Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to cosmetic compositions for improving wrinkles and atopic dermatoses and cosmetic compositions for improving wrinkles and atopic dermatoses containing the same,

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles and atopic dermatoses, and a cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles and atopic dermatoses containing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles and atopic dermatitis. And a cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles and atopic sensations, which exhibits an effect of improving wrinkles and atopic sensation, which comprises crocodilla oil as an active ingredient, and cosmetics for improving wrinkles and atopic senses.

A variety of physical and chemical changes occur in human skin during the aging process. The cause of this phenomenon is divided into intrinsic aging and photo-aging. Free radicals can be caused by activation of ultraviolet rays, stress, disease state, environmental factors, wounds, and aging. When such state is deepened, the antioxidant defense network existing in the living body is destroyed, And aging.

More specifically, lipids, proteins, polysaccharides and nucleic acids, which are major components of the skin, are oxidized to destroy skin cells and tissues, resulting in skin aging.

In particular, the oxidation of proteins can cause collagen (collagen), hyaluronic acid, elastin, proteoglycan, fibronectin, and the like that are severely hyperinflammatory reactions and skin elasticity If this gets worse, DNA mutations can lead to mutations, cancer, and immune deficiency.

Therefore, it is necessary to protect the cell membrane by destroying the free radicals mediated by free radicals, ultraviolet rays, and inflammation that occur during the metabolism of the body, and to regenerate already damaged cells by vigorous metabolism The skin can quickly recover and maintain healthy skin.

Aging involves not only these free radicals, but also enzyme called matrix metalloproteinase (MMP), a collagenase. That is, synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix such as collagen in vivo are appropriately controlled, but collagen synthesis is reduced as aging progresses, and expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP), an enzyme that degrades collagen, is promoted, And the wrinkles are formed. These degrading enzymes are also activated by ultraviolet irradiation.

Therefore, there is a demand for development of a substance capable of modulating MMP expression induced in the cell or inhibiting its activity. Until now, the raw materials used as cosmetic materials mostly inhibited only the enzyme activity.

Therefore, we tried to control the amount and activity of MMP expression induced by intracellular natural aging and photoaging.

On the other hand, skin changes due to pigment deposition occur. The factors that determine skin color are basically the partial or total pigmentation such as stain, freckle and tanning due to ultraviolet exposure, and the distribution of acne and scars and keratin Blood circulation, stress, and health. The most important factor among these factors is pigmentation.

Melanin, melanoid, carotene and hemoglobin are the most important factors affecting skin color. Among them, melanin is the most important factor affecting the biosynthesis of melanin.

Melanin absorbs or scatters ultraviolet light and plays a major role in preventing damage to the skin from ultraviolet rays. It does not have a specific maximum absorption wavelength and absorbs light in all areas. In addition, it has excellent ability to remove reactive oxygen species, sometimes melanin itself generates active oxygen, and other substances are reduced or oxidized by catechol or quinone in the melanin structure, and melanin itself shows free radical properties Pray.

The biosynthesis of melanin begins with the conversion of tyrosine, an amino acid, into melanosomes of melanocyte-forming melanosomes by tyrosinase and conversion to dihydroxy phenylalanine, followed by a series of oxidation processes to form pheomelanin, eumelanin.

This biosynthesis process is carried out in a special form of melanocyte in the brown intracellular organelle. The melanomas, including melanin granules, migrate from the nucleus to the tip of the dendritic process, and migrate into the cytoplasm by phagocytosis of keratinocytes. It accumulates around the nucleus.

The synthesis of melanin, the number of melanosomes, and the migration to keratinocytes in the periphery are partially affected by hormones and ultraviolet rays, and are primarily affected by genetics. In addition, it is known that interleukins, prostaglandins, histamines, and the like are involved in the expression of tyrosinase and cytokine, which is an intracellular regulator involved in the synthesis and transmission of melanin, and metal ions such as copper, zinc and iron.

(Japanese Patent Laid-open No. 4-9320), hydroquinone (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 192062), kojic acid (Japanese Patent Laid-open No. 56-7710), arbutin Activity, and is used as a whitening cosmetic. However, since it is low in stability in cosmetic formulations, its use is restricted due to decomposition and coloring, generation of odor, efficacy at a living body level, unclear effect and safety problem. These substances have proved their tyrosinase inhibitory effect, but their effect is lower in experiments similar to actual living body level.

Therefore, there is a demand for evaluation of the inhibitory effect by melanoma cell culture similar to a living body level. Hydroquinone is also defined as a carcinogenic substance and its use in cosmetics is prohibited or restricted. Kojic acid and ascorbic acid are very unstable substances. When a cosmetic containing a small amount of the above components is kept at room temperature for several weeks, browning occurs.

In order to solve these various problems, recently, many cosmetics using natural products have been developed to reduce skin irritation caused by various chemical substances and the like. Natural materials are not only less harmful to the skin, but also have increased their value as a raw material for cosmetics due to the recent popularity of cosmetics using natural materials.

