Description
The present invention relates to a conveyor.
Fuel and raw materials used in the steelworks are transported to a belt conveyor. In this process, the progress of the belt conveyor is made by the head pulley, the tel pulley and the drive pulley. When the belt advancing direction is changed during the transportation of the belt, the traveling direction of the conveyed object is changed from the chute of the head pulley to the lower conveyor.
Attachment light on the belt conveyor surface can be removed using H type and P type cleaners. The cleaner includes a plurality of cleaner tips and contacts the surface of the belt to remove adhered light.
In this case, it is necessary that the cleaner tip is not subject to interference by the belt moving direction.
However, in order to perform artificial manipulation according to the direction of the belt which changes from time to time, it takes a long time to change and the conveying efficiency may be lowered.

FIG. 2 is a top view of a conveyor according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 3 and 4 are cross- FIG. 2 is a view showing the operating state of the lower cleaner of FIG.
The
Referring to FIG. 2, the
The
A rod B is formed at both ends of the support member 122b and the rod B can be coupled to the
The
The
The supporting
The rotating
A pair of guide bars extending in different directions may be formed on the
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, when the moving direction of the
When the
3 and 4, the
The first
3, when the moving direction of the
The pair of
The first
The
3, when the
4, when the
Therefore, even if the
As described above, according to the conveyor according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the positions of the pair of lower cleaners can be automatically changed according to the moving direction of the belt without any additional power, the efficiency of the conveyor is increased, Can be saved.
