increases exponentially on the surface. As a result, the corona discharge begins at a point on the ground, and the streamer and the upward reader are gradually formed to meet the downward leader formed in the thundercloud.

It becomes possible to predict the degree of lightning risk by these light emitting elements. For example, when an electric field around the lightning rod is formed by approaching thunderclouds, when the electric field intensity is low, the lightning rod may emit yellow light and may be formed to emit red light when the electric field intensity becomes stronger and exceeds a specific value . A person looking at the lightning rod can confirm that the color emitted by the lightning rod changes, and it is possible to grasp the degree of the risk of lightning.