Atopic dermatitis, on the other hand, is associated with increased immunoglobulin E, increased lymphocyte, increased mast cell, increased pH, increased transdermal water loss, decreased ceramide due to cell-to-cell widening, etc. And the barrier function of the epidermis is deteriorated. In addition, skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, a recurrent chronic dermatitis with a severe sense of well-being, are still known to be an incurable disease to be solved by mankind together with cancer, AIDS and dementia. In other words, according to approach by allergic reaction, access to skin barrier function, approach by neurological stress, 1) detection of cause and exacerbation factor, removal of cause, 2) correction of skin function by skin care, 3) Anti-steroids, antivitamins, and antiallergic drugs have been selected for drug treatment, but the cause of atopic dermatitis has not yet been clarified. .

Atopic dermatitis is called as fever, and it is accompanied by allergic diseases such as asthma and hay fever which are chronic diseases of skin. Allergy is one of the factors that can cause atopic dermatitis. In other words, when a skin reaction test for a protein antigen is performed, urticaria reactions to a large number of antigens appear well, and when the body is exposed to these antigen, anaphylactic shock, urticaria and angioedema, It causes familial reactions such as difficulty, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, conjunctival hyperemia and edema, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and other types of immediate reactions in the skin, respiratory, eye, and mucous membranes.

What can aggravate atopic dermatitis include skin irritation caused by dry skin, ambient temperature and humidity, severe exercise and sweat, wool and fibers, food, drugs, house dust, animal hair, irritant chemicals, . In addition, it has been reported that the germs and fungi present in the skin are exacerbated (Sugimoto et al., 45th Japanese Allergy Society, Lecture Book No.381p), and deeply involved in atopic dermatitis (Kanda et al., The 51st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Allergy, Lecture Book. No. 20).

These atopic dermatitis is recurrent chronic dermatitis with severe itching. It is reported that about 10 to 15% of children have atopic dermatitis, and 90% of them are self-healing within 5 years. In addition, these atopic dermatoses are generally improved in adulthood, and about 30 to 40% of the dermatitis do not recur in appearance, while the rest are known to cause severe dermatitis such as skin irritation by skin irritation, This proportion is increasing along with the progress of industrialization and the increase of environmental pollution.

In addition, dry and sensitive skin has low water retention ability and resilience, and it is likely to cause skin keratinization and itching. In severe cases, it develops as dermatitis such as atopic dermatitis. Other causes of atopic dermatitis should be cured by other means, mostly with some overlapping. In particular, when atopic fever can not be diverted, it can cause rash and itching by accumulating in the skin. It is a skin disease that the immune function is extremely reduced by the use of steroid ointment and antihistamine.

Several compositions have been proposed to treat skin dryness and itching such as atopic dermatitis and the like. However, most of these pharmaceutical compositions contain a steroid agent or an antibiotic as an active ingredient. Therefore, when used for long-term skin, Or cause serious side effects such as causing increase or expansion of the thickness of the stratum corneum. In addition, cosmetic compositions containing white roots, cloves, gardenia, sculptors, herbicides and the like as active ingredients are known to be associated with cosmetic compositions for atopic dermatitis. However, most of these plant natural products themselves are heated by heating at high temperature or using organic solvents Therefore, there is a problem that the active ingredient is destroyed and irritation occurs to the skin. Further, there are more problems due to the preservative used for preventing the corruption of the extracts.

Foundation stone sleep

Stachys sleep (Stachys Sieboldii) is a traditional Chinese health vegetable, with leaves in summer and silkworms 3-6cm long in winter, and it is called plant insecticide because its shape and pharmacological effect are similar. China is a representative long-lived vegetable, according to the Chinese medicine, cerebral infarction, memory, improve cognitive function, improve the function of senile dementia and intestines are used as useful materials.

The foundation stone sleep contains phenylethanoid, arginic acid, choline, vitamin B4, oligosaccharide and so on. According to a report from the Japanese herbal medicine team, the element called phenylethanoid glycosides contained in cornelian sleep is effective in preventing myocardial infarction and improving memory. Particularly, arginic acid and stachydrin prevent build up of fat and smooth blood circulation. It improves atherosclerosis, cirrhosis, prevents formation of fatty liver, and choline is a special substance that can penetrate blood and brain barrier. It acts directly on brain cells and is effective in improving memory and preventing senile dementia.

According to a report by the Japanese medical team Dr. Yamahara of Japan in 1990 in the "Pharmaceutical Journal" (Volume 110, p932 ~ 935), cornerstone sleep has brain active substances such as "oligosaccharides" The average survival time of the rats fed the cyanide injection was 33.37 seconds, but the rats injected with 1.5 g of cornstarch liquid survived more than twice as much as 73.62 seconds, and the group of rats injected with 3 g of cornstarch solution lived about 3 times longer . It is scientifically proven that this experiment has the effect of activating brain cells in cornerstone sleep. This is also due to the presence of the phenylethanoid glycoside, which is unique to the foundation stone, which is not found in other plants.

