Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a material separator and a solid fuel medium circulating combustor using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a solid fuel separator for separating solid materials (oxygen donor particles, unreacted solid fuel) The present invention also relates to a solid material fuel circulating combustor capable of circulating operation without loss of oxygen donating particles by using the material separator for injecting particles and a fly ash simultaneously and sorting only solid particles falling and discharging scattered fly ash.
The CLC (Chemical-Looping Combustion) technology can separate CO 2 from its original source without the need for a separate separation facility. It is a next-generation, low-emission, high-efficiency power generation system with low generation of thermal NOx and high power generation efficiency. Technology. Recently expensive gaseous fuel instead of being able to directly combust the solid fuel, the process within a separate grading equipment solid that can be fundamentally divided into the CO 2 without fuel looping combustion (SF-CLC, Solid Fuel Chemical Looping Combustion) technology Are being studied.
The basic concept of the solid fuel medium circulation combustion technique is shown in FIG. In the oxidation reactor, oxygen-donating particles (M) in the form of metal react with oxygen in the air to form metal oxides (MO) (hereinafter referred to as oxygen-binding particles) as shown in the following reaction formula 1, . In the reduction reactor, steam or CO 2 is supplied to the gas for fluidization of the solid fuel, and the gasification of the solid fuel is caused by the fluidized gas.
[반응식 1][Reaction Scheme 1]
M + 0.5 O2 → MO M + 0.5 O 2 - > MO
In this case, as the solid fuel, coal, coke, char, biomass, etc. can be used. In the case of coal, for example, in a reduction reactor, carbon reacts with steam to produce CO and H 2 Or carbon reacts with CO 2 to form CO as shown in Scheme 3. Then, the generated CO and H 2 react with the metal oxide transferred from the oxidation reactor to form CO 2 or H 2 O, as shown in equations (4) and (5), and the oxygen donor particles reduced to the metal form are recycled to the oxidation reactor .
[반응식 2][Reaction Scheme 2]
C + H2O → CO + H2
C + H 2 O - > CO + H 2
[반응식 3][Reaction Scheme 3]
C + CO2 → 2CO
C + CO 2 - > 2CO
[반응식 4][Reaction Scheme 4]
CO + MO → CO2 + M
CO + MO - CO 2 + M
[반응식 5][Reaction Scheme 5]
H2 + MO → H2O + M
H 2 + MO - H 2 O + M
결과적으로 매체순환 연소기의 환원반응기에서 배출되는 기체는 CO2와 H2O 뿐이므로 H2O를 응축하여 제거하면 별도의 분리설비 없이 고농도의 CO2를 원천적으로 분리할 수 있다.As a result, CO 2 and H 2 O are the only gases discharged from the reduction reactor of the medium circulation combustor. Therefore, when H 2 O is condensed and removed, CO 2 can be originally separated at a high concentration without a separate separation facility.
In the reduction reactor of the solid fuel medium circulation combustion, the gasification reaction by the steam and the combustion reaction by the oxygen donor particles occur simultaneously. The oxidation reaction and the reduction reaction are carried out at a high temperature of 600 to 1000 ° C. At this time, when the coal, biomass, waste and so on continuously supplied to the solid fuel in the reduction reactor and reduced by reaction with oxygen carrier particles, the volatile, combustible components, such as fixed carbon will react with oxygen contained in the oxygen carrier particles CO 2, CO, and H 2 O, and is discharged to the outside of the reactor. However, the ash contained in the solid fuel is accumulated in the reduction reactor.
따라서 고체연료를 연료로 사용할 경우 산소공여입자와 회재를 분리하기 어려우며, 이에 따라 환원반응기에 체류하는 산소공여입자와 회재를 주기적 또는 연속적으로 제거해주어야 한다.Therefore, it is difficult to separate the oxygen donor particles and the ash when the solid fuel is used as the fuel, so that the oxygen donor particles and the ash that stay in the reduction reactor must be removed periodically or continuously.
그러므로, 고체연료 매체순환연소기의 경우 Ni, Co, Fe, Cu, Mn, Ce 등 고가의 금속성분 및 이의 복합체를 함유한 산소공여입자를 사용하기보다는 회재와 함께 폐기할 수 있는 저가의 산소공여입자(iron ore, ilmenite, oxide scale, bauxite 및 이의 복합물 등)을 사용하고 있다.Therefore, in the case of the solid fuel medium circulation combustor, the oxygen donor particles containing the expensive metal components such as Ni, Co, Fe, Cu, Mn, and Ce and their complexes are used instead of the oxygen donor particles (iron ore, ilmenite, oxide scale, bauxite and combinations thereof).
하지만, 저가의 산소공여입자를 회재와 함께 폐기할 경우에, 폐기물의 처리비용 등이 소요되며, 저가의 산소공여입자라 할지라도 지속적으로 보충(make-up)해 줘야 하므로 산소공여입자의 경제성에 문제가 있다.
However, when disposing of low-cost oxygen donor particles together with a material, cost of disposal of the waste is required, and even low-cost oxygen donor particles must be constantly made up. Therefore, there is a problem.
상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 본 발명의 목적은, 비중 또는 입자크기가 다른 회재와 고체입자를 분리하는 회재분리기와, 이를 이용하여 산소공여입자의 손실없이 순환운전이 가능한 고체연료 매체순환연소기를 제공하는 데에 있다.

