Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a portable skin beauty device, and more particularly to a portable skin care device using ultrasonic waves for skin.
When a portable beauty device using ultrasonic waves is used to remove skin hairs, water or a lotion is applied to the skin, and a blade (diaphragm) is put on the skin and used. At this point, water or lotion can penetrate through the point where the blade is exposed to the front. Therefore, portable beauty equipment using ultrasonic waves is generally accompanied by a waterproof structure.
The inventor of the present invention has manufactured a portable beauty device using ultrasonic waves. Korean Patents No. 607148, No. 856345, and No. 1459338, the company continuously strives to develop and improve new technologies. In order to improve the performance of the portable skin beauty device and to fuse the different technologies, the inventors investigated the technique of irradiating the light source to the skin in a process of constant research. Korean Patent No. 1349157, for example, proposes a skin treatment method using an LED light beam, and introduces various background technologies related to a light source of a light source.
However, various technical challenges have been encountered in fusing LED light source technology to ultrasound skin beauty devices with metal blades. Such as waterproofing, placement problems, ultrasonic vibrations through the blades, problems with the direction of the light source, and problems with the delivery efficiency of the light source. The invention of the present invention has been studied for a long time in order to solve this problem effectively, and after the hard work, the present invention has been completed.
COLOR THERAPY skin beauty using high-brightness LED is known. Color therapy is to promote skin beauty by activating skin metabolism by irradiating short and strong light on skin.
In order to incorporate these color therapy functions into a portable beauty device, it is essential to design a device that is excellent in a waterproof structure. It may be desirable to structurally provide an LED for color therapy to the front of the beauty device to illuminate both the LED light in the blade direction and the top surface of the housing. However, in disposing the LEDs on the front side of the beauty device, there is a problem of disposition with the oscillator assembly located on the front side of the housing, a design problem of thickening the thickness, a light source rotation problem for irradiating the blade direction and the user's face direction, In particular, various problems such as difficulty of waterproof are encountered. It is an object of the present invention to solve such a problem.
On the other hand, the blade PCB of the vibrator assembly which generates the ultrasonic vibration consists of an epoxy resin and an oscillator mounted on the epoxy resin. The epoxy resin is used for insulation, but there is a problem that loss of vibrations generated in the vibrator due to the elasticity of the epoxy resin occurs, and also the thickness of the epoxy resin is increased to increase the total thickness. An object of the present invention is to solve such a problem effectively.
In realizing this goal, we set the following specific issues in more detail:
- Is it possible to solve the waterproofing problem by placing the LED light source at the rear end of the oscillator assembly in the housing.
- What kind of structure is possible by arranging a light guide plate on the front face of the LED light source so that the LED light can be irradiated simultaneously in the direction of the blade and the top face of the housing.
- What is the technological way to effectively guide the LED light received from the placed LGP toward the blade?
- There are ways to improve the waterproof efficiency and to prevent the loss of ultrasonic vibration.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a portable skin beauty device having a color therapy function using LEDs, the device comprising: a housing; A vibrator assembly received in the housing and generating vibration; A metal blade coupled to the vibrator assembly and exposed to the front of the housing; An LED light source installed in a wall between the vibrator assembly and an internal circuit arrangement area inside the housing for emitting LED light for color therapy in the direction of the exposed blade; And a vibrator assembly disposed on the upper portion of the vibrator assembly and physically separated from the vibrator assembly so as to pass the LED light forward and to guide the traveling direction of the LED light portion toward the upper surface of the housing, And a first light guide plate provided on the first light guide plate.
Further, the present invention may further include a second light guide plate coupled to a front end of the first light guide plate and guiding the LED light having passed through the first light guide plate toward the blade.
The light guide plate may further include a reflective sheet surrounding the lower surface and the side surface of the first light guide plate.
The reflective sheet may be formed of a rubber material for a sealing structure.
Wherein the vibrator assembly includes a metal PCB attached to an upper surface of the blade in the housing, the metal PCB comprising: an aluminum plate; An insulating layer of a thin plate disposed on the aluminum plate; And a vibrator disposed on the insulating layer.
The portable skin beauty device incorporating the color therapy function of the present invention can solve the waterproof problem of the LED light source by incorporating the LED light source inside the housing.
In addition, a first light guide plate V-CUTTING is disposed on the front surface of the LED light source so that the LED light can be irradiated simultaneously in the blade direction and the top surface direction of the housing.
Further, the second light guide plate may be disposed on the entire surface of the first light guide plate to effectively guide the LED light received from the first light guide plate toward the blade.
In addition, a reflection sheet made of a rubber material may be disposed on the back and side surfaces of the light guide plate in place of the reflection sheet of the light guide plate to improve the waterproof efficiency.
In addition, by replacing the blade PCB including the epoxy resin with the metal PCB, the thickness of the vibrator assembly can be reduced, and vibration loss due to the epoxy resin can be prevented.
On the other hand, even if the effects are not explicitly mentioned here, the effect described in the following specification, which is expected by the technical features of the present invention, and its potential effects are treated as described in the specification of the present invention.

The power supply unit includes a battery made of a rechargeable lithium-polymer secondary battery. The power supply unit supplies power to the LED light source unit and the vibrator assembly. That is, in order for the LED light source unit to emit LED light, or for the oscillator assembly to operate, power must be supplied, and a predetermined cable connects the power source unit, the LED light source unit, and the oscillator assembly to each other, Thereby operating each device.
The internal circuit connects the power supply unit and the oscillator, boosts the DC voltage of the power supply unit to a voltage of a predetermined magnitude, and transmits the voltage to the oscillator assembly. The vibrator assembly converts the electrical energy transferred from the internal circuit into the vibration energy of the ultrasonic vibration. That is, power from the power source unit is transmitted to the vibrator of the vibrator assembly, and ultrasonic vibration occurs. When the ultrasonic vibrator physically vibrates, the vibration is transmitted to the user's skin via the blade. In addition, the microcomputer has a built-in control program for controlling the operation time and operation, and serves to output a preset resonance frequency for vibration of the ultrasonic vibrator.

The
The insulating layer may be a T-PLUG. By applying the aluminum metal PCB according to the present invention to the oscillator (T) assembly, the function of the heat sink can be performed with a high thermal conductivity of aluminum.
In addition, in constructing the oscillator (T) assembly, by applying such a metal PCB in place of the PCB including the epoxy resin, the vibration loss caused by the elasticity of the conventional epoxy resin can be reduced. That is, the insulating layer is formed of a thin plate, aluminum is disposed under the insulating layer, and vibration generated in the vibrator T can be directly transmitted to the blade through aluminum.
Further, by using a thin insulating layer, it is possible to reduce the overall thickness of the oscillator (T) assembly. At this time, the insulating effect due to the very thin insulation layer may be reduced, but this decrease is insufficient.
The scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to the description and the expression of the embodiments explicitly described in the foregoing. It is again to be understood that the present invention is not limited by the modifications or substitutions that are obvious to those skilled in the art.