It is a strong anti-inflammatory ingredient that heals skin inflammation and itching. Alleviates the inflammation, sterilization, blood circulation, calm, convergence, anti-allergic, destroyed capillaries, increases the elasticity of the skin, good for dry and itchy skin, improves sore scars and strengthens tissues.

Crocodile oil

Crocodile oil is extracted and purified from fatty tissue of crocodile. Crocodile oil has been known to treat many intractable and chronic skin diseases for centuries. In modern clinical trials Crocodile oil has been proven to have skin permeability, antibacterial activity and blood circulation enhancement. , Burns, eczema, abrasions, cuts, ulcers, pressure ulcers, contusions, and acne. Crocodile oil has little scent and very little skin irritation. It is suitable for all ages. It can be applied immediately to the skin, and is especially effective in improving eczema, wrinkles and atopic dermatitis.

Crocodile oils include saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Wherein the saturated fatty acid comprises at least one of palmitic acid, stearic acid and myristic acid and the monounsaturated fatty acid comprises at least one of oleic acid and palmitoleic acid, Wherein the polyunsaturated fatty acids are selected from the group consisting of linoleic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, docosahexaenoic acid and icosatrienic acid. (eicosatrienoic acid).

Crocodile oil can use oils extracted from alligators, crocodiles, and alligators belonging to the crocodile, and it is preferable to use oils extracted from Crocodylus Porosus.

In addition, the cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles and atopic dermatitis according to the present invention can be used as a complex extract of core-bedded sleeping lanceolate and chamomile; And crocodile oil as an effective ingredient, more specifically, 50 to 70 parts by weight of the complex extract and 10 to 30 parts by weight of crocodile oil.

The complex extract may be obtained by extracting 20 to 30 parts by weight of the foundation stone, 10 to 20 parts by weight of the baby leaf, and 20 to 40 parts by weight of the chamomile, , And extracts of Chamomile (Chamomile), and then they are mixed at the same weight ratio.

The extract used in the present invention can be obtained through various methods known in the art. For example, separation using an ultrafiltration membrane having a constant molecular weight cut-off value; Fractions obtained by various purification methods, such as separation by chromatography produced for various chromatography, for example, separation by size, charge, hydrophobicity or affinity, are also included in the extract of the present invention. Therefore, the present invention is not particularly limited to the method of extracting the complex extract.

The cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles and atopic dermatoses according to the present invention can be constituted by solubilizing the crocodile oil and containing it as an active ingredient.

At present, about 80% or more of the major physiologically active substances present in the field of cosmetics and the like are not dissolved in water or have a very low solubility. Crocodile oil is also fat-soluble, so water can not be used as a solvent.

Despite the fact that the physiological activity is known due to the egg / insolubility, it is not possible to use a proper amount necessary for the physiologically active effect, resulting in a significantly lower effect than the theoretical data.

Such oil-soluble crocodile oil is solubilized on the basis of a skin-friendly surfactant to increase its solubility in water, making it easy to apply it to cosmetics, which can be applied to any formulations ranging from a skin formulation containing most of water to a cream containing a surfactant As a result, it becomes possible to use an appropriate amount, and thus, it exhibits reliable efficacy.

The cosmetic composition for wrinkle and atopy improvement according to the present invention may be constituted such that the solubilized crocodilla oil is solubilized by mixing the crocodile oil with ceramide, cholesterol, lecithin, fatty acid, siloxane and glycerin, 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of the ceramide, 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of cholesterol, 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of lecithin, 0.5 to 1.0 part by weight of fatty acid, 0.1 to 1.0 part by weight of siloxane and 1 to 2.0 parts by weight of glycerin are mixed and solubilized .

More specifically, in the method of solubilizing crocodile oil, ceramide, cholesterol, lecithin, fatty acid, siloxane and glycerin are added to crocodile oil in a reduced pressure stirrer capable of decompression, and the mixture is heated to 40 to 50 ° C., followed by stirring under reduced pressure of 300 to 400 mmHg A solubilized crocodile oil having high solubility in water can be obtained.

Meanwhile, cosmetic compositions containing the same can be provided by using the cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles and atopic dermatitis according to the present invention. More specifically, it is preferable that the wrinkle-improving composite composition is contained in 1.0 to 5.0 wt% with respect to the total weight of the cosmetic in cosmetics manufactured by a known method for manufacturing cosmetics.

This is because when the composite composition is contained in an amount of less than 1.0% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, the effect of improving wrinkles and atopic appearance is hardly exhibited. If the composition contains more than 5.0% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, The effect of improving wrinkles and atopy is increased, but the function or effect inherent in cosmetics is significantly reduced.

The wrinkle and atopic cosmetic composition containing the cosmetic composition for wrinkle and atopic dermatitis according to the present invention can be variously formulated into cosmetics for skin application, including face, body and skin such as a skin preparation, a gel preparation and a cream preparation .