And a material cyclone for separating a mixture of the slurry discharged from the slurry separator and the gas is connected to the slurry separator.
본 발명을 통하여, 필요로 하는 고체입자와 회재를 분리할 수 있으므로, 이를 이용한 고체연료 매체순환연소기의 경우 산소공여입자의 손실없이 연속적인 순환연소가 가능하다. 따라서, 저가의 산소공여입자(iron ore, ilmenite, oxide scale, bauxite 및 이의 복합물 등) 뿐 아니라 고가의 산소공여입자(Ni, Co, Fe, Cu, Mn, Ce 등)도 사용할 수 있다.According to the present invention, it is possible to separate the required solid particles from the materials, and thus, in the case of the solid fuel medium circulation combustor using the same, continuous circulation combustion is possible without loss of oxygen donor particles. Therefore, expensive oxygen donor particles (Ni, Co, Fe, Cu, Mn, Ce, etc.) as well as low-cost oxygen donor particles (iron ore, ilmenite, oxide scale, bauxite and composite thereof) can be used.
이 결과, 종래기술에서 산소공여입자를 회재와 함께 폐기하는 폐기물의 처리비용 등이 절감되며, 계속적인 산소공여입자의 보충에 따른 관리비용도 획기적으로 줄일 수 있으며, 회재의 축적에 의한 공정운전의 어려움을 줄일 수 있다.
As a result, in the prior art, the cost of disposing of the oxygen donor particles together with the material is reduced, and the maintenance cost due to continuous replenishment of the oxygen donor particles can be drastically reduced. The difficulty can be reduced.

The basic process configuration of the solid fuel

Generally, the solid fuel as a fuel in the
The particulate mixture of oxygen donor particles and ash mixture contains oxygen donor particles with high particle density (heavy) and large particle size, and a low particle density (lightweight) and small particle size. Therefore, if the materials can be separated and removed continuously by using the difference in characteristics (density and size) of these particles, it is possible to minimize the problems caused by the accumulation of the ash and the economic loss caused by the disposal of the mixture of the ash and the oxygen- have.
In the present invention, a

Next, the
상기 케이싱(150)은 유동층 반응기의 형태이며, 상기 기체분산판(152)은 하측에 유동화가스공급관(136)에 의한 유동화가스가 유입되는 공간이 형성된다. 상기 유동화가스로는 스팀 또는 이산화탄소를 사용할 수 있다. The
At this time, the position of the
A washer discharge
그리고, 상기 회재배출관고정부(163)에 형성되는 플랜지(164)와, 상기 회재배출관(166)이 삽입되는 회재배출관연장관((138)의 주위로 형성되는 플랜지(170)가 서로 나사결합할 수 있다. 상기 회재배출관연장관(142)은 상술한 회재싸이클론(144)과 연결된다.The

