Description
The present invention relates to a unit modular joining system and method, and more particularly, to a unit modular joining system and method for joining walls provided with air holes to prevent generation of inter-generational noise of the modules.
In general, the modular construction method is a method of assembling and constructing a unit group of a three-dimensional box-type unit manufactured and assembled at a factory by carrying it to the site, and it includes electric and mechanical equipment for unit parts, interior and exterior materials including windows, flooring, , More than 90% of the houses are installed in the factory, such as toilet and kitchen equipment installation.
Modular housing with modular construction method is box-shaped, and it can be used as single-family house or multi-family house because it consists of housing unit by combining space unit parts up and down, back and forth, left and right.
The modular housing is constructed on the site by assembling a wall member suitable for the structure in advance, so that the construction period can be shortened and the construction cost can be reduced. In addition, the modular housing has excellent sectional performance, fire resistance, durability, corrosion resistance and vibration resistance It is semi-permanent.
In addition, it is possible to freely use the space because it is easy to demolish and change the part that is not subjected to the load in the space utilization, and it is possible to make the wall thickness thinner than the general reinforced concrete structure or the brick structure by the same balance standard A large indoor space can be secured.

As shown in FIG. 4, the
The air holes 331 may prevent the air flow between the
The
For example, if the frequency of the noise is 40, the diameter R of the
Since the distance D between the air holes 331 is smaller than the diameter R of the air holes 331, the noise can be blocked by the
