Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a zipper device having a lighting unit, and more particularly, to a zipper device having an illumination unit capable of automatically lighting an illumination unit formed on a zipper when the zipper is opened.
Generally, zipper is clothing apparel material which is used in living environment such as clothing and miscellaneous goods. A typical zipper is a piece of metal or plastic with two pieces arranged side by side on a cloth tape, and the two lines can be pushed and opened by using a ring.
Such a zipper may be used for a ladies' handbag or a bag to open or close the opening of the bag containing the article. However, when a handbag or bag is used in a dark place or in a place where there is no light, there is a problem that it is very difficult to find or remove an item in a bag or bag. Therefore, when the handbag or the object in the bag is to be taken out in a place where light does not exist or in a dark place, there is a troublesome problem of using a separate lighting device or moving to a place where light exists.
In addition, there is a need to carry items such as a flashlight separately to inform others of their position in case of an emergency such as a distress situation when a person is hiking.
Moreover, even in the case of the elderly who are weak in mind and body, such as children, they are lost, and there is a need to carry a separate item for preventing childbearing such as a necklace and a whistle so as to prepare for unexpected situations.
Accordingly, the present applicant has proposed the present invention in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a prior art document related thereto, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1247086 (title of invention: luminous zipper, registered date: 2013. 03. 18.).
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a zipper device equipped with a lighting part having a simple structure inside a zipper device and equipped with an illuminating part that can automatically operate the lighting part when the zipper is opened.
The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned problems, and other matters not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
The above object is achieved according to the present invention by a zipper; A zipper slider sliding along the zipper; And an illumination unit provided on the zipper slider.
The lighting unit may be turned on or off according to the position of the zipper slider on the zipper.
The illumination unit may include: an illumination unit provided at a lower end of the zipper slider; A battery member provided at either one of both ends of the zipper in the longitudinal direction to supply power to the illumination; And an illumination terminal provided at one side of the illumination to communicate the illumination and the battery member.
A closed stopper is provided at one end of the zipper in the longitudinal direction, and an open stopper is provided at the other end. When the zipper slider contacts the open stopper, the illumination may be turned on.
The illumination is turned on when the open stopper and the illumination terminal come into contact with each other, and the illumination can be turned off when the open stopper and the illumination terminal are disconnected.
The battery member may be provided on one side of the open stopper or integrally on the open stopper.
At least one of the zipper slider or the open stopper may be formed of a conductor or may include a conductor.
An illumination mounting member is provided between the zipper slider and the illumination, and the illumination mounting member can prevent an electrical connection or a short circuit between the zipper slider and the battery member.
An illumination mounting member formed of a nonconductive material may be provided between the zipper slider and the illumination.
The illumination may be provided by an LED.
The battery member may be formed of a coin-type battery or a fiber-type battery.
And a battery control unit for interrupting the electrical connection between the illumination unit and the battery unit.
The battery control unit may illuminate the illumination only when the zipper slider and the open stopper come into contact with each other at night or at a reference illuminance or less.
The illumination unit may further include an auxiliary illumination provided at an upper end portion of the zipper slider, and the auxiliary illumination may be electrically connected to the illumination.
The zipper device provided with the illuminating unit of the present invention can be formed in a simple structure so that the lighting can be turned on, so that the objects in the storage space such as bags, clothes and the like to which the zipper device is applied even in the dark can be conveniently retrieved or taken out.
In addition, since the zipper device having the lighting unit of the present invention is formed in a simple structure and small size, it can be easily applied to various fields such as outdoor goods such as bags, clothes, tents, .
Further, when a mountaineer wears a bag, a garment, a tent, an outdoor article, and miscellaneous goods having a zipper equipped with the lighting unit of the present invention, even if an emergency such as a distress occurs, It can be used as a preventive measure for children and elderly people to be informed about the position of a child or an elderly person when they are attached to a zipper such as a child or an elderly person's clothes or a bag.
