Description
The present invention relates to a control method for maintenance of a seawater filtration water intake system, and more particularly, to a system and method for controlling the maintenance of a seawater filtration water intake system in which a filtration efficiency of a filtration layer for taking seawater is maintained, And a control method for maintenance of the water intake system.
Seawater intakes in the coastal area, such as fisheries markets, fisheries, sushi restaurants, and farms, require clean seawater. The seashore which has a large difference in tides between Korea and the west coast has clay, and the clay has floating materials such as mud. Therefore, seawater taken from the coast is supplied to the user through a separate water treatment process. In this case, the water treatment process is physically and chemically processed, so the charge and maintenance cost are high.
As a background of the present invention, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2010-0113688 discloses a seawater intake system utilizing a sand layer of a sea as a filtration layer. This background technique includes tunnels or ditches that have been drilled to a certain depth below the sea level, not far from the coast or coast; A plurality of collecting water pipes installed in the sea or in a ditch or a tunnel for collecting seawater which is filtered and located in the sand bed or crushed rock bed of the sea bed; An automatic flow control valve located at the end of each collection tube to control the flow rate of filtered seawater exiting the collection tube; This paper proposes a seawater withdrawal system that obtains filtered seawater by using the sand layer of the sea composed of a water pipe and a water pump that collects filtered water from each water collector and transports it out as a filtration layer.
However, the background technology of the electron has a problem that it can not be used in the coast where there is a red sea because the filter layer should be used as the sea sand. In addition, the cost of constructing the tunnel is increased. There is also a problem that there is no solution to the obstruction of the filtration gap.
Another background art of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0782359, 'Seawater collection facility and method of construction thereof'. The bottom of the collecting chamber is closed so that contaminated seawater or fresh water is blocked by installing the collecting bottom so that the lower end of the bottom is located deeper than the upper part of the sea floor, And the other end is filled with a plurality of seawater intake pipes so as to be located on the seabed in which the water pressure is applied by the water level of the sea surface.
However, the latter background technique is difficult to apply to the limit of natural collection in the coast where the water pressure is not constant due to the tidal water level because the seawater passes through the seabed, Do. There is also a problem that there is no way to solve this problem when the pores of the seabed are blocked.
An object of the present invention is to provide a control method for maintenance of a seawater filtration water intake system that can maintain the filtration efficiency of a filtration layer for taking in seawater so that the filtration efficiency of the filtration layer is not lowered, .

According to the control method for maintenance of the seawater filtration water intake system of the present invention, the suction pressure is measured in real time from the suction port side of the seawater intake pump, and if it is larger than the reference value, the filter layer provided with the sea water intake pipe is immediately backwashed And the filtration efficiency of the filtration layer is restored to its original state by removing the air gap clogging. Here, when the seawater supply flow rate (Q) falls below the flow reference value (Qs), there is a problem in the filtration process. The sludge blocks the filtration layer and the filtration power is lowered.
In this state, it is determined whether the water level of the seawater has reached the lowest low level (S15). If this is the case, the
At the same time, the
(S17).On the other hand, when it is determined in the comparison step S12 of the suction pressure reference value P in that the suction pressure
(S18). Wherein discharge pressure (P2) of the discharge pressure reference value (P out) (an example 2.0Kgf) is less than one to increase the caliber by adjusting the automatic flow control valve (15) (S18).
(S19).If, when the pump discharge pressure (P2) of the discharge pressure reference value (P out) (2.0Kgf) greater than the water supply through the water pipe takes place continuously (S19).
On the other hand, when the failure of the
As described above, according to the present invention, when the pump suction pressure on the inlet side of the
In addition, when backwashing, the sludge is sucked through the
Further, when the discharge pressure of the seawater water supply is detected to be equal to or lower than the reference value, the opening amount of the automatic
