하부단자몰드의 상면에 상면단자몰드부(30)를 조립하는 단자몰드조립과정(130);
결합된 상면단자몰드와 하면단자몰드를 인서트에 의하여 일체화 사출성형하는 소켓몰드성형과정(140)으로 이루어지며;
상기 하면단자몰드성형과정(110)은 절단, 절곡 성형된 미드플레이트(10)와 하면접속단자(21)를 금형에 인서트 사출성형하여 미드플레이트(10)와 하면접속단자(21)가 일체화된 하면단자몰드를 사출 성형하여 이루어지고;
상기 상면단자몰드성형과정(120)은 절단, 절곡성형된 상면접속단자(31)를 일체화된 상면단자몰드부(30)를 형성할 수 있게 상면접속단자(31)들을 일정간격을 이루게 인서트 한 후 중앙부를 일체화하여 사출성형하여 상면단자몰드부(30)를 사출 성형하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 유에스비 타입 소켓 커넥터의 제조방법.
