Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a CNT heater for cooling water heating, and more particularly to a CNT heater for heating a heat exchange medium in a fluid state such as cooling water for heating a vehicle interior.
Vehicles powered by engines powered by gasoline, diesel, and other energy sources are currently the most common forms of vehicles, but these automotive energy sources also require new sources of energy due to a variety of causes, such as environmental pollution as well as reduced oil reserves. One of the technologies that is near to the practical use stage is a vehicle driven by a fuel cell as an energy source.
However, in a vehicle using such a fuel cell, a heating system using cooling water can not be used unlike a conventional vehicle having an engine using oil as an energy source. That is, in the case of a conventional vehicle using an engine using an oil as an energy source as the driving source, a lot of heat is generated in the engine, a cooling water circulation system for cooling the engine is provided, . However, since a large amount of heat such as that generated by the engine does not occur in the driving source of the vehicle using the fuel cell, there has been a limit to such a conventional heating method.
Accordingly, in the fuel cell vehicle, various studies have been conducted, such as adding a heat pump to the air conditioning system and using it as a heat source, or providing a separate heat source such as an electric heater. Among them, the battery heater can heat the cooling water more easily without greatly affecting the air conditioning system, and the actual use is widely practiced at present.
Figure 1 shows a variety of conventional coolant heaters.
Fig. 1 (A) shows Korean Patent Registration No. 0745455 ("auxiliary heater and hot water heater equipped therewith ", Jul. 27, 2007), which is a vehicle heater widely used generally in an internal combustion engine vehicle and the like. Since the cooling water passing through the engine is very high in temperature, it is sufficient to heat the interior of the vehicle simply by discharging the heat to the outside. Generally, the vehicle heater of the internal combustion engine vehicle is heat exchanged with external air through the tube- It is sufficient to form the heat exchanger in the form of a general heat exchanger. However, in the case of the start of the starting or the winter season, the cooling water is not sufficiently heated and the heating can not be performed. To solve this problem, an auxiliary heater for heating by using electricity is provided between the tubes as shown in FIG. Is widely used. However, in this type of heater, the cooling water is not hot enough to be used for heating in the case of a fuel cell vehicle in which the heating value of the electric parts such as the driving part is less than that of the internal combustion engine and the operating environment temperature condition of the operating environment is much lower. have.
1 (B) shows Korean Patent Publication No. 2010-0117759 ("Reservoir for Combination of Heater for Fuel Cell Vehicle ", 2010.11.04), which is a heater type widely used for fuel cell vehicles today. As shown in the figure, the COD heater cartridge is directly inserted into the tank through which the cooling water passes, and the cooling water is directly heated. However, this type of heater has a limitation in increasing the contact area between the COD heater cartridge and the cooling water, which is a cause of heat generation, so that there is a limit to increase the heating efficiency, and the volume of the COD heater cartridge itself becomes large due to the volume of the COD heater cartridge itself .
1 (C) is a view showing a heating medium heating device and a vehicle air conditioning device using the same, which is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-056044 (Mar. 13, 2008) A cooling water heater of a type that can be increased is proposed. In the cooling water heater of Fig. 1 (C), plate-like fins are disposed on the upper and lower portions of the PTC electrode plate causing heat generation, and cooling water is allowed to flow through the plate-shaped fins to increase the heat transfer efficiency from the PTC electrode plate to the cooling water, So that it is effectively heated. However, the cooling water heater of this type has a heating efficiency higher than that of the conventional cooling water heater, but has various problems as follows. First, since the heat source (PTC electrode plate) is inserted into a separate component, the number of parts increases, and the volume and weight increase. Second, the heat generated from the PTC electrode plate can not be completely transferred to the cooling water, and a part of the heat is transferred to the outside to generate heat loss. Third, there exist various objects such as an insulating layer on the heat transfer path from the PTC electrode plate to the cooling water, thereby increasing the heat resistance and thus the heat transfer efficiency is inferior. Fourth, when the cooling water heater of this type is mounted on the vehicle, the design of the cooling water pipeline or the electric power supply circuit becomes complicated. Also, since the cooling water heater itself has a large volume, the mounting becomes difficult.
Although the conventional cooling water heaters are disclosed in various forms as described above, they are not suitable for use in fuel cell vehicles, are not sufficiently high in heating efficiency, are difficult to manufacture and install, and are too large in volume, weight, It has problems.

According to the present invention, the heating elements are arranged on the plate in a printed U-shape, and the heat exchange medium is disposed outside the U-shaped elements, thereby maximizing the heat transfer efficiency from the heating elements to the heat exchange medium, There is a big effect that can be done. Particularly, according to the present invention, there is almost no path for the heat of the heat generating element to escape to the outside, and heat loss in heat transfer from the heat generating element to the heat exchanging medium hardly occurs.
In particular, the coolant-heated CNT heater of the present invention can reduce the number of components, volume, and weight as compared with conventional heaters, and can be downsized and compact, thereby maximizing the space utilization in the engine room. In addition, the coolant-heated CNT heater of the present invention does not need to significantly change the heat exchange medium pipeline in the engine compartment. Because of such miniaturization and compactness, ease of design of pipelines and the like, the coolant-heated CNT heater of the present invention is very easy to mount on a vehicle, and thus has various effects for enhancing user convenience.
In addition, since the cooling water heating type CNT heater of the present invention has an overheat preventing structure, there is a great effect of eliminating the risk of fire, parts damage and breakage, and heat exchange medium leakage, which may be caused by overheating in the electric heater.
In addition, as described above, since the cooling water-heating type CNT heater of the present invention maximizes the heating efficiency, the fuel cell vehicle, which has difficulty in heating the cooling water for the indoor heating, the oil heating, The hybrid vehicle can be effectively applied as a cooling water heater, an oil heater, or the like.

Hereinafter, a CNT heater for cooling water according to the present invention having the above-described structure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The
At this time, it is preferable that the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
5A is an exploded view of the
Preferably, the
In particular, the
The heat exchange
As described above, the
The actual operation of the coolant-
At this time, as described above, a
Heat generated in the
According to the structure of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the
As described above, the coolant-
Although the present invention has been described with respect to the case where the heat exchange medium is cooling water in a vehicle, the present invention is not limited thereto. The cooling water heating
4, the coolant-
The coolant-
As described above, the
Fig. 6 shows an example in which the
As the structure for increasing the heat exchange performance on the
FIG. 7 shows an example of using a coolant-heated CNT heater of the present invention, and more specifically, an example in which the coolant-
7, a vehicle generally includes a
In general, in the case of an internal combustion engine vehicle, since the driving
