Description

METHOD FOR ATTACHING PROTECTIVE FILM ON LIQUID CRYSTAL SCREEN

The present invention relates to a method for attaching a liquid crystal protective film.

The liquid crystal protection film is attached to the liquid crystal screen of the smart device (smart phone, tablet PC) to protect the liquid crystal screen.

The liquid crystal protective film is composed of a film adhered to the liquid crystal screen and a pressure sensitive adhesive applied on the lower surface of the film. An upper release cover is attached to the upper surface of the film, and a lower release cover is attached to the lower surface of the film.

In order to expose the front camera lens, speaker, and home button of the smart device when the liquid crystal protective film is attached to the liquid crystal screen, the liquid crystal protective film is provided with a hole corresponding to the front camera lens, the speaker and the home button.

To attach the LCD protective film to the LCD screen, remove the bottom cover first.

When attaching the liquid crystal protective film to the liquid crystal screen, even if the position of the liquid crystal protective film is slightly changed, the front camera lens, the speaker, and the groove button are not exposed to the outside of the hole of the liquid crystal protective film. In this case, the film must be removed and attached again on the liquid crystal display. When the process of peeling off and attaching the film is repeated, the liquid crystal screen becomes dirty due to the adhesive on the liquid crystal screen, and the foreign substance sticks to the liquid crystal screen.

In order to solve such a problem, Korean Patent No. 10-1462266 discloses a liquid crystal display device capable of precisely aligning a liquid crystal protective film on a liquid crystal screen by simply aligning the reference line printed on the upper cover of the liquid crystal protective film with the guide line displayed on the smart device A method of attaching a liquid crystal protective film which can be attached to a liquid crystal display device]. For reference, the present applicant is the exclusive licensee of Korean Patent No. 10-1462266.

However, according to the invention of Korean Patent No. 10-1462266, since the liquid crystal protective film must be in the correct attaching position only when the reference line and the guide line are matched with each other, the reference line must be accurately printed on the upper release cover. Thus, it is very difficult to accurately print the baseline without errors.

In addition, Korean Patent No. 10-1462266 discloses that a reference line and a guide line are separately prepared for each type of smart device. In addition, different guide line information for each type of smart device is stored in the smart device. This is very troublesome.

Hereinafter, a method of attaching the liquid crystal protective film according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

1, a method of attaching a liquid crystal protective film according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes:

A first step (S11) of preparing a liquid crystal protective film with an upper release cover on which a reference shape is printed and a lower release cover on the lower side;

A second step (S12) of displaying a guide shape on the liquid crystal screen of the smart device;

A third step (S13) of placing the liquid crystal protection film with the upper and lower release covers on the liquid crystal screen to which the liquid crystal protection film is accurately attached;

A fourth step (S14) of dragging the guide shape to match the reference shape;

A fifth step (S15) of capturing the guide shape in a state where the guide shape matches the reference shape;

A sixth step (S16) of removing the lower release cover and attaching the liquid crystal protective film so that the reference shape and the captured guide shape are aligned;

And a seventh step (S17) of removing the upper release cover.

The first step S11 will be described.

Referring to Figures 2 and 3,

A liquid crystal protective film 20 suitable for a model of the smart device 10 is prepared. The liquid crystal protective film 20 is composed of a film 21 adhered to the liquid crystal screen 11 and an adhesive 22 applied to the lower surface of the film 21. The film 21 is made of PET film or tempered glass.

The liquid crystal protection film 20 is provided with holes 23, 24 and 25 through which the camera lens 12, the speaker 13 and the groove button 14 can be exposed.

The upper side cover 30 is attached to the upper surface of the liquid crystal protective film 20.

A reference shape SS is printed on the upper side cover 30.

In the present embodiment, the reference shape SS is the letter "LOGO ". Of course, there may be a variety of shapes other than letters, shapes, lines, and the like as the reference shape SS. In this embodiment, the reference shape SS is printed at the center of the upper cover 30.

A lower release cover 40 is attached to the lower surface of the liquid crystal protection film 20.

The second step S12 will be described.

An application for displaying the guide shape GS is installed on the liquid crystal screen 11 of the smart device 10. Launch the app. As shown in Fig. 2, a guide shape GS is displayed on the smart device 10. [

The third step S13 will be described.

The liquid crystal protection film 20 with the lower release cover 40 is placed on the liquid crystal screen 11 of the smart device 10 as shown in FIG.

The user repeatedly moves the liquid crystal protective film 20 on the liquid crystal screen 11 to find a position where the liquid crystal protective film 20 is to be accurately attached to the liquid crystal screen 11. [ At this time, since the lower release cover 40 is attached to the lower surface of the liquid crystal protection film 20, the liquid crystal screen 11 is free of the adhesive 22.

