Description

Scrubber Equipped with Diffraction Plate Generating Tornado Bubbles "

The present invention relates to a briquette scrubber which is a malodorous gas or a harmful gas purifier. More particularly, the present invention relates to a briquette scrubber having a baffle capable of generating a tornado bubble in a briquette scrubber to improve the cleaning performance of odor gas or noxious gas.

Types of air pollution control facilities used in industry today include dust collectors, adsorption towers, and scrubbers. Each of them is installed considering the efficiency depending on the kind of pollutants. Among them, scrubber is widely used because it has the advantage of treating dust, harmful gas and high temperature gas at the same time.

The scrubber is also called a gas absorption tower, which is divided into dry, wet and burnwet depending on the pollutant treatment method. A wet scrubber consists of a process in which a harmful gas is brought into contact with a liquid to dissolve the soluble component in the gas in the liquid phase. Wet scrubbers can be used for various purposes such as distillation and humidification because they can keep dust, mist and various air pollutants at the same time, Respectively.

Wet scrubbers typically use absorbent or cleaning fluids to make the removal of contaminants more efficient. The absorption liquid is used to remove contaminants through chemical reaction such as neutralization on the surface where the contaminants come into contact with the liquid, and various cleaning liquids including water are used.

The performance of the wet scrubber is determined by how efficiently the contact between the water containing the absorbent and the noxious gas can be achieved. Therefore, in the past, a method of using a filling material or providing a spray nozzle for supplying water with a small particle size so that the water containing the absorption liquid and the noxious gas can sufficiently contact with each other.

The present inventors have developed a briquette scrubber having various performances and filed a patent application. Patent No. 638517 discloses a method for increasing the purification efficiency by facilitating the contact between the flow of odorous gas or harmful gas and the water by using a centrifugal separator, and when the water containing the absorbent is sprayed onto the centrifugal plate, Thereby increasing the contact efficiency between the water and the malodorous gas.

In addition, Patent No. 652969 discloses a method for improving the efficiency of purification by facilitating the contact between the flow of odorous gas or harmful gas and the water by using the centrifugal plate, and at the same time, applying the ultrasonic wave to each part of the apparatus, An ultrasonic braking type scrubber which further increases purification efficiency is disclosed.

The most important technology in the briquette scrubber is the question of how much harmful components contained in the harmful gas are purified by the cleaning solution to produce clean air with the harmful components completely removed. In order to increase the cleaning efficiency of the harmful gas, it is necessary to sufficiently clean the harmful gas with the cleaning liquid. To do so, it is a key technology to increase the surface area in which the harmful gas contacts the cleaning liquid.

The present invention has been developed for this purpose, and the structure of the baffle plate is improved so as to maximize the contact between the cleaning liquid and the malodorous gas or harmful gas.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a baffle having a new structure so as to maximize the contact between a cleaning liquid and a malodorous gas or a harmful gas.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a baffle capable of maximizing the contact between a cleaning liquid and a malodorous gas or a harmful gas by generating a tornado bubble.

It is still another object of the present invention to provide a tribo-type scrubber in which tornado bubbles are generated to maximize the contact between cleaning liquid and malodorous gas or noxious gas to improve the cleaning efficiency.

The above and other objects of the present invention can be achieved by the present invention described below.
