Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a solar power generation system, and more particularly, to a solar power generation system using a polymer heat dissipation device that improves durability of a solar power generation facility.
The photovoltaic power generation system consists of a solar cell (module), a connection board, and a power converter (inverter) to convert the light energy incident from the sun into electric energy to produce electric power. Among them, the connection panel is located between the solar cell module and the inverter, and collects the DC power generated from the solar cell module. It protects the inverter and prevents and protects the collision between the solar cell modules.
Most of the photovoltaic power generation facilities including the connection panel are installed outdoors, and it is easy to penetrate worms and external impurities. If exposed to high temperature for a long time in summer or in a rainy season, it may lead to normal electricity production.
Especially, the photovoltaic power generation facility is likely to be exposed to high temperatures for a long time due to external heat such as sunlight and internal heat generated in the substrate housed therein, and it is difficult to effectively cool even at a high temperature, There are many cases that can not be done.
As a prior art related to a power generation facility of a photovoltaic power generation system, Patent Registration No. 10-1159531 (Publication Date: Jun. 19, 2012) discloses a method for preventing penetration of insects and impurities in a body and cooling a heat- And a connection unit for the photovoltaic power generation system.
However, the power generation facilities of the above-described solar power generation system have the following problems.
First, even when a perforated network is provided in the ventilation port formed in the connection panel body in the photovoltaic power generation facility, insects and external impurities can still flow through the ventilation holes and water flows into the connection panel in bad weather such as heavy rainfall There is a risk of causing failure of internal parts.
Secondly, a lot of heat is generated for the diode to stabilize the current, and a lot of heat is concentrated in the bus bar by mounting various diodes and other electronic parts. If the ventilation holes, intake ports, fans, etc. are physically contaminated and heat dissipation of the busbars is not achieved smoothly, malfunction of electronic parts such as diodes due to overheating and shortening of parts life can be caused, do.
Third, when an unexpected situation occurs due to malfunction of various internal parts or deterioration of the weather, it is difficult for the manager to recognize the sudden situation immediately and to cope with the sudden fire due to the characteristics of the solar power generation facility installed outdoors, There is a problem.
Fourth, in the electric production process, it is only a problem to send out the heat inside the connection panel such as the photovoltaic power generation facility to the outside, and it does not utilize the heat generated from the internal energy as its own energy. The electric appliances such as the instrument member inside the connection board require a separate external power source or a power transmission unit, which increases the volume of the entire connection unit and complicates the internal structure of the connection unit.

At this time, the controller (not shown) controls the inverter (not shown) in the solar cell module (not shown) so that power can not be transmitted to the outside when the detected environmental condition value is equal to or greater than the reference value, Off 'control of the flow of the electric power to the communication unit (not shown), and further transmit the respective environmental condition values to the communication unit (not shown). Further, when one or more environmental condition values equal to or greater than the reference value are identified, the control unit (not shown) may be configured to determine whether or not the environmental condition values of the power sources transmitted from the solar cell module (not shown) Flow 'off' control.
Further, the control unit (not shown) selects two or more environmental condition values from environmental condition values including temperature, humidity, vibration and smoke received from the

Figure 6 is a schematic plan view of the instrument according to the invention. 6, the
The thermoelectric pair 720 may be comprised of two
The charging
In this case, the
The booth bar
As described above, the
