Claims (5)

아마씨 추출물을 주성분으로 하는 화장료 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,
아마씨를 물로 세척하여 이물질을 제거한 다음 저장용기에 넣고 아마씨 100중량부에 대하여 증류수 1500중량부를 부은 후 단백질분해효소를 0.5 ~ 1.5 중량부 첨가하여 상온에서 30분 내지 1시간 저장하여 점액질을 얻는 단계;
상기 얻어진 점액질을 다른 용기에 저장하고, 상기 점액질을 제거한 아마씨를 한천배지 또는 종이배지에 놓고 증류수를 공급하여 암흑실에서 1 ~ 2일 동안 배양하는 단계;
상기 배양한 아마 발아체를 증류수로 세척한 후에 아마 발아체 1Kg에 대하여 물을 10리터의 비율로 혼합하여 5 ~ 15시간 100 ~ 110℃로 가열하는 단계;
상기 가열로부터 얻은 내용물로부터 고형물을 제거하여 아마씨 추출물을 얻는 단계;
상기 아마씨 추출물과 상기 다른 용기에 저장된 점액질을 중량비로 1 : 2 비율로 혼합하여 최종 아마씨 추출물을 얻는 단계;
편백나무 및 측백나무를 각각 소정의 크기로 절편하여 압력용기에 넣고 물을 부은 다음 100 ~ 110℃로 가열하여 각각의 추출물을 얻는 단계;
향나무를 세절하여 세척한 후에 에탄올을 가하여 상온에서 2 ~ 3시간 침지시켜서 향나무 추출물을 얻는 단계; 및
상기 얻은 아마씨 추출물, 편백나무 추출물, 측백나무 추출물, 및 향나무 추출물을 중량비로 5 : 2 : 2 : 1 비율로 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아마씨 추출물을 주성분으로 하는 화장료 조성물 제조방법.
