To a lamination apparatus including an electrode guide.
In general, the demand for secondary batteries is rapidly increasing due to the development of technology and demand for mobile devices. Of these, lithium (ion / polymer) secondary batteries, which have high energy density and high operating voltage and excellent storage and life characteristics, The devices are widely used as energy sources for various electronic products as well.
In accordance with this demand, a single-sided electrode material is used in the secondary battery manufacturing process. The cross-sectional electrode material has a problem in that the curl of the electrode material is not uniform due to the thickness of the electrode material thinner than that of the conventional double-side electrode material, and the degree of curling is further increased. Particularly, problems of poor electrode input in the lamination process by the curling of the electrode material are frequently caused, and the speed of the overall lamination process is slowed, and the yield of the normal electrode assembly is also lowered.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a lamination apparatus including an electrode guide that can effectively improve defective electrode insertion due to curling of an electrode material.

The cutter (C 1 ) cuts the electrode material (10) wound from the electrode material roll. The
The transfer means 20 transfers the
The
The
The inputting means R 1 and R 2 apply the
At this time, the
The laminators L 1 and L 2 laminate the
According to one embodiment, the
On the other hand, the
The
In addition, the
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the laminated sheet by the
2 is a view showing an electrode guide according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Each of the plurality of
The
The
The length of the
The width of the electrode guide 30 (the length in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the
Accordingly, the
Fig. 3 is a view showing an electrode material applied to the lamination apparatus of the present invention, wherein (a) shows a cross-section electrode material, and (b) shows a double-sided electrode material.
The
In particular, in the case of the cross-sectional electrode material, the thickness of the electrode material is smaller than that of the conventional double-side electrode material, curling of the electrode material is not uniform, and the degree of curl is more severe. Accordingly, the
The R-type bi-cell and the L-type bi-cell are basic unit bodies having a structure in which an anode / separator / cathode / separator / anode are sequentially stacked, and a cross-section electrode material coated with electrodes on only one side of the foil layer . At this time, the R-type bi-cell and the L-type bi-cell are distinguished according to the positions of the negative electrode tab and the positive electrode tab. When the positive electrode tab is provided on the right side of the foil layer with respect to the negative electrode tab, the R type bi-cell is formed. The electrode assembly can be manufactured using at least one of the R-type bi-cell or L-type bi-cell.
Fig. 4 is a view showing a winding direction of a cross-sectional electrode member according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein (a) is a view showing the winding direction of the foil layer inner surface, and Fig. 4 (b) .
As described with reference to FIG. 3, the cross-section electrode material is formed by coating electrodes only on one side with respect to the foil layer. Accordingly, the electrode material roll having the electrode member wound thereon is wound such that the end face coated with the electrode faces the outer face and the foil layer faces the inner face, or conversely, the face coated with the electrode faces the inner face, As shown in Fig. At this time, the inner surface indicates the direction from the electrode re roll toward the center of the roll.
Referring to FIG. 3, (a) is a view showing an inner surface winding of a foil layer in which an electrode-coated cross section of an electrode material roll with a cross-section electrode material wound is directed to the outer surface and the foil layer is directed to the inner surface (b) is a view showing the outer surface winding of the foil layer in which the electrode-coated cross section of the electrode material roll with the end face electrode material wound is directed to the inner surface and the foil layer is wound to face the outer surface.
In the case of the single-sided electrode material, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of defective electrode insertion even in the winding direction of the electrode material roll, such as whether the foil layer is wound to face the inner surface or the outer surface.
As shown in Fig. 3, in the case of the electrode material cut from the electrode material roll of the inner surface of the foil layer, the cut electrode material is bent at random as shown at 11, and the degree of warpage is also different. On the other hand, when the winding direction of the electrode re roll is changed to the outer surface winding of the foil layer, the curl of the electrode material cut as shown at 12 is constant and the degree of warping is small.
Thus, in the
As described above, according to the