산소공여입자로는 OCN706-1100 입자(NiO 무게함량 70%)를 사용하였으며 평균입자크기는 139㎛, 입도분포는 106~212㎛이며, 벌크밀도는 1655 kg/㎥이다.As the oxygen donor particles, OCN 706-1100 particles (NiO weight content 70%) were used. The average particle size was 139 μm, the particle size distribution was 106-212 μm, and the bulk density was 1655 kg / m 3.
회재를 모사하기 위한 입자로는 CO2 흡수제로 사용되는 P-110 입자(K2CO3, MgO 및 지지체의 혼합물)를 사용하였으며 평균입자크기는 58㎛, 입도분포는 0~75㎛이며, 벌크밀도는 640 kg/㎥이다.P-110 particles (a mixture of K 2 CO 3 and MgO and a support) used as a CO 2 absorbent were used as the particles for simulating the material. The average particle size was 58 μm, the particle size distribution was 0 to 75 μm, The density is 640 kg / m3.
회재분리기에는 산소공여입자와 CO2 흡수제를 무게비 5:5의 비율로 혼합하여 장입하였으며, 상기 회재분리기 내에서 고체입자의 높이는 기체분산판 위로 0.5 m였다.In the sorbent separator, oxygen donor particles and CO 2 sorbent were mixed at a ratio of 5: 5 by weight. In the sorbent separator, the height of the solid particles was 0.5 m above the gas dispersion plate.
실험결과에서 고체배출속도(G)는 단위시간당 회재배출관(160)을 통한 혼합입자의 배출속도(kg/hr)를 의미하며, 분리효율(E)은 배출된 혼합입자 중 회재를 모사하는 P-110 입자의 무게백분율(%)을 의미한다.In the experimental results, the solid discharge rate (G) represents the discharge rate (kg / hr) of the mixed particles through the ash discharge pipe 160 per unit time, and the separation efficiency E represents the P- 110 particle weight percentage (%).
6, when the height H2 of the
As shown in FIG. 6, as the height H2 of the
결과적으로 도 6을 통해 고체분사노즐에 주입되는 유량과 회재배출관의 높이(H1)를 변화시키는 방법으로 혼합입자의 배출속도와 분리효율을 제어할 수 있음을 증명할 수 있었다. 한편, 이 실험 범위에서 분리효율은 91.6~100%의 값을 얻을 수 있었다.As a result, FIG. 6 shows that the discharge rate and separation efficiency of the mixed particles can be controlled by changing the flow rate of the solid injection nozzle and the height H1 of the discharge pipe. On the other hand, the separation efficiency was 91.6 ~ 100% in this experimental range.
7, when the height H1 of the ash discharge pipe is 0.85 m from the gas distribution plate and the flow rate of the fluidizing gas is 18.2 Nl / min (U1 = 0.018 m / s), the flow rate Q2 of the solid- (U2 = 0.81, 1.61, 2.42, 3.23, 4.04 m / s) and changing the height H2 of the
As shown in FIG. 7, as the flow rate of the solid injection nozzle increases under the condition that the height H2 of the
결과적으로 도 7을 통해 고체흡입홀(162)의 높이(H2), 즉 고체흡입홀 상부에 존재하는 고체층의 높이(H4)를 변화시키는 방법으로 혼합입자의 배출속도와 분리효율을 제어할 수 있음을 증명할 수 있었다. 한편, 이 실험 범위에서 분리효율은 92.7~100%의 값을 얻을 수 있었다.
As a result, the discharge speed and the separation efficiency of the mixed particles can be controlled by changing the height H2 of the
Oxygen donor particles, which are large and heavy by the fluidized bed, are mainly present in the lower portion of the solid layer inside the
한편, 고체흡입홀(162)의 높이(H2)가 증가하면 고체흡입홀(162) 상부에 존재하는 고체층의 높이(H4)가 감소하므로 고체에 의해 가해지는 압력이 감소하여 고체유입구로 유입되는 전체 고체량은 감소한다. 따라서 실험에 의해 적절한 고체흡입홀(162)의 높이(H2)를 선정할 수 있다.On the other hand, when the height H2 of the
In addition, at the upper end of the
또한, 회재배출관(166)의 직경이 변화함에 따라 배출관에서의 유속(U4)이 변화된다. 배출관의 직경을 증가시키면 U4가 감소하므로 전체 고체배출량(산소공여입자+회재)은 감소하고 회재 분리효율은 증가한다.Further, as the diameter of the
회재배출관(166)의 높이와 직경은 도 5와 같이 여러 개의 플랜지를 갖는 결합구조를 사용하여 변경시킬 수 있다.The height and diameter of the
As a result, according to the present invention, the material is separated from the system by using a sorbent separator that receives a mixture of the oxygen donor particles and the sorbent material from the reduction reactor of the medium circulation combustor and separates the material into oxygen donor particles, . ≪ / RTI > To do this, basically, we use the difference in the speed of the end of two particles, and by changing the height (H2) of the solid suction hole, segregation of two particles can be used together. Also, by changing the height H1 of the material discharge pipe, the concentration distribution of the solid particles in the axial direction of the upper portion of the