The position where the liquid crystal protective film 20 is accurately attached to the liquid crystal screen 11 is determined by the positions of the camera lens 12, the speaker 13, and the groove button 14, which are exposed in the liquid crystal protective film 20, By aligning the camera lens 12, the speaker 13, and the home button 14 on the display units 23, 24, and 25.

The liquid crystal protection film 20 is placed on the liquid crystal screen 11 after finding the position where the liquid crystal protection film 20 is to be accurately attached.

The fourth step S14 will be described.

When the liquid crystal protective film 20 is placed on the liquid crystal screen 11, the reference shape SS and the guide shape GS are mismatched as shown in FIG. This is because a guide shape GS is collectively provided at the center of the liquid crystal screen 11 regardless of the model of the smart device 10 and the reference shape SS is collectively formed at the center of the upper side release cover 30 This is because it was printed in red.

As shown in Fig. 5, the user drags the guide shape GS to align the guide shape GS with the reference shape GS.

The fifth step S15 will be described.

In a state in which the guide shape GS coincides with the reference shape SS, the guide shape GS is captured by pressing the groove button 14 as shown in Fig.

The sixth step S16 will be described.

As shown in Fig. 7, the lower release cover 40 is detached. And the dotted arrows indicate the direction in which the lower release cover 40 is removed.

The liquid crystal protective film 20 is attached to the liquid crystal screen 11 so that the reference shape SS coincides with the captured guide shape GS as shown in Fig.

The seventh step S17 will be described.

As shown in Fig. 8, the upper cover 30 on which the reference shape GS is printed is removed. And the dotted arrows indicate the direction in which the upper cover 30 is removed.

The liquid crystal protective film 20 is accurately attached to the liquid crystal screen 11 through the first step S11 to the seventh step S17 as described above.

9, the reference shape SS may be printed on a separate sticker 50 other than the upper side release cover 40. In this case, The sticker 50 is attached to the upper surface of the upper release cover 40.

The reference shape SS is printed on the sticker 50 so that the sticker 50 on which the reference shape SS is printed can be attached to the upper side release cover 40 And the like.

Hereinafter, a method for attaching a liquid crystal protective film according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

10, in the method of attaching the liquid crystal protective film according to the second embodiment of the present invention,

A first step (S21) of preparing a liquid crystal protective film having an upper release cover on which a reference shape containing a metal particle is printed and a lower release cover on the lower side;

A second step (S22) of displaying a guide shape on a liquid crystal screen of the smart device;

A third step (S23) of placing the liquid crystal protection film with the upper release cover and the lower release cover on the liquid crystal screen to which the liquid crystal protection film is accurately attached;

A fourth step (S24) of calculating the position touched by the metal particles to find the position of the reference shape, moving the guide shape to the reference shape, and matching the guide shape and the reference shape;

A fifth step (S25) of capturing the guide shape with the guide shape conforming to the reference shape;

A sixth step (S26) of removing the lower release cover and attaching the liquid crystal protection film so that the reference shape and the captured guide shape coincide with each other;

And a seventh step (S27) of removing the upper release cover.

The first step S21 will be described.

As shown in Fig. 11, the reference shape SS containing the metal particles is printed on the upper cover 30. In order to express that the reference shape SS contained metal particles, "LOGO"

The reason why the reference shape SS contains metal particles is that the reference shape SS touches the liquid crystal screen 11 when the liquid crystal protective film 20 is attached to the liquid crystal screen 11.

On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 12, the reference shape SS containing the metal particles may be printed on the sticker 50. Fig. Since the reference shape SS is printed on the sticker 50 as described above, its description has been omitted.

The second step S22 and the third step S23 are the same as the second step S12 and the third step S13 of attaching the liquid crystal protective film according to the first embodiment of the present invention, do.

The fourth step S24 will be described.

The metal particles touch the liquid crystal screen 11. The smart device 10 calculates the position touched by the metal particles to find the position of the reference shape SS.

The smart device 10 moves the guide shape GS to the reference shape SS so as to match the guide shape GS and the reference shape SS as shown in Figs. 12 (a) and 12 (b) . Therefore, it is not necessary for the user to drag the guide shape GS to match the reference shape SS. The dotted arrow in Fig. 12 (a) indicates the direction in which the guide shape GS moves to the reference shape SS.

The fifth step S25 to the seventh step S27 are the same as the fifth step S15 to the seventh step S17 of attaching the liquid crystal protective film according to the first embodiment of the present invention, do.

The liquid crystal protective film 20 is accurately attached to the liquid crystal screen 11 through the first step S21 to the seventh step S27 as described above.
