도 10 내지 도 14는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 평행 정전용량형 습도센서의 제조방법을 설명하기 위한 예시도이다.10 to 14 are diagrams for explaining a method of manufacturing a parallel capacitance type humidity sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention.

제1 단계는 기판(50)에 폴리머(60)을 증착한다. 제1 단계는 스핀코팅을 이용하여 폴리머(60)를 증착한다. 상기 폴리머(60)는 PDMS, 폴리디메틸시록산 및 패릴린 중 어느 하나의 고분자 복합체를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 단계는 물리적 증기 증착 또는 화학적 증기 증착을 이용하여 증착할 수 있다.

Claims (7)
상기 폴리머 기판의 상측에 형성되어 나뭇잎의 수분을 측정하는 전극;
상기 전극의 상측에 형성되고, 상기 나뭇잎과 점착되는 PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane); 및
상기 폴리머 기판 및 상기 PDMS를 관통하는 복수의 관통구를 포함하는 나뭇잎의 수분을 측정하는 정전용량형 습도센서를 나뭇잎의 일면 또는 양면에 점착시키는 단계; 및
나뭇잎의 커패시턴스(capacitance)를 측정하는 단계
를 포함하는 습도센서를 이용한 나뭇잎의 수분 측정방법.
