Abstract
본 발명은 탄소나노튜브를 필라멘트 표면에 성장시켜 수명을 연장하고, 발열량이 증가되는 할로겐 램프를 제조할 수 있는 할로겐 램프 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 할로겐 램프 제조방법은, 1) 필리멘트의 외면에 탄소 나노 튜브를 성장시켜 탄소나노 필라멘트를 제조하는 단계; 2) 상기 탄소나노 필라멘트의 양단에 리드선을 연결하고, 상기 리드선을 지지하기 위한 지지물로 구성되는 필라멘트 어셈블리는 제조하는 단계; 3) 유리관을 이용하여 구형의 벌브부를 갖는 램프관체를 성형하는 단계; 4) 상기 맬프 관체 내부에 상기 필라멘트 어셈블리를 삽입하는 필라멘트 설치 단계; 5) 상기 맬프 관체의 일단부를 실링하는 제1 실링단계; 6) 상기 램프 관체 내부의 불순물을 제거하는 소제단계; 7) 상기 램프 관체 내부에 할로겐 가스를 충전시키는 가스 충전 단계; 8) 상기 램프 관체의 타단부를 실링하는 제2 실링단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명은 할로겐 램프 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 탄소나노튜브를 필라멘트 표면에 성장시켜 수명을 연장하고, 발열량이 증가되는 할로겐 램프를 제조할 수 있는 할로겐 램프 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 할로겐 램프는 내부에 할로겐 가스가 채워지는 벌브의 내부에 봉입되는 필라멘트의 전기 저항에 의한 발광 또는 발열에 의하여 외부를 조명 또는 가열하는 조명원 또는 가열원으로 사용되는 램프이다. 그런데 종래의 할로겐 램프 제조방법은 대한민국공개특허 제10-2011-0004932호에 개시되어 있는 것과 같이, 제조된 할로겐 램프의 높은 발열 온도와 휘도 때문에 필라멘트가 쉽게 단락되어 수명이 짧아서 자주 교체하여야 하는 문제점이 있었다.
