Description
The present invention relates to a method for attaching a liquid crystal protective film.
The liquid crystal protection film is attached to the liquid crystal screen of the smart device (smart phone, tablet PC) to protect the liquid crystal screen.
The liquid crystal protective film is composed of a film adhered to the liquid crystal screen and a pressure sensitive adhesive applied on the lower surface of the film. An upper release cover is attached to the upper surface of the film, and a lower release cover is attached to the lower surface of the film.
In order to expose the front camera lens, speaker, and home button of the smart device when the liquid crystal protective film is attached to the liquid crystal screen, the liquid crystal protective film is provided with a hole corresponding to the front camera lens, the speaker and the home button.
To attach the LCD protective film to the LCD screen, remove the bottom cover first.
When attaching the liquid crystal protective film to the liquid crystal screen, even if the position of the liquid crystal protective film is slightly changed, the front camera lens, the speaker, and the groove button are not exposed to the outside of the hole of the liquid crystal protective film. In this case, the film must be removed and attached again on the liquid crystal display. When the process of peeling off and attaching the film is repeated, the liquid crystal screen becomes dirty due to the adhesive on the liquid crystal screen, and the foreign substance sticks to the liquid crystal screen.
In order to solve such a problem, Korean Patent No. 10-1462266 discloses a liquid crystal display device capable of precisely aligning a liquid crystal protective film on a liquid crystal screen by simply aligning the reference line printed on the upper cover of the liquid crystal protective film with the guide line displayed on the smart device A method of attaching a liquid crystal protective film which can be attached to a liquid crystal display device]. For reference, the present applicant is the exclusive licensee of Korean Patent No. 10-1462266.
However, according to the invention of Korean Patent No. 10-1462266, since the liquid crystal protective film must be in the correct attaching position only when the reference line and the guide line are matched with each other, the reference line must be accurately printed on the upper release cover. Thus, it is very difficult to accurately print the baseline without errors.
In addition, Korean Patent No. 10-1462266 discloses that a reference line and a guide line are separately prepared for each type of smart device. In addition, different guide line information for each type of smart device is stored in the smart device. This is very troublesome.
An object of the present invention is to solve the difficulty in using the invention of Korean Patent No. 10-1462266 as a dedicated licensee,
There is no need to accurately print the reference line on the upper release cover without any errors and it is not necessary to separately create a reference line and a guide line for each model of the smart device and guide line information different for each model of the smart device need not be stored in the smart device,
And a method for accurately attaching a liquid crystal protective film to a liquid crystal screen.
A method for attaching a liquid crystal protective film for achieving the above object,
A first step of preparing a liquid crystal protective film having an upper release cover on which a reference shape is printed and a lower release cover on the lower side;

A third step of placing the liquid crystal protection film with the upper and lower release covers on the liquid crystal screen to which the liquid crystal protection film is accurately attached;
A fourth step of dragging the guide shape to match the reference shape;
A fifth step of capturing the guide shape in a state in which the guide shape matches the reference shape;
A sixth step of removing the lower release cover and attaching the liquid crystal protection film so that the reference shape and the captured guide shape are aligned with each other; And
And removing the upper release cover.
Further, the above-

A sixth step of removing the lower release cover and attaching the liquid crystal protection film so that the reference shape and the captured guide shape are aligned with each other; And
And a seventh step of removing the upper release cover from the liquid crystal display panel.
Further, the above-
A first step of preparing a liquid crystal protective film having an upper release cover to which a reference shape containing metal particles is printed is attached to an upper surface and a lower release cover is attached to a lower surface;
A second step of displaying a guide shape on a liquid crystal screen of a smart device;
A third step of placing the liquid crystal protection film with the upper and lower release covers on the liquid crystal screen to which the liquid crystal protection film is accurately attached;
A fourth step of calculating a position touched by the metal particles to find a position of the reference shape, moving the guide shape to the reference shape, and matching the guide shape and the reference shape;
A fifth step of capturing the guide shape in a state in which the guide shape matches the reference shape;
A sixth step of removing the lower release cover and attaching the liquid crystal protection film so that the reference shape and the captured guide shape are aligned with each other; And

A sixth step of removing the lower release cover and attaching the liquid crystal protection film so that the reference shape and the captured guide shape are aligned with each other; And
And a seventh step of removing the upper release cover from the liquid crystal display panel.
According to the present invention, unlike the Korean Patent No. 10-1462266, it is not necessary that the reference line is correctly printed on the upper cover. In addition, there is no need to separately create a reference line and a guide line for each type of smart device. Also, it is not necessary for the smart device to store different guide line information for each model of the smart device.
In the present invention, the user repeatedly moves the liquid crystal protective film on the liquid crystal display screen to find the position where the liquid crystal protective film is to be accurately attached to the liquid crystal display screen. Since the position is detected in a state where the lower release cover is attached to the lower surface of the liquid crystal protective film, the pressure sensitive adhesive is not attached to the liquid crystal screen while locating the position where the liquid crystal protective film is to be attached. Therefore, the liquid crystal screen is dirty, and foreign substances are prevented from sticking to the liquid crystal screen.
The present invention is characterized in that, after a user finds a precise position at which a liquid crystal protective film is to be attached, a user may drag the guide shape displayed on the liquid crystal screen, or the smart device may automatically move the guide shape to print the guide shape on the liquid crystal protective film Lt; / RTI > The guide shape is captured in a state of coincidence with the reference shape. Then, when the liquid crystal protective film is attached to the liquid crystal screen while removing the lower release cover and matching the reference shape with the captured guide shape, the liquid crystal protective film is attached to the correct position.
In the present invention, when the reference shape is printed on a sticker other than the upper release cover, the sticker may be attached to the upper release cover attached to the liquid crystal protection film which has been sold in the past, so that the present invention can be used immediately.
